Wendy is very professional and wonderful service but she had to stop doing my hair due to attend other customers. My suggestion is you guys should have a person taking care of the front other customer so customers would have a better experience. This is my fifth time everytime is the same that is unprofessional

I went in for a trim. Didnt realize you needed an appt but Cassandra wasnt busy so she made time for me. BEST CUT IVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME. She is amazing. Will definitely ask for her next time.

Set an appointment and checked in when I arrived. I was about 10 minutes early and my stylist was still working on another client. Came back 10 minutes later & she was still busy. Came back 10 minutes later and she was with someone else. I waited around for a few minutes and asked if I should go look around again. The response I received was that she had 3 more clients waiting, that they closed in an hour and that she wouldnt have time for me. Apparently staff at that location doesnt bother to enter appointments into the computer, nor do they honor appointments made online. The key words in this review are that I checked in upon arrival for a scheduled appointment. My entire evening was wasted for no reason whatsoever other than sheer incompetence. Its 2019 - who doesnt know how to use a computer? Oh yeah, the staff at this salon, thats who. Ive been going to this stylist for a couple of years and shes amazing. Unfortunately the salon is poorly managed. If your time is valuable, dont waste it here.

So called stylists that work here are not professional at all! Went in for a trim and later asked for color! Hair stylist said that will be additional $80 but for the length of my hair i thought it was reasonable. She starts mixing up the concoction applies to my hair she did not blow dry it it was still wet so my hair still looked dark as opposed to the light brown hair color i requested. I gave it the benefit of the doubt however once my hair was dry only the roots had lightened! I went back so they could fix it the next day and the stylist applied the same color again to my hair with the same results! After this i requested for a refund Bc i didn’t want to keep adding more chemicals to my hair for the same results. Honestly it looked like i dyed my hair from a box color. If i knew what the outcome of my hair was going to be i would’ve saved myself the time stress and money and would’ve opted for a box dye instead. The stylist told me that she couldn’t lighten my hair Bc i already had box dye in it to go back the next day so the manager could fix it. I hadn’t had my hair dyed in over 8 years! I get there shes not there the manager just strips my hair of the color and dyed my hair back to the black i had! And have me no type of discount whatsoever no apologies. So you tell me what was the point of me spending $80 just so you could leave my hair the original color I went in with?

I visit this place for a hair cut for my little girl and they did a great job. The lady that I dont remember her name, gave me my daughters hair in a little bag for me to keep it as her first hair cut and also put her a nice hair bow pink as a gift that make her look really cute.Thanks my experience was really nice ! :) and my daughter was really happy :)

Display for hairspray says 2 for 22. Workers say, buy 2 get 1 free. Questioned the display. They wouldnt sell 2 for 22, not did they remove display. BEWARE OF YOUR PURCHASE HERE!

I use to love this place. Too many turn overs. There is a older lady that works there you can tell she has no idea what shes doing. I use to see Rosa. She was the best out of anyone there. Recently I asked for highlights. I have never had highlights before showed her a picture of what I wanted got something completely different. I asked for brown highlights because my hair is black. I got blonde instead!!!! I called today to see if I could come in to see if she could do something different.... she was too busy. I called at 6 they close at 9. Im done tolerating this place!

I have worked at 3 of the local smart styles and I have to say that the employees are not always treated fairly. When bad reviews come in, they only listen to what the customer has to say but when the stylist tries to explain their side, they get threatened with a write up. Employees are left completely alone at night, managers arent there unless they have to be. In that case, the manager is often not present when incidents happen like hair done wrong or cut too short etc. Clients will leave exaggerated reviews that are often not entirely true, which makes the stylist look really had but managers dont care, they only want to hear what the customer says. Customer could say So & so stylist said f*** you and the managers will just simply believe it with no regards to the stylist. Be careful stylists, dont piss off the wrong customer, they may just straight lie about you and get you fired from this company.

Rosa is the best. She does a wonderful job. Gets me in and out quickly on Sundays.

Called not so SMART STYLE on Colonial Blvd Walmart Fort Myers and asked for an appointment to TRIM my hair, set the appointment with THE MANAGER Rene Gaston and was told when I arrived she would not cut the texure hair I have because if she messed up she was responsible?? Im sorry, but dont you take a risk with EVERY client?? What kind of Barney Fife establishment is this! People Walmart is for grocery, not hair trims apparently.
