Best place Ive taken my boys for haircuts. The girls that have cut their hair are always so patient and awesome with them.

How do you hire someone who cant do a fade at a MENS barber shop, then have the audacity to tell me to wait an extra hour to get my hair cut?

I found this location because my former barber was closed on a Sunday, thats when I met Kristin. Kristin does excellent work, shes very well spoken, and also is excellent with children. My son is 5 years old and has always had a hard time at the barber shop until now. Kristin demonstrated excellent communication skills along with her superb barber/hair stylist skills making my son laugh and smile the whole time. We both left looking like million dollar men. Needless to say, both my son and I are looking forward to getting our haircuts together with Kristin from now on.

First off I went in for haircut and I normally only use debbie she is a 5foot 2 girl mabey 104 pounds cute as a button and she did a i really recommend using here if you go=rphenomenal job as she always does.i recommend to see her if you go. Plus I was saying omg I see more and more gray hair falling and she knows just what to say to make you fell better.. Thanks Debbie

I used to only go to barbers because that is what I was used to. However, I discovered a franchise haircutting business, Sport Clips. And the one I visit is the one at Gulf Coast Town Center in Ft Myers. Kristen has cut my hair on several occasions. Every time Ive been there, I have always been treated warmly and respectfully. My hair has been cut to my liking. They keep the place safe and clean. And remember, there are rules to coming into the building due to the coronavirus. Please visit and be safe!

I want to compliment the ENTIRE staff on 5/12/20 for their professionalism and commitment to providing a clean and safe environment. ALL of them were working diligently to keep surfaces through that store super clean and disinfected. The owners of this franchise should be proud of each one of those girls for doing an outstanding job. As far as the cut, Debbie has MAD skills!!! For a national salon chain... She is exceptional!

Great unexpected experience. #1 my hair looks great. Then a wash scalp massage with a hot towel. Finish with a machine neck massage. First time at a SportClips. I will go out of my my wat to come back

I have been a customer at this location for many years. The manager and stylists are very friendly and work as a team to satisfy their many loyal customers. The manager has experience in the industry for many years and it shows. I know many of the stylists well because this salon has minimal turnover, indicating that this is a good place to work as well. I always see other happy customers in the salon when I am there. The entire staff is very professional and offer a variety of services with a SMILE. The salon is always clean because they work hard to keep it this way. Sport Clips offers a good price on their many services and I always include a tip. The salon is often updated with new decorations and equipment, keeping a fresh looking comfortable place for their staff & customers. As a long term observer, I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Sport Clips location.

Love this location. Staff is friendly and outgoing and they can usually see you fairly quickly even with a long wait. Debbie cuts both mine and my sons hair, its hard to find a stylist who is comfortable and able to do a scissor cut with no clippers. She gets it right every time.

As usual with these places the quality of the haircut depends on the person doing the cutting. Fortunately I found a good one on my initial visit.

Ive been coming here for a while and I always leave feeling fresh and happy with my haircut. The online checkin makes it super easy to get in the cue and never have to wait to long once you get here. I always get the MVP which comes with a shampoo and a short shoulder massage.

Im no professional but I have been cutting the boys in my familys hair for a good 20 years now. I thought Id treat my husband and teenager to a professional service with the works...neck and back massage, massaging shampoo and a hot towel with their cut at Sports Clips. Service was good, hair cuts werent great. Lots of missed spots and uneven fades. They enjoyed the extra service though. Perhaps I should start charging them for my services. 😉😂

I rarely get the same person to cut my hair simply because they all do a fantastic job. Priced on the higher side for a barber, but the environment is really cool, all the ladies are very personable

Kristen was very rude and not good at all. Used online check in only to be told I had a 25 minute Wait when it says on the door to use online check in to cut the wait. Never been to a worse sports clips in my life.

Although Im not all that picky about my hair cuts, Sports Clips seems to be the only place where I get a consistently good cut. They also have some of the best customer service for a barber shop.

Very good cut Debz, fast proficient, qualitative. That red bow tie looked great on you btw. Like the nice professional look. You talked about your daughter and scary movies. Made me feel like a family barber type of environment. Even though I was sleepy and not to social. Corporations are missing people like you these days. Wish I could hire you myself and open up a shop just for you. You should be paid more money. Period. You have self value that exceeds the place you represent. Sport clips is just a name on the building. I only go back for debbie. Shes that good at her job. If she asked for $60, I would still tip her as long as sports clips didnt get any of it...... Quality quality quality.

The only place I go for a haircut! Easy to go online to get on the waiting list then show up and be seen. The staff are always friendly and the place is always clean.

Our first visit wasnt bad, the second however was very disappointing. My son left with a choppy looking cut so he returned to have it fixed. The stylist who helped him tried to remedy the situation told him it appeared that the first cut was unfinished. She attempted to help but he still left with an uneven cut. He had his girlfriend fix it with a pair of scissors when he returned home. I called to make a complaint and requested a refund. They wanted him to come back and they would try again. Im sorry but NO. That was on 12/11/18. I called multiple times per week and sometimes spoke with the manager who was very nice but was unable to make the refund. She told me she had to email the owner who was the only one who could make a refund. Each time we spoke she said she sent an email and someone would get back to me. I requested to speak with the owner Kathy multiple times but a month later her assistant Janet called me on 1/10/19 to tell me they did the refund. I am still requesting to speak with Kathy, the owner but I was told by Janet she is a busy lady. I guess I dont understand being too busy to speak to your customers.

U was in today and got a horrible hair cut after it was messed up I had them take it down to a two all over and I still had to til myself after having here try to trim behind my ear 4 times awful experience and I still got charged full price
