Ron is amazing and goes over and beyond for clients. His customer service skills are top notch and sincerely cares, making sure clients are happy. While I was there, Ron was doing so many things, including helping stylists if needed. Suzy was a miracle worker and I will never see another stylist. Its been far to long that Ive had a stylist I trust...now I found her and shes stuck with me :) Thank you Ron & Suzy!

I went in wanting a color overhaul. I had previous vivid color in my hair and I wanted to change that color. I was told that would require lightening my hair which was no problem. Until they tried about 4-5 inches off my previously healthy hair. The stylist tried to cover it up by telling me to baby my ends and just cutting more and more off. I got so upset I left before she was even done. My hair that was down past my shoulder is now barely chin length. They are offering to fix it as much as possible for free. But how do they make my hair 5 inches longer? Very upsetting and traumatizing experience overall that I paid beaucoup bucks for. I will only be going back to let another stylist try to fix what she can but otherwise I will continue my search for a decent stylist in Fort Myers.

I went in with a few Grays, 3 inch long roots and hair that was a box colored for 3 years. I was planning to go light but had been red for 3 years and knew it would be a challenge for anyone. I almost attempted it myself until a friend recommended to go to this location. Very friendly atmosphere. The stylists seem to work together. Melissa was assigned my project and consulted with Missy and the manager of the store, Ron. They deviseda plan that would do the least amount of damage and still give me what I wanted. Melissa took her time and did 2 lightening techniques, she toned and placed caramel highlights perfectly. We plan to take it a bit lighter next time and then again the time after that. There is no brassy color and my hair feels great (no damage)! I normally would not have gone to a Fantastic Sams but after this amazing experience I will only be going to Melissa Caprio. I recommend this location and especially Melissa. The first photo is of my before and the next 3 are after. Love my color and have already received a few compliments!

Very professional and friendly staff. I had just moved into the area and desperately needed a haircut. My Covid-19 hair was out of control!! Had a consultation with Rebekah and after she explained what she thought would be a good style, I got a wash, cut and blow dry. The length was perfect but the real test for me is blow drying my own hair. Well I have to say the cut was perfect and I had an easy time styling my hair myself. THUMBS UP for Fantastic Sam’s.

Rebekah is awesome! Had highlights done in another salon and my hair was orange. She said that she would try her best to fix the mess that was my hair. 3.5 hours later and my hair was no longer orange. I was so happy! She is the best. Will be seeing her again in August!

Missy was my stylist. Came in for just haircut & style. Then Miss recommended a color option with my Grey roots growing out. Applied a deep conditioner and a toner to remove the brassy gold. The salon is professional & full of energy. Its Clean & made you feel comfortable in this pandemic trying times. Missy has confidence and i respected her opinion. Had the immense pleasure of working with Mr. Anthony here as walk-ins. This was our first time coming to Fantastic Sams as our usual place was booked up. Our son has always been finicky with getting his hair cut, so we come prepared to distract him. This was the first person I have ever seen professionally work well with him. He was extremely knowledgeable with taking care of our hair as well, giving us good advice on care and maintenance. He was a joy to work with and we cannot recommend him enough. He definitely has us sold on Fantastic Sams and we will be coming back for future haircuts.EDIT 3/28/2021Just called to schedule our next appointment with Anthony and was disheartened to hear hes no longer employed here. :( Was really hoping to work with him again, sad to learn hes gone.

When you find someone who is kind, compassionate and exceptional at what they do, you keep them close. But when you find a hair designer who encompasses all those qualities, you keep them even closer! Well worth the hour drive to have Missy cut my hair!!

We found FS through Groupon, it said to confirm the location accepted them so I called a week prior, the lady who answered said she wasn’t sure if they took them, asked to call back again. I did, and the second time I was told they do accept Groupon, and we confirmed services. The Groupons were for a woman’s haircut and blowout, and two kids haircuts. I was specific, and asked if we could add one kids blowout, they said no problem at all. We came to our appointments and everyone was very nice, except for the lady (Tracey, I believe is her name) who was assigned to do the kids haircuts. Jessica did my haircut, and ended up doing the little one’s cut and blowout because the other lady said she didn’t have time. Jessica was great, and I wish I could give her a separate review. This other lady Tracey needs to work on professionalism, she was arguing with one of the ladies who was cleaning, complaining non-stop about the schedule, whining about how tomorrow (Saturday) will be busy, and she is probably going to have to eat lunch late, then when I mentioned the little one needed a blowout too, she said: “well, that ain’t happening”. Jessica stepped in and took my little one, she did the cut and blowout, then she had to process the Groupons and was extremely patient calling her manager to get things figured out. When Tracey was arguing with the other lady, she tried to intervene and keep things civilized between the two of them, she apologized to us for witnessing that, she was patient, and overall great. Tracey may have valid reasons to feel the way she feels, but it should not be done in such matter in front of customers. These ladies are on their feet all day, and have a lot on their plates, have someone by the front desk at all times so they don’t have to answer the phone, clean, process payments, etc. And if you are unable to do that, then train them on how to process Groupons so they don’t have to waste 20 minutes calling the manager, it was not Jessica’s fault at all, and she was very kind, handled it well, and was empathetic to us.

After giving myself the unicorn haircut for the last 2 years figured it was time to get a real haircut. Suzy did a fantastic job cleaning up my lopsided hair. Cant wait to go back for highlights!

Missy is awesome!!! I was a first time client.I hadn’t colored or cut my hair or waxed my eyebrows in 2 1/2 months. I wasn’t sure she could match my blond color. Not only did she give me a perfect color but gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had along with perfect eyebrows.

I brought both my daughters 2 1/2 and 10 year old in today for a haircut. It was my two and a half year olds first hair cut ever ! My daughter was ecstatic as we had pumped her up for it and the ladies did such a nice job with her ! They were all very sociable with all of us ! Loved this place and I am surely coming back . Moving from Massachusetts to FL was very harsh on my hair and trying to get a good hair dresser was nearly impossible to say the least! Missy Fountain is my stylist and I wont go anywhere else since moving here two years ago. I have a layered short pixie and somehow many stylists just cant get it right. She is awesome and very consistent. I waited months due to Covid and I wouldnt go to anyone else.I am uncomfortable that the masks worn by the stylists are not well fitted and often drop off the nose. This is with all of the girls. And, they allow check out without a mask. Patrons are also not told to wear masks while waiting in the lobby.I recently finished my vaccines and I still mask, so, I will now go in, but take the mask situation under consideration if this bothers you.

Lindsay was a great stylist! She was fun and easy to get along with. Saw my vision and went with it. Did a great job with my Long Bob haircut! Will see her soon again to get my hair colored 😊

Walking in the door...Ron...took care of my check-in and offered drink services. Jess L (stylist) always does excellent work on my hair. I have multiple cowlicks on my head and she always styles it to blend in as I like to wear my hair shorter. As my hair grows they are blended in, but freshly cut short hair they could be very noticeable were it not for my excellent stylist.

I went to this awesome place today to see Susanna!!! What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! We laughed had fun!!! But most of all my hair is AWESOME!!!!!!! Ive been in to get my hair cut on numerous occasions.. Ive used several stylists. Ive had only one decent haircut. I started with very long hair and had to have all my hair cut off from a stylist using razors and clippers on my hair which split and tore my hair up. This last time i asked for a trim up of my short precision cut and she didnt bother to trim/cut the whole back of my head. Soooo i wont be back...ever!!!

Lori discussed how to improve the look of my hairstyle and she was very professional and patient. She reshaped and trimmed my bangs. My prior experiences with haircare (a consultation and later a reverse perm with Keratain treatment) were also good. I would recommend this Fantastic Sams to others.

I have white hair. Missy, the talented stylist, suggested adding dimension with some dark lowlights. The first attempt to my eyes (and more so to my husband’s) were dramatically intense and even blotchy. I called the salon an hour after I left and asked to speak to Missy. She without hesitancy nor judgement told me to come back the next morning. She has a sign at her station that says “I am a beautician not a magician.“ However, the results of the lightning up/breaking up the darkness turned into a great result. She was right, breaking up the white added dimension. Kudos to her and to Fantastic Sam for due diligence and kindness.

Katy did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I have very thin hair and most stylist are done with me I 15 minutes. She took her time and also gave me a lot of volume.

I am really really disappointed and its made me really anxious. I have a flight in a couple of days and I asked specifically not to touch anything besides the back and split ends. The stylists goes ahead and does what she wants and I absolutely hate my hair. The last time I was here was in September and my hair was butchered then. It took 4 months to get it where I wanted again and again with a different stylist this time they mess it up. The principle of the matter is they didnt listen to the client and did what they felt would look good. I almost want to cry right now. Why?!

My daughter 3 needed a hair trim. It grows pretty fast. The one and only thing i was concerned about was not losing her curls. The stylist was very nice and suggested layers to make them more definited. I assumed she would know best and allowed this. She cut way too much off. I look at her hair and she has a Bob. Her curls are gone. Im so disappointed. The only thing that i didnt want to happen did. I will never do layers again. Her curls are gone. I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 because the place was clean, staff was friendly aside from screwing up her hair they were patient and caring about her. I will however not go back. They did a better job at the school down the road.

Rebecca was great 😊 made me feel and look sooo pretty before and after services which is a plus also really did a great job with color mixing and giving me the perfect blend and the best part was that it actually looked like the picture I showed her! I also got a keratin treatment which really made my thin hair feel soft for the longest in a long time ! Definitely will recommend and have sent my healthcare nurses her way !

I met Missy in Arcadia and I will gladly make the drive to have her do my hair since she is now in Ft. Myers. She is the only professional that colors or cuts my hair. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Worst haircuts ever. My hair is about an inch shorter on the right and my boyfriends haircut is so sloppy and bad. I am so upset with my hair. I asked for a trim of just the ends and she cut about 3 inches off of one side and 2 off of the other. She didn’t even realize that my hair was totally uneven. I told her I had spent the last year growing my hair out and didn’t want it short and she butchered it and put it at this horrible awkward length! I’ll have to spend the next year growing out again. Don’t go here! They can’t even do a simple trim!

Need someone for middle-aged, teen, or bi-racial hair? Ive been going to Suzy at 6 mile/Dani drive for a few years now for highlights and cuts. She is excellent! 💕 she has been cutting our little ones bi-racial hair and does a great job! She has also done my teens hair with different colorings and cuts as well. She is very astute to which hair style looks good with a persons face, you will not be dissapointed with her service. 💜 The salon is clean, professional and reasonably priced.

I wanted to go back to my original color brown and she chose the color, did an amazing cut and did the keratin express and I was so happy with the end result.
