What a rip-off place! If you have a BMW, do not take it here! They do not know what theyre doing, misdiagnosed my car, took $1,400 from us, then an additional $800. Now they say it needs $2,400 more. Went in for a simple water pump, and they created a huge coolant leak which I did NOT have before they touched it. Charged me to fix, then said it was something else AFTER the repair. Very unprofessional, said if I couldnt afford it, I shouldnt be driving a BMW. Really?!?!!

From the beginning, Dennis was upfront about the problem with my E320. He fixed it and now Im driving on the highway to Louisiana to visit family. The price for this repair didnt cost me an arm and leg, despite Ft. Myers Mercedes Benz dealer service representive said it would cost between $8,000 - $10,000 to fix my vehicle. That was the first and last time theyll see me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Better Cars Service for all your foreign car repairs. Theyre very friendly and honest!

Wasnt having much luck with other shops working on my 2006 MB. Took it to BC could tell immediately they new what they were talking about. Had a strut put on last week and it rides like a new vehicle, no exaggeration it rides great. The price was fair. If you have a. MB or BMW I would recommend Better Cars for repairs.

These guys are great! I have been bring my Mercedes to them for multiple years now and recently these guys discovered that I had a couple of issues with my car that would run in the area of 6-7 thousand dollars in repair costs. The owners recommendation was that I get rid of my car and he did not charge me a cent for his teams diagnostic work which extend over a couple of days.Knowledgeable, fair pricing and honest - what more can you ask for a car repair shop?

Car A/C was acting up on the way down to Fla. One of the service techs was there working on Sunday evening spoke to me and I came in first thing this morning they checked and filled A/C very reasonable and what a blessing. Pray Denniss surgery goes well! Great service!!!!!

Free Loaner... While I maybe the exception to the rule, a free loaner is what I was given (2017 RS Camaro). Due to complications caused by my warranty company I was left without my only car for 6 months. If the warranty company would have listened in the first place to Better Cars this would have been resolved 5 1/2 months earlier. It was at the good heart of Dennis the owner that a free loaner was offered, it was costing me an unexpected cost of $1200-$1500 a month for the cheapest rental car (In Season). I was handed the keys to a 2017 50th Anniversary Camaro that was just a stunning car and drove it for 4 1/2 months. While this frustration continued for all, the Better Car team continued to be professional and finally was allowed by the warranty company to replace my entire engine. I have yet to have an issue with the car since they handed me the keys. Thanks so much Dennis for being Better People.

Awesome! I couldn’t pop my engine lid to change a tail light and the mechanic had it open and a new bulb in 5 minutes.
