I have been going here for over two years now. I have had 3-4 different vehicles serviced in that time. I have recommended dozens of friends and family. I can honestly say that I have not had a single complaint from anyone, or myself. Every time I go here it is a pleasure to converse with the guys, and everything is done professionally. Update 5/22/2020: Theres a reason these guys have almost five stars, which is unheard of for a mechanic. They are professional, extremely honest, and get the job done. As long as I live in Florida Ill be taking my vehicles to be serviced by them. For TIRE repair as well. I had been going to the ghetto drive up spots, now I know better. This place was great. I called on a Monday to get brakes done and dropped off on Tuesday and car service was completed very timely and I had my car back in a couple hours. These guys go above and beyond, and are GOOD PEOPLE. Im so thankful a friend referred me to them, since we had just moved to the Fort Myers area. Theyre super friendly and very fair; I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.I thought Id include a personal story.. When we first moved here in Oct 2017, they worked on my daughters older model VW Passat, and recently it has required another repair that is more expensive than what the car is worth. So in the interest of helping my daughter out financially, theyve been searching for a used part for her for 3 weeks. They know it wouldnt make sense putting big money into her car. I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration theyve shown my daughter. They will always have our business. They currently repair 4 of our family vehicles.

If you can find a trusted mechanic, Doctor, dentist, plumber or exterminator,,, never let them go! But I have moved back now and he is the first professional contact I will make. I wish I found out about this shop sooner! Bobby and the rest of the mechanics are a group of down to earth class act guys. They are honest and friendly, they really seem to care and their work was affordable given I am a student. Thank youUpdate: DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! I wish I could leave negative stars. Ive never witnessed such sloppy work in my life.story: A few days after they replaced my firebirds pop-up head light motors, I was driving home to Miami along i75 when I flipped them on. One of the covers for the headlights went flying off (thankfully not hitting anyone behind me) which means it wasnt screwed in (how incompetent?! When I made it home I noticed in other places they used the wrong screws in the wrong spots and power drilled screws forcefully in other spots so now they cant be removed!) and the other head light wont go back down, which means it was either too tightly screwed or something else ( all they did was replace the motors and I can still hear it actuate and it budges a little, also if it was the motors fault I would still be able to manually lower it via a physical knob, however that doesnt work either).So basically, this shop sabotaged my car.When I called them Bobby was rude and annoyed and didnt want to talk, he wanted me to come drop the car off even though I was in Miami. I told him we needed a new lid first and I couldnt find any online in black. He said hed look for it and give me a call back. He never did. I patiently waited over a week before calling back and he said he hadnt found one, but he had a good paint guy. I told him I couldnt afford to spend over 5 hours and $100 in gas driving to fort myers when I can have it shipped and painted here in Miami. I told him to just refund me, and he said sure and asked for my credit card information over the phone. I thought that was the end of it, but he never refunded me, and then he fought the dispute with my credit card to keep his $100. Barclays never let me provide any information and they sided with him because I never returned to the shop. So thanks to this shop, I had to spend $100 on new head light motors that they did not install correctly, $100 to have them installed incorrectly, $150 on a new headlight lid (which was very hard to source), and $120 to have it painted, plus the other head light still wont go down and I dont know how to fix it. I had to drive my car for weeks with broken head lights, and now I only have one working head light. All this, and they showed absolutely no apology for their careless mistakes. Bobby sounded smug and conceited as if he had sabotaged my car on purpose. The worst part is that he collected my credit card information and promised to refund me, and then never did and when I opened a dispute to get the refund, he fought it.

AutoNation and Firestone quoted me nearly $900 to replace a rear caliper and new brakes that werent even 2 years old.I bought the parts online thru Advance Auto for only $190 and Bobbys installed for $160 saving me $550!!!2 rear calipers, rotors, pads and system flush from for $350 vs $900Bobbys was only place willing to install with me providing my own parts.I highly recommend them for a very fair labor charge and great workSupport local business and save money!
