We have used this company a couple of times and have been satisfied with responsiveness and repairs. Just now got off the phone with Tim about another issue. He is so generous with his time and information, and does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it.

I live in North Dakota; my elderly mom lives in Ft. Myers. Her refrigerator broke down and I had to find someone to look at it, fast. I looked online, called a few places, and finally Tim answered the phone. He was polite and courteous. We exchanged information, and he even sent out a tech late in the day to check on things for me. The next day he called me to explain what the tech had found. My moms fridge wasnt able to be fixed, but if any other small appliances should break down at her home, I will call on Tim and his crew to help her. Top rate service. Highly recommend.

I have called twice and have not received a return call. Called a third time this morning and the voice mail said they would return the call in two business days. Are they that busy?

Didnt show up within the 4 hour window provided, and when trying to call, I was put on hold which equated to being hung up on and then apparently they disconnected the line so that no calls would go through. Highly unprofessional.

This is a five-star reliable, honest, and friendly business. Mary who answers the phone, and part owner, is so pleasant and knowledgeable and the tech that they sent here, Mark, was polite and very informative and fixed my washing machine which is not an easy task because today they are all so complicated with circuit boards.I highly recommend them.

What an amazing experience dealing with this friendly, helpful, knowledgeable company. The advised me that on of my appliances was still under warranty and the the second appliance was not under warranty but they were able to get the part covered regardless. This company knows customer service better than most I have dealt with. Will only use them in the future.

Weve always felt that honesty and fairness drove this firm and recent experience has once again confirmed this. On several occasions, theyve correctly diagnosed problems which had eluded others. This is a solid appliance repair service. They did a nice job repairing my two-year old beverage center. As the appliance cost $1,700 new, I couldnt afford to get a new one. Murrells repair was fast and affordable.
