My first visit was better than expected. Very clean and modern. The receptionists were nice and the service provided by Nancy was exceptional. She took her time to explain everything to me as it was my first time. I will definitely be returning!

What wonderful ladies. I received a day of pampering, as a pre-wedding gift, which began with my eyebrows.Clean, polite, attention to detail; I couldnt ask for anything else.I needed saving. Had a previously bad experience years ago in NJ where the tech took way to much. Finally grew back enough and needed some shape.Little bit of no pain wax, tweezers and voila, I have beautifully matching brows again.

I was skeptical at first because I had been going to another location and had many horrible experiences. I liked the waxer as a person but she did such a poor job that when I came to this location my new waxer thought I never had a brazilian before. That was disappointing because the sessions were so long and excruciating. I ended up not finishing my package for that reason. Once I switched to this location, Ive had nothing but good experiences. The hair density has decreased and I actually look forward to my sessions.

I’ve been going to European Wax Center for a few years now and was worried moving to Ft. Lauderdale and not finding ‘my person’. Luckily, I found Marilyn right away!!! She is amazing and really listens to her customer’s preferences (hello, eyebrows) and is in the details! Perfection every time! This location is also super clean every time I go! 10/10 would recommend!

I love coming to this specific one because of the energy and cleanliness. Soon as you walk in the front desk staff welcomes you and the tone of voice is pleasant. The wait time is so very little that you wont even notice that you was waiting. Once in the back, the esthetician doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. They talk to you so the room doesnt stay quiet or even if you are that person that doesnt want to talk theyll even not talk but they are all friendly. Parking is a bit tight and difficult cause its next to a fresh market and across is restaurant so do expect delay on parking at times.

Receptionist are always very welcoming, friendly and energetic. Anytime you call they always willing to help or accommodate you. I stopped going to the North location they are always booked for some reason and I personally dont think the service there was all that to begin with. I now take the extra mile, literally just to go to this location and no matter who waxes me they keep it professional, clean and quick..my last was Sharell and wow she was super quick and gentle.

Come here and ask to see Myah! I’ve been waxing for nine months now and I’ve been to four different locations total. I’ve never had as good of an experience (how my skin reacts, feels, and looks afterward), as I did this time. I saw Myah, who is amazing. I’m convinced the person you trust to do your waxing has a lot to do with how you look, and how it feels, after the fact. I wish I could see Myah every time I needed to get waxed. I’m sad I’m only here temporarily.

My waxer somehow managed to give me a Brazilian in a record 6 minutes and it shows. I was also charged an extra $25 for an inner thigh wax that she did on my freshly shaved legs. The wax was spread on like peanut butter in large areas and repeated on the same area 3 times which is not how it is supposed to be done. One of the worst and most expensive waxes I’ve had. Very disappointed.

Erica at the location near fresh market is by far the best waxer! She is so professional and makes the process quick and painless! I have NEVER gotten an ingrown after waxing with her. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Charged twice for a product I only wanted one of, front desk rep said “if you think I’m playing with you come around the desk and see for yourself that it’s not deleting”. Then said well wait an additional 30 minutes if you don’t want to pay. I paid for both products although I only wanted one and I’m expecting a refund that she is supposed to initiate with a manager. Definitely needs an attitude check.

Gayle is the best!!! The facilities are super clean. The staff is amazingly sweet and accommodating. I do preset my appointments but very rarely wait and when I have is under 5min. Highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

I have never been so embarrassed - Most of the time I make appointments however, went in for a quick Lip and Chin wax and the girl emphatically says No we are on Shift Change - Sorry YOU are not a hospital! Then put a closed sign on your door if you cant accommodate! To top it off you now lost a standing customer - plenty of good - nice - great customer service that will gladly take my money and provide great service. DO NOT GO....

Seriously go no were else to get your waxing done. I went from a girl who went to random places at random times of getting my brows done to purchasing a package and actually making an appointment for next month because of my experience there. Andy was so welcoming and friendly when I got there.No appointment and she got me in right way...but let me tell you they not only promise exclusive painless hair removal, they deliver it. I WASNT EVEN RED! no redness and Vanessa filled in my brows before I left...never have I ever walked out of an eyebrow waxing feeling and looking better (right away) then when I walked in. Im actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks ladies!!

I had a wonderful experience. This was my first time and it went very smoothly. The receptionist was very polite and people working there were very nice. I was in and out without any problems. It was extremely clean. What I liked most was the room and equipment were being sanitized right in front of me. I would gradly recommend this location to my friends.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could give a zero! I have been getting my brows waxed for 15 years. However I had brow waxing here that left me literally scarred. The apparently untrained employee, gave me SECOND DEGREE BURNS. It hurt to blink for two weeks, with severe burn blisters. I now have scars all over my lids. I have tried to reach out to management for two full weeks now, with pictures and proof of the burns, blisters, and scarring. They never get back to you! I have no new skin care regimen. The brow waxer went over my brows more than once, which is not allowed. When I questioned her she stated she was just getting a spot she missed. She should never have went over the brows twice and now I’m scarred. Management hasn’t even reached out to apologize. They only offered me points in there reward system. It was extremely painful and they don’t care. Apathetic!

I went to this location for my first wax ever. I did full legs and half arms. I was blessed to have Brittney, she made me feel super comfortable and she was very knowledgeable! I went back the following week and did a full Brazilian along with my under arm pits. I would definitely recommend this location and I can’t wait to go back. Brittney is no longer at this location, but I hope I can find someone else as good as her!

Ill try to keep this review short. First time getting a professional wax. I scheduled ahead of time. I was notified about the location change to The Fresh Market Mall and the Cancellation Policy when youre 10 minutes late. I showed up 5 minutes early. I went straight into the Brazilian, and ended up getting my upper lip done, as well. My review: I felt well informed. Not rushed or impatient to get through it. These ladies are very good at hand holding with no feelings of thirsty sales pitches. Im very happy with the experience.

I received a Brazilian wax from Nancy and she was great. She told me how to breathe and did a great job distracting me from the pain. However, when I got home I realized there were a considerable amount of prickley hairs so I’m not as smooth as I would like to be.My hair was pretty lengthy so I expected it all to be removed. Hopefully my experience will be better next time.

I am always the type to just walk in whenever I have time because of my crazy schedule and they always seem to fit me in and never have to wait more than 5-10 mins.They do tend to be on the pricey side but their wax is great quality.

Appointments arent kept, communication between staff is non-existent, Ive been treated poorly multiple times. Ive called the manager 3 times, left voicemails and no response. I havent had the best results, I believe they are breaking the hairs instead of pulling them out correctly. Bikini wax, hairs show up 2 days later. The results I have at home are so so much better. They rush every appointment, its stress inducing. In a hard place because I bought so many appointments as a package and now disappointed. Not overly happy and disappointed I was treated so well on my first visit just to spend all the money, and then be treated poorly.

I like going here as I am always made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I have had 3 appointments here and was very happy with 2 of them ... Erika and nancy and would highly recommend them as professional and very good at what they do. My last appointment, while not a bad appointment was just not as good, I had bits of wax left on my body in a couple of places. Small things but still a bit of a let down. That being said I will still continue to use them as I like the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

I dont normally get facial waxing, I prefer threading, but I was too far from my usual place. I decided to come to EWC since Ive used them in the past for leg and bkini waxing (which theyre great at).I was just going to get my upper lip and chin waxed because I was unsure about letting someone wax my eyebrows, but when I getting the waxing, I decided to give it a try. The technician was very nice and she was very good. She did an amazing job cleaning up my eyebrows without changing their shape.

Great wax place they have the special European Wax that doesnt break out the skin it doesnt even require a paper or cloth the wax drys and removes itself it is great I would highly recommend trying this place if youre into underarm wax Brazilian wax or just eyebrow wax or anything to do with face they do a great job I recommend Jules shes great and the staff is always super sweet and helpful.

I was referred here by my co - workers and the half off price was enticing as well. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. The wax was way to hot and after my Brazilian was done I put on my clothes and left. When I got home to shower I noticed there was still patches of hair down there. Very disappointing when you expect to be completely bare. Long story short I have to go back for a complimentary retouch which is an inconvenience for me as my time is valuable. I would never come back, I will continue to go back to my old waxing spa and pay full price for a good job the first time.

I scheduled an appointment at this location and got stuck in traffic on the way. Ive never been late and am a known customer there. I tried calling 2 times to let them know Ill be 10 minutes late and the receptionist had the phone turned off. I arrived 10 minutes late, and the receptionist was rude, gave me a nasty attitude and the manger was standing right NEXT to her allowing it while they told me the reservation was canceled. The manager was just as nasty as she was so I just walked out. Im completely disappointed with the customer service I was given by this place, and cant believe after spending so much money there thats HOW THEY TREAT YOU. Dont ever go to this location!!!!

Worst place for services !!! I was burn at this location by the lady name Angelia- very poor wax job. I told her the wax was to hot and she still didnot do anything. She didnot even care that she had just burn me. There is no manger on duty over the weekend - which is crazy!!. The lady who answers the phones is so rude-she put the phone down on me. Her name was Bad custmer sevice. Never once did anyone say sorry Carla.
