I had been going to Debra for a couple of months and she was doing a good job, but she could really work on her attitude and tone. That would probably help her with customer retention, of which I dont think she cares. Ive had 2 instances where Debra basically showed me that she did not care if I kept coming to her because I tried to reschedule 2 appointments because my work schedule changed last minute. She bluntly texted me No more booking in advance. If you want an appointment call me day before. I tried to tell her that would most likely mean that she would be booked and will not be able to see me. She said that she is firm on her decision. To me, this is a way of telling me that you do not want to provide me any more of your services.Prior to that, I had referred a friend to Debra and she told my friend she does not have time for new appointments and that she would have to wait a couple of months because she is extremely busy/booked.Her attitude will kill her business if she does not change/improve it.

This lady is a true diamond in the rough. My daughter loves her she makes her feel comfortable. Its like she is family. The sessions are timed but she goes way beyond the timer. She is awesome A diamond in the rough!!

Called Debra to get info on her services based on our conversation I did not feel comfortable she kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain my facial hair situation. She also kept telling me how busy she was, how many appointments she had and so forth. As a person trying to get electrolysis for the first time she did not leave a good impression.

I was getting electrolysis treatments at a highly rated location in NYC for 5 months with no improvement whatsoever. Within my first treatment with Debra, the improvement was night and day. The hairs grew back super super thin! First session here. Shes the best in South Florida, hands down!

Before booking my first appointment, Debra took the time to explain the electrolysis procedure and how hair normally grows. She offered me free consultation and free suggestions yet did not pressure me to make an appointment until i felt comfortable in doing so. Thank God I went to see her. My facial hair - specifically my chin - growth is almost none at present. I am extremely happy with her service. The office is extremely clean and very relaxing. She practices excellent hygiene and I have not had any bumps rash or infections which verifies her keeping her equipment hygienic, as i have a very sensitive skin.Most of all she is very pleasant and humorous which I personally love since this is my fun time away from my normal stressful job. I absolutely love Debra. She is such a talented electrologist. I am originally from NYC, but I found myself needing a clean up in Florida once when I was visiting. I found Debra online and couldnt be happier. The hairs she has done for me has never come back. Plus it is fairly easy to make an appointment with her. Every time I am there she is my go to person. In fact, the last time I was there was in the beginning of February, I saw her the very day I arrived. I havent had to see my regular NYC electrologist yet. I highly recommend her and even brought my sister to see her.

Debra is absolutely amazing! Not only is she affordable and professional, but she is also very friendly and very funny. Her place is clean and in a good location. Ive been going to her for almost 2 years now and have seen a dramatic improvement in my unwanted, coarse facial hair. My beard is now very, very thin and takes about a month and a half to grow back now (as oppose to having a 5 oclock shadow). I love Debra and HIGHLY recommend her. She is thee best!
