My son and I had a great day! Unfortunately we didnt catch anything. However captain made up for it and let my little guy cast a rod/reel into the water at the dock so he could at least catch a jack fish. Very friendly staff!! Great experience!! I highly recommend this company!

We planned a trip down to the Florida keys to go deep sea fishing since our honeymoon got cancelled. We booked the charter the week prior and a few hours after we landed we got a text from the charter saying they were cancelling on us because nobody else was coming on the trip so I guess they would rather have horrible business etiquette to save a few a few bucks. Awful! Thanks for ruining our trip

Felt bamboozled. Left late, came back early. Me and GF reeled in one garbage fish a piece and they called it quits. To those reading, Pay more and you will find a more astute business with more🕑 to spend on you the customer

I had a friend in from out of town, and wanted to take him for trolling offshore. We booked for three on the Corsair. We were part of a mixed group with a nice couple from NYC. We had a great time and caught Mahi, Tuna, and King Mackerel! We took turns at the rods and shared the catch with the others. The Captain and mate were excellent. I found the Captain to be very approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. The mate was very friendly too, and took care of everything. Excellent! I highly recommend this.

Capt Andre and First Mate Zach were fantastic. Fish bite was off, but we worked hard and landed a few. A great 6 hour trip. Nice boat, clean decent amenities.

Had a great time fishing with these guys! Captain Ryan and Captain Lou are awesome! On a day when no fish were biting, we were still able to get on some fish. Even caught a 90 inch sailfish. These guys are the best!

Captain Louis and First mate Tommy were fantastic, we caught a lot of fish and had a great time. We will be back. I would recommend this to any one looking for a budget friendly trip.

This was my fourth trip with Russ and it was awesome. He knows how to put you on fish and makes sure that a great time. As a fisherman I realize that not every trip ends up with a trophy but Ive never been disappointed. Oh, by the way, we caught a 92 Sailfish and enough Tile fish for a great dinner. Ive been on many fishing charers and this one is one of the worst Ive been on. The first mate is really nice and fun, however the captain could be a bit friendlier. The boat that was on the pictures was not the boat we went out on. The bathroom had urine all over and hadnt been cleaned in a long time. We caught two fish but not upset as fishing is fishing. As a previous posting stated, to pay all that money just to turn a reel for a minute or two is a waist of money. We really wished we would have chartered a different boat.

Fished with captain Louis and his mate tyler. Great day on the water and tons of fish on. Hard working and made sure everyone had fun. Would totally recommend and will definitely fish with again.......thank you guys for an awesome morning.

We had a blast on the boat with the crew! They were so fun! We brought our beer and had a good time out on the water! Can’t wait to go out again with the crew!

We had a really great trip with corsair! The boat and its crew were really good and experienced. Do not bring bananas on this boat - bad luck. We got lots of big fish so we got lucky even though we lost our delicious banans at sea! We can strongly recommend othets to go on this trip. It’s worth every penny.

My sister-in-law booked the tour for her husband’s birthday party. We were told we can bring 8 people. She invited 7 . Soon as we got there we were told that we can only bring 6. So we ended up being a party of 5 and the two other guests she invited had to leave. Granted we were late but the captain gave us an attitude for being late (even though he’s getting paid the same and returning at the same time). We already felt bad that the other two people left but also he made sure for us to feel guilty for being late. The boat is very old. Inside of the charter boat smelled funky combined with gasoline odor. We haven’t left yet and I’m already starting to feel sick. We only caught two fish and we went back early. We were promised that they will give us tuna in exchange of us docking in early but we didn’t get it. The crew member was very nice and jolly. No one brought cash so we tried to put in as much as we can. The captain got upset and he balled in the cash and gave it back to us and say “you guys obviously needed the money more than i did” . My boyfriend explained to him what happened and that we only have cards and he said that he accepts card so we paid the tip in card. We paid 40 dollars tip but still didn’t seemed enough. Wouldn’t recommend this tour. No costumer service. Very rude captain.

The European guy from Hungary working the boat had horrible hygiene, the captain was cold, very unfriendly, and not approachable. The furniture inside the boat smelled horrible and incredibly old! In 4 hours we caught not even one fish, the charter made no efforts for us to enjoy our trip. Do not recommend.

We booked 2 outings both trips was excellent. I would highly recommend this charter.

I paid 100 dollars for person and 40 dollars (tip asked) just to turning the handle of the reel for 2 minutes, if this is what you are looking for deep fishing is fine, I dont recommend this tour at all. Also the captain, didnt talk to us except to ask for the payment and the rules in boat, thats it, boat looked very bad maintained.

First let me say that the captain was very rude and unprofessional. The first mate was nice. The total fishing experience wasnt at all what we expected. There was no hands on casting at all. You basically reeled in the fish that the first mate caught. We wouldnt recommend this fishing charter ever.

Amazing experience! Caught 2 nice mahi mahi, 2 king mackerel, tuna and others prob 15 total. Captain Lewis and Mate Robert knew exactly what they were doing especially on a day the other boats werent really hitting. Thanks again guys for an awesome morning and highlight of our trip...if your in doubt of where to turn to fish you shld check them out for sure!

I am leaving this review on behalf of my girlfriend to detail her experience at her request. She got the deal on Groupon.It is very difficult with our schedules and child to get any free time and it took a few months for her to get a day clear to go so when she did it was planned with a hotel stay so she could relax and get away for the weekend. She received a call the night before the morning trip stating that the trip was going to have to be rescheduled with no explanation. Okay it made a mess of the plans but these things happen, it would have been nice to know why. A few weeks later she was able to get another day off and she rescheduled for another morning trip. She received another call a few days before stating that she could not go on the morning trip she would have to go at 5 p.m again with no explanation again making a mess of our plans. She decided to go anyway and we called the captain to confirm prior to leaving the house about 3pm, he told us to be there at 4:40pm the boat was leaving at 5:00pm. No problem, we arrived at 4:30pm to find that the boat had already left. She was understandably upset at this treatment and a call to the captain by a deckhand who was there resulted in a hangup. He was apologetic and said there was nothing he could do we would have to reschedule again. At this point she just wanted her money back but now we would have to deal with groupon. So we headed back toward home and received a call about 10 minutes later saying that the boat was turning around so we went back to discover that two more people had showed up who were friends of the owner and that the owner had called and told the captain to go back and pick them up. If they had not been there the captain would not have gone back.As for the actual trip, besides the lost time this caused they were training a new deckhand who got half of the lines tangled up and cost another half hour or so. The trip ended at the scheduled time of 9pm with no consideration to the delays and shortened trip. I do believe this treatment was due to my girlfriend being a groupon customer and having a low priority. If you offer these promotions you should deal with those customers in the same way as everyone else or dont offer them at all. Very dissatisfied with fish on board charter.

First off captain Russ shows up late, he gets there tells us hes waiting on his first mate and that hes stuck in traffic . When he finally arrives its obvious the guy just got out of Bed . When we board the boat he gives us a safety speech and tells us what we can encounter Mahi, king fish, sharks etc . After that was finished he told us how much they were expecting money wise for there tip, and it was around 20 percent of the initial cost of the trip. We finally shove off and he tells us we need to catch our bate, that sounds weird to us because we were thinking they would have had that . So After two and a half hours of looking for bait, they get frustrated and just threw lures out there and we didnt even get a nibble . Captain wasnt engaging with customers at all, first mate was a slob and kind of a jerk . When we were done the captain never came down to see us off or to just say sorry that we didnt catch anything . Overall a horrible experience. 1/30/2017

This boat was a joke. It is old, they are not near any other charters. No live bait, no cut bait. When you make a reservation, they send you a text reminding you to Tip. Before they introduce themselves they give a speech on tipping. After the speech, the boat wouldnt start. Sat for an hour while they smoked, swore and putted around the boat. It never started. Did they call a boat mechanic, no, they cancelled the charter on the spot. We wanted a refund they told us to call Groupon. Guess what Groupon has no refund policy for this type of thing. Read the other reviews on yelp, this was set up to be low effort and pressure you for tip.

Terrible ending. After renting out a private charter for 500$ the captain tells us he wants a tip in the end. After we were done fishing we were going to take pictures with the fish. He asked for his tip, which we only had 60$ to give him since we didnt know we needed to tip and we didnt account for it in our buget. Captain Russ grabs the fish and throws them back on the boat with complete disrespect for the fish and the people there. If it wasnt an exact 100$ 20% tip get ready for a disgusting example of how a business is run. He was unbelievably rude and yelled this is how we do things on this boat. He made a bucketlist experience worth nothing. If you want to be treated with complete disrespect, get harassed all trip by a deck man that tells you if you have an asthma attack my cpr is like French kissing this is the place to go. Fort Lauderdale has many many charter boats, I recommend trying anyone else but these guys.

Not only did the Captain put us on a sailfish, we caught a monster that was a bucket list item. Great trip and great captain to know what we wanted out of the trip and to go for it!!
