Great building with class A fully furnished executive offices. It is always clean and well maintained. The staff is second to none and has been there for years so they know what they are doing! They also offer virtual offices! You wont be disappointed renting there.

Sandra and Emilia are great! Today I use the Crexent as a part time virtual office, though in the past Ive had a full time executive suite. The Crexent has great prices, and they also go above and beyond -- they do a great job of introducing tenants to one another and helping you network. They are always throwing business events and lunches, which are open to the whole business community. I shopped around town, and without a doubt.. Crexent is the best value.

A very well organized & well kept building. Dr. Partenio was the one of the best Ive seen. She is smart, has compassion for my situation & I believe I am finally in the right hands. I would recommend her to anyone. The building has plenty of parking & is easy to find. The inside & outside of the building is also very clean just like Dr. Partenios office.

This is a terrible company, they can’t be trusted. The manager Emilia Candelaria is impossible to deal with. One thing is obvious…she doesn’t understand the meaning of ‘fair’ and ‘common sense’.

Look at office space in a few places this is not the place go to cruise port Conference Center much better
