John and the Staff are Great..used their services many times ..even sent clients to him ..Family owned..they really care about their customers.

Was trying to rent a car for a couple of days and so I called them and a Guy answered and said that theyre sold out. I at least thought that he would tell me a little more like when there will be a car available...nope he just hung up and that was it. I am very dissatisfied as a potential clientell.

Friendly, helpful, on time, inexpensive car and van for rent was experienced i receive from this location.The owner gave my us ride to the location we needed to go, otherwise we had to get an uber after we drop off the rental car.Big thanks 😊 🙏

I thought this would be a good pick but, when I spoke to someone they first told me the 2 Vans that we needed were available. I informed them that I would give them a call back once I spoke with other family members on the pricing. I called them back to confirm some information, while confirming the information we were already headed there. Called them back and asked about what cards can be used, while speaking with them two others who needed a van as well was in disagreement on what major cards can be used and ALL STAR HUNG UP and when we called back to provide them with info they did not answer the phone until I called from someone elses number and immediately said the Vans were no longer available that someone else got them. We were already on the street that ALL STAR is on and no one was there to get the Vans. We waited outside just to see and is still waiting while calling other companies and no one has come. BAD BUSINESS.

This place was amazing! Very friendly and professional staff. I had rented through right car and couldnt get the car because they only took credit card...not debit card. I called Allstar because I was staying in the area and Im SO glad I did. John helped me out and even took me to the airport when I returned the car. I am very impressed with how they handled everything. Its rare to find a car rental company that isnt sleazy! Would definitely rent from Allstar again, 10/10!!

Convenient location with great pickup and dropoff at Fort Lauderdale airport. John went out of the way to get us to the airport very early, outside of normal hours. He even filled me in on done local south Florida history. We got a nice car at a better rate than the big rental companies and a quick, hassle free rental with no lines. The car pickup was likely quicker than had I gotten on a shuttle and went to Avis or Hertz.

This business is great we rented from them for a week very polite and courteous offered to pay for our uber from airport to rental office and then gave us a ride to the airport after returning car. He also new it was our first time in Florida and gave us some things to look into doing and places to eat. Will definitely be renting from here again.

This place was great. I needed a van for the weekend, Sat and Sun, and they let me pick up the van early on Friday at 5:30 which is unheard of in the world of rentals. I could have pick up even earlier if I wanted to. They were the cheaper option BUT the van I rented was TOP NOTCH! As good or better then comparable rental companies. My 2014 15 passenger van worked great and was CLEAN! What what! The staff there are super friendly and helpful especially John. I would most definitely recommend this place if youre looking to rent a nice, working, clean van with an awesome company. You will not be disappointed!

I called John before I booked and confirmed with him regarding picking up from the airport. Once reassured, I booked online. My calls were never answered when I landed so I got a ride to pick up my rental. When I arrived it was pitch black AND closed. Hours of operation say open until 10pm. I landed at 7pm. I arrived at allstar car rental at 8pm. I took another cab to my hotel. Wow. What a terrible experience.

Worst experience ever, reserved a passenger van 2 months ago and the owner tells me the day before Im leaving out of town with a family of 10 that he only has a mini van for me and has the nerves to say Inchanged it for that.Ruined my trip completely! Do not rent from this company. This complaint is going further than a bad review.
