Very disappointing. the hall is nice online and was interested in renting here with groupon but they do not provide what they say they do on groupon. Staff provide different information than what is listen on groupon which make it very misleading.

It was a baby shower and the place was spacious, well organized and very clean.. they also made sure that masks were enforced.

It was just a venue, I dont believe they offer more than an empty room to do your thing. As far as empty rooms go this one was very okay

One thing I always despise is a liar better known as false advertisement. This hall has an ad on groupon as if they have a special offer for $500 which is 50% of their original price, only to tell you they no longer have that deal and they could make special accommodations aka MORE money. So the group on special they offer is just bait to get you to commit with your $500 just to charge you the rest later smh. Do better tropical hall!reply to below message: There was no misunderstanding. I had already purchased the $500 group on deal that apparently no longer exist and you said that was groupons fault. If youre going to have an ad you should HONOR it. Now I have to go through the channels of getting my money back which isnt fair to me. After you said the special had expired you gave me the original price for that package of $999. What else was there to talk about? Nothing! Of course I hung up, Im upset and I need to get my money back asap and you made it clear that you apparently wouldnt be the one to give me my money back.
