The Crystal Ballroom is Amazing!!! My Daughter just had her Wedding there and it was Absolutely Gorgeous !!! The Decor is Awesome and the Personnel is Outstanding !!! Thank You So Much you made my Daughters Wedding Day an Unforgettable Moment !!!

I had my wedding here 06/04 and let me tell you. Sergio and Oscar were amazing. Sergio was my coordinator and he was top notch. He was professional, and so in tune with our personality and what we wanted. His patience never wavered and together with Oscar made our wedding elegant, classy and flawless. I have to give a thanks for the entire staff as well. Aiesha, Alberto, the banquet managers and even Mike were all accommodating and very patient with us. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

As a wedding photographer for over 10 years I have been to many venues but NONE are as outstanding as the Crystal Ballroom Beach Place. Whenever I get new brides I always advise them to find a place that has 1. a gorgeous view indoor and outdoor, 2. an array of decor to meet their taste 3. flexibility so we can get the best photos possible. Crystal Ballroom has all of that and more and truly some of my BEST WORK is because of the respectful and efficient staff and creativity of the beautiful location and designers. Alberto & Maria the owner and General manager greeted me with open arms allowing my staff and I full creative control over the venue. Most hotels rush you to get your photos over with... but because of their in house planner who was really helpful with the bride and guests, I didnt feel rushed. They even provided me a step ladder to get high up shots of my bride!!!! We coordinated our schedules to be able to provide the best timeline for sunset pictures...it was astounding!!!!! Thank you so much Crystal Ballroom Ft Laud for allowing me as a vendor to really cater to my clients and I can not wait for my next wedding there!!!

I got married at the Crystal Ballroom and it was the best decision ever! Aiesha, Oscar, Alberto, Sergio, and the rest of the Crystal Ballroom team went above and beyond to ensure our day was PERFECT-- and it was. Everyone can not stop ranting and raving about how beautiful and CLEAN everything was. The team not only answered my 10000 calls, but they made sure that we felt comfortable every step of the way, while ensuring we were staying in budget. Do NOT BOOK WITH THEMplease record every conversation with them as well as Taking pictures of every room from the floor to the roof including chairs and tables !At first they sold us a dream - that dream stopped as soon as we gave the deposit down and signed the contract .From there everything went backwards!From the table set up to ceremony set up just everything all together !They say they say things which none of the people that were with me all along herd, And better yet Threatened to cancel everything an hour before the event .This was horrendous- the manager there literally told my twin sister “ instead of getting your hair of yours ready bring me my cash or it’s cancelled” as if she didn’t give him 75% of the money by then.That place looks nice but Does NOT worth your headache after the event ! had tons of events done in so many venues none had as many problemsEvery excuse they had for us to not get the deposit back we objected and they kept coming up with new ones and at the end threatened us.Literally told my sister you can leave a bad review we are used to it all their good reviews are sponsored .When we first read them we figured how bad can it be but now that we look back we wish we were going the other direction we had insteadBe AWARE PLEASE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIMEWorst customer service yet never mentioned how their lovely attitude changed as soon as we put the first deposit down BE AWARE SO YOU WONR GET MISSLEAD

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! POOR SERVICE! Very rudeThey’re a big scammers. After we had a contract signed with them they keep increasing the price. We were very specific about how the setup should look like and when we arrived nothing was set up as per plan. The manager Mike had a big attitude kept saying that he didn’t speak to us about the set up and that’s why he didn’t organize it as we wanted. We did speak to another person about the setup but seems like one hand doesn’t know what the other does. They threatened us an hour before the event started that if we don’t pay them $1400 in cash they will cancel the event. They refused accepting Venmo/ bank transfer or Zeel which makes me believe they take it to their own pocket without even reporting it to the IRS. DisgraceThey did not return our deposit saying that someone puked in the bathroom (sink). They lied that the bride table got broken. We never used that table and they have no proof to that.

Lack of Integrity and EthicsDO NOT utilize The Crystal Ballroom Fort Lauderdale, LLC.Paid for our wedding in full before the global pandemic. After the government mandated shut down, this company did not show any empathy in assisting us to change our wedding date and wanted to charge us additional by “upselling” any future date we selected. They refused to reimburse us the money we paid upfront; they kept 100% of what was paid and we paid in full. Also, this company tried to charge for additional services even though we were providing our own vendors. Once they get you through the door, they will attempt to add lucrative prices for their services as there is no standard quote to promote transparency of their business. Please note, the contract is drafted in the interest of the company and NOT the paying customer.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding at the infamous Crystal Ballroom at Beach Place on February 20, 2020. From beginning to end, my experience ran smoothly and I enjoyed every second. We toured the venue with the general manager, Alberto in April 2019. This was during pre-construction. Alberto sold it. I trusted his vision and knew that it would be all that he promised it to be. My journey with prepping for the wedding with Crystal Ballroom was amazing. The professionalism and personalities of the staff made you excited. Sergio, the designer, took my vision to another level. I loved every second spent with him and his ideas and he executed it flawlessly. Raquel was always so helpful and welcoming. Maria, my day of coordinator...words can’t express how much she was needed and how much I adore her. She made my rehearsal and the day of my wedding the experience of a lifetime. Not only is she professional and makes sure that everything is handled and runs smoothly but her personality is so beautiful. I felt like she was family. She makes you excited and she takes care of you throughout the process. I can’t thank her enough for being what we needed on our day. My wedding day was amazing and I wish I could relive it a thousand times. Thank you Crystal Ballroom at Beach Place.

I planned a beautiful event in remembrance of my late father. I was emotional planning the entire thing, yet Raquel and the staff went ABOVE and beyond to make sure the event went perfect. I will forever be grateful their hard work. The day of coordinators were a dream to work with. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that all the service workers did for us that day. Its saddens me to have to write this review. Beware of doing business with Crystal Ballroom Ft. Lauderdale. We had to work hard to collect our money from them. The payment they used declined and they refused to get back to us until next week. The issue is cleared now.

Scammers. Keep charging us for fees that we’re not discussed. Building is not safe. 2 of our guests fell and management is now threatening that if they get sewed by the guest who broke her leg we will have to pay for it.

I recently had my babyshower here and this venue is absolutely stunning. They made sure to take all the precautions for Covid. Everyone was temperature checked at the door, tables were socially distanced, staff had masks and gloves on and everyone who entered needed to have a mask on. There was also sanitizers in every table.My guests couldn’t stop complimenting the beautiful decor and amazing ocean view.All the staff was super friendly and professional and really made my day so special. I can’t recommend this place enough. I love that this venue offers an open vendor policy which means they’re not trying to sell you their alcohol and food packages, it’s amazing to be able to bring in your own and really saves on money.I also loved that all the decor was included in my price. If you have a special event, I would definitely choose Crystal Ballroom Beach Place, Alberto really knows what he’s doing and goes above and beyond to make your special day memorable.

I absolutely love this venue, I went back during open house and fell in love. The decor was breath taking and the staff was super nice. Then my cousin booked her wedding there and the event was amazing, the staff was friendly, nice and fun. They make sure the cater to you and very professional. Everything was ran smoothly and even Alberto showed up to greet my cousin and her new husband, just to make sure everything was going well. The family had an amazing time and my cousin had a smile on her face all night. I highly recommend.

I attended a wedding at the crystal ballroom, this venue is beautiful and clean lots of good areas to take nice photos.

This is one of the best venues you can have, everyone there is very helpful and on my wedding day even the things that I brought to set up on my own they did it for me! I was extremely happy about this as it saved me time and they are all very nice and accommodating I highly recommend this place because the decor is top quality and even during a pandemic they were very clean, had many sanitizing stations, they did the temperature checks on my guests for me. I am so happy that I booked them because they made me day go very smoothly!

I was really excited to have my wedding here and while it ended up turning out okay, I was disappointed in how hot it was .. no matter how much they turned up the a/c it was DRENCHING HOT, none of our candles at all were lite, our unity candle wasn’t in the spot where it was suppose to be, and we were told if they lite the candles the venue would get a $15k fine however ..that’s not my fault ... so we don’t get what we paid for ? Because of a fine y’all would inquire ??? another wedding directly after ours were able to get their candles lite so it didn’t make any sense and made me feel like they simply forgot to lite our candles and the fire marshal was an excuse. While Sergio was super super sweet and accommodating I was still disappointed in the fact that what we paid for was not granted 100% to what we discussed and I just expected more.. so if you decide to book make sure you get what you pay for .. lots of $$$ later I feel like I didn’t get why I it was just so so hot nor why our candles couldn’t be lite, made me sad and the DJ started my song too early but that’s an entire different story.. so idk I just am disappointed in a few things .. but it is what is it. And they aren’t a. As venue Sergio and Owner Berto still are good people .. just wish the minor things that went wrong didn’t

I do not recommend even reaching out to this venue. My fiancé and I had a tour scheduled for 9am and had even confirmed via phone call the evening before. No one was there to meet us at 9am. We drove an hour, and her parents drove an hour and both of us needed to pay for parking.Finally someone showed up (unrelated to us) 30 minutes later who was able to call/text Sergio. I was ready to leave but my fiancé still wanted to tour the place.Finally, 40 minutes later than scheduled. Sergio met us to give the tour. He was on his cell phone when he finally showed up and went to finish his call with no apology to us for being so late.$20k just to rent the space and they can’t even show up on time for a tour? Avoid avoid avoid

This place is amazing! Its a dream come true! One of the most beautiful oceanfront venues Ive ever seen! However, the reason I am writing this review is not because of the beauty. I was highly captivated by the professionalism and the meticulous attention to detail of the management team. Wow! Alberto is a perfectionist! This man has an amazing talent! Not only is he the best at what he does, but he takes a personal interest to make sure you and your guests are fully engaged and having the time of your life! If you want your most precious moment to be remembered as the event of a lifetime, dont think about it twice! This is the best of the best!

Crystal Ballroom made my wedding hopes and dreams come true!! I initially wanted to go with a different venue because I did not know Crystal Ballroom existed. My sister and my now husband insisted on going with this place. I am eternally grateful that I did. Alburto, Maria, and Mike worked so diligently to make sure all the details leading to my big day and the day of were perfect. They patiently worked with us every step of the way. The decor, service, and just overall professionalism was outstanding. If I could give them another star, I would. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Ballroom as a wedding venue!

This ballroom is absolutely breathtaking. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a wedding or any type of event. The staff was very accommodating, super helpful and the service was impeccable. The one person that stood out to me the most was Raquel Campos. She was absolutely amazing with coordinating and planning everything. Without her I do not know what I would have done. She was so sweet and she genuinely cares about the outcome of each event. I would recommend this venue to any of my friends and family.

The Crystal Ballroom Beach Place really is the premier event space in West Palm Beach. Crystal Ballroom Beach Place may not be open but it is in the hands of a miracle worker, Alberto Valdes. He is someone who makes your wedding/party planning fun rather than stressful, someone you can count on even with those last second hiccups because believe me you will run into them. A beautiful place to celebrate your events...

I 100% would not recommend the Crystal Ballroom.I scheduled a venue tour online 2 days prior using their VIP Guide Tour link on their website. Upon scheduling, I received a thank you message saying that I was “tentatively” scheduled for my selected date. I waited a few hours for a confirmation of the appointment to come through, but nothing ever did so I called to confirm and was told by the girl on the phone that yes, I was confirmed for my selected date and time. I asked who I would be meeting at the tour and was told that “Sergio” would meet us there.When the date of the tour came, we drove down to Fort Lauderdale (over an hour from our home) and I had my parents drive out of their way to meet us there as well. When we arrived, no one was there to meet us and the place was all closed and locked up. We decided to wait a bit in case Sergio, who was supposed to meet us, was caught in traffic or something since there were some detours in the area due to a marathon. After 30 minutes of waiting, we finally saw someone that worked at Crystal Ballroom (not Sergio) and we explained the situation to him. He then contacted Sergio and let us in the venue so we could sit and wait for Sergio. Sergio didn’t arrive until 45-50 minutes AFTER our scheduled tour and offered no apology for being late. It seemed as though he didn’t even know that he was supposed to be there at 9am for the tour, which that tells me that there’s clearly a disconnect between the office staff that answers the phones and the individuals that actually give the tours because I had already confirmed the date/time on the phone prior and was told that everything was 100% confirmed with Sergio.I don’t know what the real story is here, but we were extremely disappointed in the service we received from Crystal Ballroom. The lack of respect and care about the situation made it very clear to us that this would be a terrible venue to try to work with if we even wanted to move forward.

Crystal Ballroom has all the glitz and glam but sadly the property in Fort Lauderdale is ran by money hungry thieves. I am a maid of honor in a fairly large wedding and inquired about how they are handling current weddings during the pandemic. The answer I got from Alberto was, they are rescheduling the dates for their clients. This is great, apart from the fact that the specific date that was chosen holds great sentimental value to the bride and groom. We asked for the same date for June 2021 and got hit with a huge fee for personally picking that date instead of allowing them to reschedule. Pretty place but horrible service. Had you just allowed us to keep the same dates the following year, you would’ve had a guaranteed wedding ceremony, reception, and food for 92 people. Now you’re getting met with bad publicity. I hope this was all worth it.

Crystal ballroom beach place was heaven sent. We took the leap of faith to book with them, before construction was done and it was the best decision ever. The venue is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and you get beautiful views of Fort Lauderdale beach from their balcony which we used for our cocktail hour. The ceremony ballroom and reception ballroom is jaw dropping and our guests could not stop talking about it. You will not be disappointed and anything is possible they will cater to your every need. Thank you crystal ballroom for helping to create our dream wedding, it was truly the best day ever.

What an absolute amazing venue. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. We were beyond impressed by our experience.

Do Not use these ppl especially around this time. They are money hungry Thieves!!! We had a wedding scheduled for March 2021 but because of Covid we needed to secure a later date and was told there’s a $1,000 fee to change date; even if Covid is still around. They also said we would lose our deposit if we don’t continue making payments (not knowing if the date is valid due to Covid) Please do not use this venue until you know for sure we are free of Covid. Try a different Venue. We have put $3,000 toward this wedding and they refuse to negotiate the date. If you’re dealing with them with this same issue please seek legal help.According to cdc we are only allowed 10 guest but are quoted for 50-100. Do not use this Venue.

Once I saw this venue and met Alberto I knew there wasn’t anywhere else I would get married. Actually until I saw this venue I wasn’t even excited to start planning because planning can be soooo stressful! With the help of the CB Team my day was stress free! The crystal ballroom team is more than amazing! Working with them was the best experience of all! Truly recommend this venue besides of how beautiful and glamorous it is, Alberto is organized, professional, and knows what he is doing. I had such an amazing wedding last,Alberto and Raquel did an amazing job and were a absolutely amazing, everything was absolutely beautiful but we were extremely disappointed with one of the workers/serves and she goes by the name Ana, short Hispanic lady, she was screaming at all of our guests about getting food, denied my 12 year old son food and screamed at him to sit down, at the end of the night she was screaming and disrespecting one of my guests, getting in his face almost ready to hit him, it was so embarrassing and unprofessional, me and my husband didn’t take any food or cake because we ran out so embarrassed

Very few people I know work as tirelessly as Alberto! I must say that seeing his transformation of the beach place property has been a definite treat to witness. For my wedding he was so devoted to making sure I knew that he would be by our side every step of the way. Beach Place would not be what it is right now had it not been for Alberto! He is an energetic spirit and he never stops working. He loves what he does for a living and you can tell that in every aspect of his character. Trust me when I say you will be lucky to have a planner and coordinator like Alberto by your side for the happiest day of your life.

Exactly 1 week ago today on August 1st, 2020 our Wedding was held at Crystal Ballroom Ft.lauderdale Beach Place and I must say our wedding was the most amazing, extravagant, Fairytale Wedding come alive. We could not ask for a Better Event coordinator Raquel she went above and beyond to make sure our event flow the way we expected even though COVID-19 and Tropical Storm Isaias was in effect. I want to also Thank Alberto and the rest of the crew. We appreciate you guys more than you will ever know!!! I also want to add that we booked this venue pre-construction and Alberto didnt fail us..

They have the Barnes to tell my bride that she cant get her money back after they have been shut down due to them operating illegally! Its been a headache trying to deal with them. Pretty place, unfortunately they have a horrible customer service from the coordinator to the catering company, they only want to get the money, I’m just a vendor, our bride from past event is super sad and mad, she will also write a review explaining what happened on her wedding day.

My Fiance and I Booked our wedding for next summer. We cant wait! We never thought we could save so much money on our wedding by just going with the Crystal Ballroom. We had been to a Crystal Ballroom before for a friends wedding in Orlando. We had such a good time, that we knew when they were opening one in Fort Lauderdale, we both said, YES!

Crystal ballroom is not yet open. But I can say we booked my daughters Sweet 16 here for this up coming February! Working with Alberto has been amazing. The stress on planning a party can be awful. We looked at several all ready established catering halls and STILL booked this pre- construction site with confidence!. Alberto has made this such a smooth process. The pictures and reviews of their other places alone... should make anyone want to have their event with them! The best part for us is I do not have to hire a decorator... They provide everything! Overall. Sooooo happy this was not my event. Attended two at this place...each time a let down. Sad how nothing changed from event to event...next have a price sheet on the wall so lack of class will REALLY shine through..it is really about the money for the owner and his rude loud staff..

This place is epic!!! went with a friend for a tour. Now i want to get married again. You get the beach as a photo backdrop in the balcony w/o having to get sand all over your shoes n dress!!! which is freaking amazing!!! It really is a Fairy Tale come to live. This venue is everything you ever dreamed off for the money you can spend. Amazing ambiance and decorations are superb. The staff is super lovely, you will feel like you are a part of the family almost instantly. Follow their easy planning rules and your event will be flawless. Highly recommended

Alberto and his staff are SUPERB & GRAND PROFESSIONALS. The Venue is a dream palace for any special and memorable event. Do not sleep on their talent and hard work as your special event is one that they will magically be one to remember forever . Before booking this venue please stop and do your research. The prices fluctuate from day to day. Nothing is really set in stone. Read through these comments and see for yourself the unprofessionalism from the manager ! Who argues with people in reviews !!! I want you to hear me out before booking the venue. Stop and research, call a planner, look at your options because I GUARANTEE you can find something for the same price that offers way more than crystal ballroom. ASK SOMEONE FIRST, CALL A PLANNER. Do not book impulsively. The owner is there to sell you a dream that’s all. When you go visit he will make you feel like this is it. Not saying not to book him but research first. You have to pay for parking, your guest can end up paying up to 40 dollars depending on the day. Traffic is AWFUL always !!! The decor is very basic and there really are not much options to choose from. It’s your wedding day, don’t settle please, you can find better, research before booking. You will get charged extra for everything and that adds up ! Read the contract line by line, look for other venues, weight out your options. And then book.

Let me start by saying this place is gorgeous from head to toe, of course for everyone in here complaining about prices and all of that, this place is not an all inclusive like other places and they don’t hide that, we booked quick and had our reception the same day as another one, they were earlier and we were in the late afternoon/evening. I had to buy decor and linens, which they said they would have enough of to go with our theme but they did not. They accommodated our guests as we had a few more chairs needed. We opted to have the reception outdoors and the ceremony in the smaller area by the bar but because the weather was bad we had the ceremony in doors and then converted to reception but it was not a smooth transition and the cocktail hour was a mess, no where to really be, they didn’t decorate the outdoors like they said they would, the guest were walking all around like they were lost, not all what I expected, Alberto seemed like whatever and left early, leaving a waitress in charge. It felt thrown together and not what I would expect from all this jargon we were sold. The decor is always the same for every event, our wine wasn’t served, then it wasn’t given back to us I had to ask for it and come pick it up and also we’re asked for tips which we left with the staff but if someone would have stayed they would have known that. My guest loved the food and the DJ which are vendors for them. It was ok just not what I hoped for. But even with this said our guests are still talking about it and they didnt know any different. I did not allow any of this to ruin my day, this is a review to allow others to see what we went through and what they may need to consider. Opened 3 weeks or 1 day to a year... that is not a valid excuse to what we were sold on. Also with the premium you charge you should consider having more incentives to creating an experience thats flawless, its an occasion that cannot be recreated. I dont regret having our wedding there .

Where do I even start? My wedding was on February 15th, 2020 Saturday morning. #Mr.&Mrs.Noel2020We booked the venue before all of the construction. I believed in Alberto from day one since Ive met him. He has been super sweet and understnding. Special thank you to Alberto!!! So proud of his growth at the CBBP.I would like to thank everyone and all the staff at Crystal Ballroom Beach Place. My wedding was everything I asked for and more! Thank you Sergio for decor set up! Raquel and Marie it was nice to meet you! Thank you! The banquet staff and Mike for running it so smoothly at the bar and during reception! You guys did an amazing job! This was the perfect beach venue! To the owner thank you for selecting Fort Lauderdale area.

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding held at Alberto’s location and it was absolutely beautiful. Him and his team worked so hard to make sure the bride had everything and more. Great music and memories!

I am not the type that writes reviews for businesses but after taking several days to reflect on my experience at Crystal Ballroom FTL I felt compelled to write this. So to start off in February when I initially put down my first two deposit for my wedding in December, I was sold on Alberto’s sales pitch of having a smooth wedding experience at his newly renovated “All Inclusive” venue and that the only thing that we needed to provide was food and liquor. He boasted about his vast variety of decorations, napkins, table runners, and silk floral options to choose from only to be offered two types of silver table runners, one style of wine colored napkins, and one style of black cocktail table covers with our choice of gold or silver runners which I noticed was never changed from gold to silver on the day of my wedding. So not only did this venue lack in decorations they also lacked in professionalism and communication. I found that a lot of information was missed during the few times I got to meet with Alberto, one of which he was an hour and a half late to and ended up cutting our meeting down to only 15 minutes so a lot of my questions were left unanswered and getting someone on the phone was almost impossible. After a while I started to feel like the entire process was more like a business deal than my wedding.After I made my final deposit for my wedding, I received a call from Alberto a week later inquiring about my “Financial Status” apparently he lost track of my first two deposits in February so they were never applied to my account and showed that I had an outstanding balance which was incorrect. After confirming each payment made to him and helping him track down my payment history, I never received an apology. The week prior to my wedding day I got another call from Alberto informing me that I had a balance of $1000 to pay, $500 for the security deposit and $500 for gratuity which were due on the day of my wedding rehearsal that was not included in my final invoice. When I asked him why he reminded me about it so close to my wedding date he stated, “Well I thought your planner would have written this down and reminded you” keep in mind, the last real meeting we had with him where he discussed any information like this was 10 months ago when I decided to book him and I somehow feel that he neglected to remind me because I opted out of using his event planner for my wedding. After that day It only went left from there.On the day of my wedding rehearsal Alberto kept mixing up my ceremony and cocktail hour locations up, it was almost as if he never actually took a look at my wedding file at all and insisted that he told me to bring over my liquor for inventory when he never discussed that with me. When my wedding day finally came, and I walked down the aisle towards the alter all I could think of was how hot and smoldering the ceremony area was. I knew that they had an issue with the A.C in that area but when I addressed it a couple of months back, I was told that it would have been resolved prior to my wedding day and it wasn’t. Not only was the A.C. broken but so was the dancing on the clouds machine, which my husband’s best man had to fix, and apparently their Gobo name projector which I only found out about six days after my wedding day and only after I didn’t see it in any of my pictures. Had I not noticed I doubt Alberto would have told me about it and I would have been out $300 for a service I did not receive. All together my overall experience at Crystal Ballroom was very unpleasant and I only wish these 1-star reviews were available prior to me booking my wedding with them.P.S.Please remember to take inventory for everything you bring; somehow two out of my 3 boxes of 12 pack Laskey burgundy taper candles went missing and I had to go back 2x to get items that weren’t put in my section after the wedding like my unity candles and cake knives.

I have an event schedule for 2020 ohhh god was i nervous. did not know if i was going to like the final product. Finally was able to come by and view the completed product. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I honestly cried! It was breathtaking. I gave Alberto The biggest hug. He surpassed my expectations this place is flat out amazing!

Wedding Date: November 29,2019I decided to have my wedding at Crystal Ball Room when it was literally nothing but gray concrete walls. I put my trust in them and they came through. Alberto helped me majority of the way. The venue has two separate rooms, one for ceremony and the other for reception. Both rooms decorated to the max. Its just breathtaking. I did have one hiccup a week before my wedding, but Alberto made it his duty to help as much as he could. Please when initially booking make sure you ask all questions down to “How many quest are included in this package?”“If I ended up with more guest 10 days before my event, how much is each person?” Or “ Who will manager my food?”At Crystal Ball Room, you have to bring your own Liquor and Food. Anything that you want to be eaten you have to bring on your own which is good because you save alot more money. I would recommend getting your liquor from Total Wine & Sprits because they accept returns for what’s unopened.Ask Alberto about all monies due, you do not want to be stuck paying an extra $1100 a week before your weeding, its very stressful. So, if you can pay for those extra 50 guest or their food management upfront and ask if you pay upfront and decide not to use the service will you be REIMBURSED ( better safe than sorry).A con I found about Crystal Ball Room is that the bridal suit bathroom Didnt work. Hopefully it gets fixed. I made it my duty to use the bathroom before my husband arrived so he wouldn’t see me. Im sure that the team would have kept him away too if I had to go.For liquor, I bought 12 bottles of clear, 15 bottles of henny, 50 bottles champagne, 24pk beer, 6 x 36pk of soda,16 bottles of cranberry, 10 cans pineapple juice, coffee, tea, non alcoholic sparkling, water they provide. My guest count was 130. I had liquor leftover which I returned so I bought more than enough so I didn’t have to worry about running out. Mike was the bartender. He is very pleasant and worked well with my guest. Thank you MikeAlejandro helped with the rehearsal. He is very open to ideas and knows what he is doing. My wedding went smoothly. I caught him a few times laughing and enjoying himself too so you know he loves what he does.Overall Crystal Ball Room did an AMAZING job. I wish I could repeat my wedding day. I would choose them all over again. They provide A+ service. Thank you all. As a Bride, I had no worries.

On June 21,2019 my friend sister had her wedding at the Crystal Ballroom. When we met Alberto he was kind, helpful, and informed us that the bride would have everything she wanted. The day of the wedding we were to have sunflowers as centerpieces per the brides request and Alberto informed us that they’ll be able to take care of that. When we got there they were no sunflowers as centerpieces.We had to have our personal florist add whatever yellow flowers she had to the centerpieces to go with the decor for the wedding. We also had someone come and place monograms on some of the clear chairs that we were using for the wedding. They personally spoke with Alberto and informed him of the proper way to remove the monogram, informed him that it would be a little time consuming, and reassured him that the chairs will be fine and back to normal. Alberto was fine with it.So the wedding went on as planned. As the night was coming to an end the hall manager spoke with the mother of the bride in regards to the monograms. She volunteered to put a team together to come in the morning to assist with the removal of the monograms. He informed her that it wouldn’t be necessary all his staff needs is soap, water, and a little bit of elbow grease. Fine. The next day we get a call from Alberto that they cannot remove the monograms.Ok, we sent the bridesmaids to assist with the removal. As the girls were in the mist of removing the monograms it was taking longer than Alberto liked, so he informed the ladies to stop what they were doing cause as far as he was concerned the chairs were damaged goods now and couldn’t be saved so he was keeping the deposit. We informed him that we would have the person who placed the monograms on the chair and informed you on how to remove them come by and remove them.Alberto told us NO the chairs are ruined and there’s nothing anyone can do. Ok, we understand and apologized. Informed him that we would be coming to pick up the 20 damage chairs and a mirror we used for the wedding. Alberto informed us that we will NOT be getting any of the damaged chairs that our deposit paid for, NOR will we be getting our deposit back. They only thing Alberto informed us we can come get is our mirror.When we go to get our mirror and chairs Alberto would not talk to us face to face. He spoke to us through his office door. Alberto didn’t talk to us through your office door when you wanted us to book with him. Then threaten to call the police on us. When we informed him that we would be taking him to small claims court his words were, “I got money for a lawyer.” through the closed door.The level of unprofessionalism that Alberto displayed was disgusting and appalling. To send so much money with a venue and for them to turn around and treat you like you didn’t just do business with them said a lot about The Crystal Ballroom. Luckily 06/21/2019 was and will forever be the last time I go there NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LONG AS ALBERTO IS THERE!!!!!

Lastly what you’re not going to do is get on here and lie on Mr Ray Windon! You saw him in person today and could’ve expressed any concerns you had directly but you ran for no reason. We talked yesterday and I told you I was coming to get my mirror and my chairs and I sent him to pick them up with his truck. Nobody threatened You or any members of your staff and you know it!! Let’s talk how you were rude and got slick at the mouth. You really think you can come out of your mouth any kind of way to people and they’re supposed to just not say anything back to you. I guess you learned a valuable lesson today to think wisely before you speak. WE don’t take disrespect lightly over here.😉😁Arkila

Great venue and great support staff

Very unprofessional. Never pick up the phone. Even when they promised to contact me by email, they failed at that, and it was so disappointing to see that some of the reviews are from the staff (cannot be trusted). I guess they forgot that their profiles have their pictures. Also, the price changes and the parking fee is ridiculous. The negative reviews are very accurate.

Yesterday was my cousins wedding and I was honored to work with an amazing crew from Crystal Ballroom Beach Place. Albert and Alejandro were amazing with what they do, excellent communication, professional, fun. We had an all day wedding and there was absolutely nooooo hiccups no issues no problem. The decoration was elegant, classy and sexy. It was breath taken. Everything was amazing. I highly recommend this place and the staff for any occasion. I have nooooo words to explain how great the place and the team was. If you want a wedding, sweet 16 or any other event call Albert he is the one person you would to have any conversation and help you plan your event.
