The customer service as of 2021 is not good. They took nearly a month to file my simple taxes, and are only open on limited days each week.n UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER. They kindly called me called me and apologized for the length of time it took to file the taxes. Apparently they were exceptionally overloaded at the time of my filing. As a second review, I recommend them.

We came to Jon when our CPA of over 10 years passed away so I was very skeptical about change. Jon has been doing our personal and business taxes for almost 20 years. Without going into great detail, our experience with him has been unbelievably excellent. In every regard. Cant say enough good.

Professional, timely and reasonable rates. Its unlikely Id go anywhere else.

Do not get your taxes done here! Jon is very knowledgeable, however he doesn’t return phone calls and you literally need to hunt him down to get anything done. This is my experience. Jon was recommended to me by my sister in law. I sent Jon my paperwork via email because we live in Minnesota. I never heard back from him after I sent it. I called him more than 10 times and my husband over the next month. My sister in law called him and he picked up and merged the line with me and he didn’t even acknowledge not getting back to me. He said, “he couldn’t open the email.” I advised that I can help and I showed his assistant how to open the email. Soon after Jon went unresponsive again and my husband drove down from Minnesota to have our 2018 taxes done. I assumed that this was the final step however a couple months ago I went on the irs website and it said the taxes were never filed. I called Jon’s office and got the typical run around and was advised Jon would call me. Jon finally got back to me after a couple weeks and advised the taxes weren’t filed because he never had my husband sign the efile consent form. He emailed me the form and I had it signed and sent back the same day. Jon filed it weeks later and never told us it rejected. Also not this was after the deadline. I had to call the office and talk to Christie. I figured out my husbands ex filed one of the kids on her return and we needed to filed via paper. I’ve called Jons office for the last 2 months and no one can provide me a copy. I’ve been advised Jon needs to sign off on it, but Jon doesn’t get back to me. I’m very unhappy about this situation and I will be filling a complaint with the IRS.

Awesome place to get taxes done. Jon is very knowledgeable as is his staff. He has done our business and personal taxes for years. Highly recommended!
