I highly recommend going to Jackson and Hewitt tax services located fort dodge ia. Very fast and no waiting. Valerie Draper does an awesome job, is very helpful and professional!

This is the third time I have used your services. Each time the charge has gone up. This time it took more than half of my refund....it would be nice if you had discounts for people on social security. I believe I will try someplace else. You even charged more than H & R Block and I thought they were expensive

They charge way to much an give way to little back it cost me $445 dollars just to file

My husband went to Jackson Hewitt to get our 2012 taxes prepared. Let me tell to you why NOT to go to this place.1. They advertised it was going to be $50 to have your taxes prepared, that was a lie it cost us $250.2. The woman preparing our taxes was beyond rude.3. And this is the cheery on top. The woman preparing our taxes put that we paid our own medical insurance and made a deduction of $5000. We had no idea she did this because nothing was explained to us. So guess what? Because they hire incompetent people that are diguised as accounts my husband and I owe the IRS $5000 and change.I cant stress this enough....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY SCAM, CHEAT AND LIE!!!!!!
