I called the branch in Fort Dodge, IA and asked them to help me fill out my tax form 4852. (Spoke with Tamika) She told me to go on IRS.Gov and do it myself. I said, “you’re a tax preparation company, are you kidding me?” And she said, “no, and you don’t have to be rude.” Seriously? NEVER using this company. Super unprofessional and not very bright to say the least. Called Jackson Hewitt and they were able to help me, no problems.

Because they were really nice and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the best refund for me I will definitely go back and file trough with h and r block!!
