Joe was such a great guy to deal with. I ran into some issues with my online order. Joe was so awesome and went over and above to make things right and then some.

I never rented a truck from these folks before, so I figured that I would give them a go. My interaction was with one fellow who, by the way he was acting, I assume is the owner of the business or something along those lines.His attitude came off quite bullish, and I think its fair to say that this gentleman is quite the chest thumper. I returned the truck clean and in better condition than when I picked it up. He did his best to try to find something to complain about, but alas there was nothing.Both the lack of customer service and the overwhelming political propaganda left me sour to this business. I will not be going back and I advise others to be warned.
