Do not reserve anything from this location. I dont even know how this place stays up and running. You will not get your reserved equipment and trust me, the staff here definitely act like youre at their mercy and if you dont like the way they do things (by not fulfilling reservations) you can F right off. So, so many people in line and waiting FOREVER, and for what? To be told you dont get any equipment after 2 hours of dealing with these people. All employees have an Ive got the badge attitude. Its actually unbelievable. Go to a different dealer and make sure Huntington location is not involved. Id pay triple somewhere else before Id ever deal with location again. I wish I would have read the horror story reviews before I reserved here.

Young guy had me hooked up and leaving within 5 mins. Very professional
The staff was extremely rude and lazy, I had a reservation for a truck to be picked up at 5:30. When I got there I was told that the truck was not available and would not be available. The staff then proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to rent the truck at all for no reason whatsoever. They also gave me no reason as to why the truck I had reserved was not available even though there were 3 of them on their lot. The staff was not helpful whatsoever, they treated me with absolutely no respect whatsoever. One of them even basically told me to go **** myself. I am completely appalled with their treatment of customers. I have bought many boxes from them and rented from them before, now I regret doing any business with them at all. I will never set foot in that establishment again.
Very incompetent and rude staff. Called to schedule an appointment for a hitch installation. The individual I spoke with confirmed that they had the part in stock, and scheduled the installation stating that he would text me with a confirmation. I did not receive the confirmation, and when I showed up the next day at the allotted time they did not have the reservation, and stated that they did not have the parts in stock as all parts for our vehicle were “reserved”. They were additionally not wearing masks per the current state and county Health health department recommendations.
Ordered a trailer for 6 hours. Was told they would be closed when it’s due but “no worries” it can be dropped off after hours. So I do my part and drop it off in the designated area with no staff around and the lot pitch black. First thing in the morning they charge me a $20 “After Hours Service Fee”. A fee for what? I did the work and left it in your parking lot AS YOU REQUESTED. What a joke. That “fee” was a sneaky up-charge for the store. Find any other uHaul location, there are lots more that will do a better job in the Fort Collins area.
I called first thing in the morning to reserve a 20’ truck. They confirmed and guaranteed that I would be able to pick up the truck the next morning and I would get a call by 6pm with the details. I called early afternoon for an update- nothing. I called again at 5pm and was told sorry no trucks. I called again to speak with someone at this location but was sent straight to a call center. This woman was nice, but all she could offer me was a 15’ truck, an hour away for $100 more than I was going to pay originally.
BEWARE!! Made a reservation a month in advance, they took my card to get me a reservation number and I thought everything was good... come in the day of my reservation only to find that they canceled it because a “card was not on file”, which would be understandable if a card was indeed not on file, but the clerk HAD taken my card so the error was on their end. They had stated that the “reservation” number was merely just for a quote and did not guatentee that I actually had a truck.... only advice I can give is to ensure they actually saved your card info in their system or else they will screw you.
I arrived bright and early on a wednsday full of questions. I was assisted by Mikayla who was amazing! She was very sweet and helpful. She had great customer service! I really appreciated her help and patience...she was awesome!
Ive seen a lot of complaints for this location about long waits for pickup and drop off. When I arrived to pick up, there was no line, and I was assisted immediately, probably just good fortune for me, but I think its only fair for that to be noted along with the negative experiences.
They took almost 2 hours to install a hitch (normally takes 15-30 minutes) and helped another customer first that came in after me when I had an appointment. Absolute waste of time and money.
This Uhaul Center is just awful. The customer service is terrible. Every time I go to get propane they make me wait long periods before somebody comes out to help me. They obviously dont want to be dealing with propane so dont go here. Unless you want awful service and to being lied to your face. They just dont care and your business doesnt mean anything to them!
All the bad reviews are correct. Not recommended.

Guy that did the installation was solid, but UHaul Corporate and store manager were awful, it took weeks of showing up and being sent away because they didnt get hitch in, although they had said it was in, to actually finally get it installed.
