Had a great experience with SOS. They walked me through everything i needed to know and answered all of my questions. They even gave me helpful tips on proper maintenance strategies. Glad to have these guys looking out for my properties. 10/10 would recommend.

The owner Matthew is a scam artist. Trust me and find somewhere else to go.

The most unprofessional service experience Ive ever had. For a simple project of placing some boulders, installing a dry riverbed, planting 3-4 perennial grasses and refreshing my mulch, SOS got every aspect wrong. They delivered and installed the wrong kind of rock (it didnt match anything in my current landscape), planted the grasses in a depression so they sat in water and had to be replanted, and used a semi-truck to blow in mulch, despite my explicit request for them to haul in wheelbarrows and spread with a rake. On top of this, they suggested that the semi drive onto residential open space in the middle of the summer (leaving tire depressions and crushing the natural grass) and left mulch marks all over the sides of my house. I fired them on the spot and never heard from the owner until I got an invoice for payment (more than I had approved, BTW) 6 months later with no phone number or email address to contact them about the bill. Only an address to send payment. A bit presumptuous? I would discourage anyone from using SOS for any type of landscaping services.
