Rocky Mountain Provider Billing was able to recover collections over two years old. I was listening when the CMS representative told them that the data was presented better than this representative had ever seen and cut us a check later that day. They are polite and very effective with carriers and patients. They pursued 100% of our outstanding accounts receivable and were successful with essentially all carriers.
