Encompass makes billing as complicated, unproductive, and inefficient as it can possibly be. If you want to pay someone to do your billing and then have to do all the work yourself...then Encompass is your company! Many red flags when dealing with this company. Time and money wasted that can no longer be re-cooped.

Encompass HDS is an unprofessional and disorganized organization. Basudhaa Dasgupta, the Director of Credentialing & Payer Enrollment should be replaced with someone who is more professional, organized and reliable. I would highly recommend RT Welter for any medical practice that is seeking to outsource their credentialing and payer enrollment.

Got a call about a bill from this company. They were extremely unprofessional and the person I spoke with had trouble communicating what she needed. I asked them to email us a statement and they had difficulty even completing that simple task. They were very aggressive and confrontational with me regarding a bill less than 2 weeks old. I spoke with a Latashia on 12-18-19

This company has constantly made mistakes when billing my clients. The staff is highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise against doing business with them if you have any other option.
