Paid for 2 day shipping and they sent my package standard and pocketed the extra shipping cost. Very unprofessional. Do not answer calls. Have a voicemail that says instead of putting you on hold, leave a voicemail and we will call you back. Dont call you back in a timely manner (have not called me back at all). Do not be fooled by this unethical company.

Wrong order was sent and I have been trying to get ahold of their customer service team for 2 weeks, calling emailing, no response. They have an answering machine that says all customer service agents are busy and asks you to leave a message that they will return.. no response.
