My husband and I just purchased a home in Timnath and completed some renovations. I picked a cleaning company from afar to clean trusting that we would pay fair market price for a clean. We did have some construction related cleanup (aka cardboard floor protectors and dust) but when we recieved the bill it was a lot more than i anticipated. We would typically pay $220 for a deep clean on our previous 3,300 sq ft home. I was charged $405 for this clean (same size home). Moral of the story is make sure you get quoted ahead of time. They did a decent job cleaning, but definitely not worth almost double the price of other cleaners.
