Jill saved the day. I was moving from out of state and we walked into a disaster. There was mold and the place was a wreck. Jill was able to get someone over to take care of the mold within 24 hours and the place was clean. It was a complete 180 and without her timeliness we really would have been put in a tough spot. Thank you!

Left cleaning produced smeared on the cabinets, bath tub, did not clean the things we asked for specifically (basic things in a deep clean base boards moulding etc), house was not dusted, kitchen table was not even touched. The owner text me that the people she sent seemed a bit off AND didnt quite check out. She sent these sketchy men to our home. I would not reccomend them to anyone. And then the greedy owner proceeded to charge us top dollar for the service, when I refused she sent us to collections. Never, ever ever again. I have found another cleaning service.

So this is in response to the owner lying on my previous review. She did not do any of the things that she said, she did not offer another cleaning to make it right and she did not cut the bill by more than half. She sent strange people to my house that she admitted in text message did not check out. These people essentially just cleaned my toilets and did about 45 minutes worth of work that she billed me for six hours and gave me a very slight discount. Some areas of my house were even left dirtier than before these strange men came with cleaning residue and grease left over surfaces. At this point after reading the most recent response you can add “liar” to the list as she sent me to collections over this job. I will be reaching out to Angie’s list and providing them with pictures of shorty work and screen shots of text messages. You can come back with any further lies you want but I have the proof.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my cleaning. I requested a deep clean and what we received was terrible even for a regular clean. I spoke with Tiana a few times and told her that I was not going to pay over $400 for what we received. She was so sweet and understanding especially after I sent pictures. I finally was able to talk to Jill, the owner. we had missed each other a couple times. And she was WONDERFUL. She informed me that two out of the three people who were here that day have since been fired for other people being dissatisfied as well. I am not one to usually complain online and that is NOT what I am doing. I am here to recommend One Source bc even though the service that I received was awful, Jill made it right 100%. I will use them again.

Never again. This business has no integrity. They decide what their version of a deep clean is. If you deep cleaned a bathroom for 2-4 hours how is there dust on the blinds? The owner tried to negotiate via text after ignoring my calls, when she called she still could not hear my point: I was under quoted, had nothing to do with her person going over on a job that was not detailed. My point, is if you offer a service claiming to be detailed Id be smart enough to write a contract and have them sign a contract for what your idea of detailed is, because our versions dont match. Im the client, Im not always right, but I pay you 😐 Never again 👎🏾

We used this service based on a recommendation from a friend. Sadly disappointing. Make sure you get a price up front...we trusted it. We had them do a rental clean up. Very poor cleaning job for way too much money. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

Jill is amazing. She is great with communication and super organized. I love the reminders and the open communication about the services. Oh, how I miss this company so much. My wife and I loved having the same people in our home each week. The cleaning was outstanding as well. We are moving back to Fort Collins from Denver and this will be my first phone call. Great company, affordable cleaning, and easy to work with. What else can I say?

Not happy with the cleaning job this company did for my townhome. The cleaner(s) did absolutely nothing to clean the basement, garage, or patio. I noticed that the basement and garage hadnt even been swept. I called Jill and she said someone would come out to do that. After our tenant moved in (2 days later) he told me they did not sweep the basement or the garage. So the cleaners either didnt come at all or they came and forgot the basement/garage again.They couldnt get some cat hair out of the carpet in the master bedroom and claimed their vacuum broke. My 65 year old mother-in-law was able to get the cat hair out no problem using consumer-level vacuuming equipment. They also suggested we leave the vacuuming to the carpet cleaner (which is not something carpet cleaners typically do - they just shampoo the carpet). The carpet cleaner even mentioned the poor carpet vacuuming this company did.For the stuff that this company did clean, they did a fairly good job on but they forgot to clean half the house and didnt do the details like cleaning the blinds, dusting the vents, sweeping out the spiderwebs in the corners, dusting window seals, etc. They were hired to do a deep clean of the entire town home and they did not do that. They did, however, charge my $460 for this crappy job. Thats the equivalent of 9.2 hours of cleaning by 2 people if they pay them $25/hour (which I assume they do not do). They were not at my house anywhere near that amount of time, though.

One Source Cleaning has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have been handling all of our vacation rental cleanings along with our apartment turns. The team always shows up on time, the communication is always clear, the pricing is very fair and they have a very well trained staff with redundancy built in so you never have to be concerned with the job being properly completed.
