I had an appointment at 9:45, didnt get served until 10:45 this morning. My Dr had told me she sent over the papers they needed previously, but upon arrival, they didnt have them and I had to sit there for an hour. The person who actually took my blood was nice, but the one at the front desk made me think it was MY fault they didnt have my blood work orders. Very disappointed with the service today. To bad there were only 2 people working, Id imagine the service would be far better if the company could afford to pay their people living wages.

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but this was the cheaper options for my insurance. They were amazing! I just made sure by calling and confirming I had my docs fax over my lab ordered which seems to be the #1 complaint. The tech was phenomenal and had me in and out in just a couple minutes for almost a dozen labs. Thanks so much

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The staff were very unfriendly and weren’t wearing a mask nor were the customers. We took our 4 day old baby here for a bilirubin check as they listed they were pediatric friendly. Not only was I appalled that the tech didn’t wear a mask to work on my baby, but they didn’t have the right equipment for the test. They poked my baby 4 times. My doctor ordered this stat and labcorp made me copay $99 to ensure a stat result. In the end the results were never sent to my doctor, they have no record of my daughter even being there and labcorp says they lost the samples. I am so beyond upset by my experience here with my brand new baby for many reasons, but a big one being the unsafe Covid practices at this facility. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Place sply could care less about wasting your time. Monica tells me that because I failed to check in at 4:00, I am unable to test today. There is no one at the door with whom to check in. There is a machine. No signage. No notice. Come back tomorrow. The place closes at 4:30. Terrible bedside manner. Terrible customer service. Corrupt bs privatization flying under the radar. Stay away.

I ended up going here because my primary dr could not draw my blood. Here they get me on the first try each time! Today I had Sarah and she was so friendly and kept my attention off of what she was doing! So simple and almost painless!

My nurse was amazing! I usually pass out and/or feel sick after getting my blood drawn but she distracted me and was so kind. Thank you!!! Made my experience so easy and painless for the first time EVER!

My time at Labcorp today was a very disappointing and frightening experience. First, there were many people waiting in a small area. I went out to a bigger lobby area. There were too many people there also, so I went outside. In both the small and larger area, some people were wearing masks and some were not. I asked the person at the front desk about it and she brushed me off, saying they were too busy to worry about it. They called me in through text so I assumed I would go straight back because they were ready for me. Instead, they told me to wait in the small area that had people without masks. I said I’d go back outside to wait. I was called back in 10 minutes later but they still weren’t ready and told me to wait. Then someone took me back to take my blood. She had a mask over her mouth but not her nose. I asked her about it and she said that she just couldn’t keep it up. I would have left in the beginning of all this when I saw what a mess it was, but I had taken off work and needed to get the labs done as soon as possible. Horrible experience. I would give a negative number of stars if I could.

I’d give them 0 stars if i could. lady at the front desk was rude and not wearing a mask. waited in the lobby for half an hour before she told us she needed my order request printed rather than digitally. we came home to print it out, then returned to try again. waited in the waiting room for another half hour because there was only one person working both front desk and taking samples. decided to leave. get your labs done somewhere else.

I was there for pre-screen. I was taken out of order and had to wait almost an hour when I was second in line. Slow service and small while likely understaffed. Pick a different place.

Staff has no people skills and Im still awaiting results after 3 months without the ability to check on status. Meanwhile, I get to sit around with an unknown infection that is likely getting worse. Go here if you want tested swiftly and informed slowly.

Took a drug screen here for my psychiatrist over 2 weeks ago. My doctor still hasnt received it. I tried calling LabCorp and nobody answered. Tried leaving a message asking them to send it over and give me a call back when they did, and I still havent received an update from either them or my doctor saying they received it. Gonna make call #2 and hope I can actually get the medication I need, but Im far from impressed.

I was intimidated by the reviews I saw...but I had a great experience. The wait was 10 minutes, and the nurse helping me was super nice. There were three chairs distant from each other.

Wait until after the pandemic to go here. It is not safe. Ask your doctor to draw your blood instead.Labcorp location: 2126 Milestone Dr #121, Fort Collins, CO, 80525.I was scared of catching coronavirus at this location. They only had one person working there. She was clearly overwhelmed. She snapped at me and was disorganized (but I dont blame her, I blame her boss for leaving her there by herself). The employee was not wearing her mask in the front desk area and lobby, but she did finally put it on when she took me back for the blood draw. I would have felt safer from her if she were also wearing a face shield since she had to get a foot away from my face.It was impossible to social distance from the other patients. There were five people sitting in a waiting room approximately 15 by 20. Whats the point of making an appointment if there will be too many people there anyway?The check-in terminal is just inside the front door, so I was exposed to everyone coming and going.I told my doctor I will NEVER go here again. Shame on them.

My daughter had to have blood drawn. The lady was very kind and the whole procedure was finished in less than a minute with only a 3 minute wait! I would highly recommend this lab as an alternative to the hospital lab that had over a one hour wait at that same time.

In their email, they said that they are open Saturdays from 8-11. There is now a sign on the door that says that they will have new hours starting on June 1st, in which they are closed on Saturdays. Theyre closed today, which is May 30th.

The staff was not friendly at all, I didn’t expect them to be, but still they could at least hire people with a little personality. Front desk lady was short with everyone in the waiting room, and did not even attempt a smile in the slightest. Front desk would not even give me an “approximate wait time”. Management I would recommend you let her get her morning cigarette in before speaking with another human being. I’ve interacted with machines that were better with people than her....ATTENTION PEOPLE: If you have the option to go to another location, it’s worth the drive!

Web site was not working and am always very frustrated by phone numbers which just refer you back to web site. I have to drive 100 miles to get blood test and they could not make an appointment for a 5 minute blood draw that would work with my schedule within 5 hours.

LabCorp was recommended by my Dr. as they are supposedly less expensive. I get my bill and they entered coding incorrectly and I was charged an extra $150.00!! Been fighting to get our $ back thru our health insurance carrier since July and LabCorp has not responded. Worst of all that money came out of our HSA. We will NEVER use them again and I recommend to stay away!!! The worst!!!!

Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. I have used this lab personally and routinely send patients there for draws. The wait time is minimal and you can even schedule an appointment if you dont want to risk showing up at a busy time and having to wait. ( I have only ever had to wait 5-10 minutes). Grateful to have them in town!

Do not go to this place. The girl at the desk with short brown hair is the most miserable human being with an attitude i have ever met. She could care less about your medical needs and will tell you flat out to go somewhere else to avoid doing any work. It also takes 7 days for lab results regardless of what their website says. The receptionist is going to put this location out of business

My mom went in the morning for a blood draw to test for her diabetes. This was the second time in three weeks that they lost her orders from the doctor, making her sit and wait for an hour (again) until they got a hold of her doctor. She has very delicate veins so she always asks for childrens needles when she gets her blood drawn. The lady ignored her request, missed the vein and then went searching for it with the needle in her arm. Get organized and listen to your patients! How sad that these people provide health care services.

I was surprised that all three of the staff were very unfriendly and surly. I was friendly and smiling and not a single person even came close to being warm, friendly or smiling. I dont know if they hate customers, or hate their job, or hate each other, but the way they acted, it might be all three. Otherwise, the lab itself is fine, so I guess it can have one star :)

. I had a urine test, drank liquids before getting there. I told the reception i might be needing to use the facilitiies right away, I was told theres a long wait use the bathroom and have to drink more water and wait till the urge comes again. Not a drop of friendliness.

Labcorp is nothing but corporate cash flow. No customer service. Call the customer service phone number and be prepared for a bunch of runaround and frustration. Tell your physicians to find a new lab.
