This place is very well kept and clean. Everything was easy to do online, and the man in the office was incredibly accommodating. I will absolutely return if I need storage again in the future!

Great place to evacuate some belongings due to the Cameron Peak Fire. They were very helpful and had several units to choose from for a last minute booking. Easy in and out access to the unit. Property was always clean.

Excellent customer service!

I used their website to secure a storage unit and when I arrived at the facility with all of my belongings and people to help me move, that is when we found out that the code we were given online did not work at the gate and we were unable to access the unit that I had already paid for. Of course, the office was closed and no one was answering the phone. Fortunately, someone came along and let us enter using their code and even stuck around so that we could get out, because you need the code to get out as well. If it wasnt for the nice man, we would have been screwed.Also, the unit was not as described online. Not climate controlled, no lighting.And to top it all off, they have a mouse infestation! I came back a few days later to get a few things from storage and found mice had chewed on things and left dropping on furniture and boxes. I bought mouse poison but Im sure when I go back i will have dead mice rotting in my things.Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a storage unit.Edit: I chose this storage facility because they offered 3 months at 50% off. My initial payment was at the 50% off rate and then the very next month they charged my debit card for the full amount instead of 50% off. I guess I shouldnt be surprised.Also, in response to their claim that they had no idea that I had received a bad gate code...please explain how I have a working code now? I mean...wouldnt I have to go in the office and tell them I didnt have a working code in order to get one that does work? So then, how do you claim you didnt know? And then there is Lori, the manager. She called to tell me how clueless she was and when I asked her what she was going to do about it now that she knows her response was, I guess nothing.

Great personal service. Liz is very helpful and willing to work with customers to accommodate a variety of situations. Utilizing a storage unit can often be associated with trying times and Lizs helpful nature makes finding a temporary home for your valuable stuff one less thing to worry about.

Lori gave me and my roommate the best experience. Unlike a lot of storage companies in Fort Collins, this Stor-Mor location isnt aiming to drain the bank accounts of college kids. The pricing is very fair, the storage units are a perfect size and Lori was angelic (especially since we had to relocate quickly because of covid). We definitely plan on coming back!!!

This was by far the best experience we have had with a storage facility anywhere. The people were friendly, the unit was very clean and very easy access when we needed it. We will definitely use Stor-Mor again if the need arises, and will recommend them to anyone we know in need of a storage unit.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I am extremely pleased with my experience here!! I only needed a unit for a couple months in between leases but will DEFINITELY be coming back here if I need a unit again! The facility is very clean, secure, very well priced, and the overall best value anywhere in Fort Collins! The manager, Liz, is absolutely wonderful; so friendly, kind, courteous, and always up for a nice conversation! My fiance and I were VERY pleased with our unit and greatly appreciate Liz and her friendly professionalism!

Lets be honest, you probably need a place to store your stuff or a secure place to park your weekend warrior vehicle. And this place is like many other self storage places with one exception, the manager Liz. She goes well above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of and your stuff is safe. If you have stuff you need to store there is no better place

Reasonable rates and great customer service! And they dont do the 15% yearly increase like some of the bigger companies charge! Liz, the manager, is always polite and treats everyone that walks through the door with respect. She is awesome! I highly recommend this place =)

Love this STORE! Have rented units at both Ft. Collins locations and the customer service at the Midpoint store is second to none. Always willing to work with me and as a SMALL business owner I APPRECIATE that more than words! Ask for Liz she will take care of you. :)

Love this storage facility. The manager, Patty, goes out of her way to help with paperwork or whatever we have needed. She is always so pleasant, on the phone and in person! Our daughter is a student at CSU in Fort Collins. We live in California, so Pattys assistance has been invaluable to us for storage over the summers and then this year while our daughter studies abroad. Facility itself is very clean and easily accessible. Keep your eyes open and you might spot a beautiful red fox watching you from the fenceline!

Terrible customer service. Went out of town and didn’t pay my bill. By the 18th of the month Liz( the crazy manager who lives in the top of the office) put a Lein on my trailer and attempting to auction it, without a phone call, voicemail, email, or txt message. I paid and towed it out immediately. The woman always seems like she is on a power trip, really weird.

Our unit was very clean and the whole process has been very easy. No complaints at all so far.

The couple that owns this place arent nearly as nice as they seem at first, and theyre also a bit senile. My husband and are over there with our kids about once a week, usually about once every two weeks to go through our stuff and get what we need in and out. We also have to take the bus which only comes around every hour. One of the owners stopped by our unit while we were there waving a copy of the contract in our faces and accusing us of loitering. Excuse my language, but she really was a rude b*tch about it, very condescending. Will be taking our business elsewhere when we can find a way to move our belongings.

We never had any issues with this company. We were always treated respectfully and the place was alwys vlean and tidy. Great security as well. Wd rented for about 2 years with them amd never had issues!

RATS! My daughter left her items in for less than a month to go home and come back to start college. DEAD RAT and rat poop in all her pre cleaned items. Made for a bad moving day.

The only reason it is not a 5 star is because I think $90 a month for a parking space is a bit steep.

Ive been with the Fort Collins Midpoint Stor-Mor for almost two years and my experience with them has been nothing been good. The unit is a great size, the grounds are secure and clean, and the staff is always very friendly, helpful, and accomodating.

Weve used this place for years, our credit card needed to be renewed and they instantly locked us out even though weve been customers for years. No phone call or anything, poor service
