Clean and safe space with a good property manager. The reason Im leaving a poor review (2 stars) is that they increased my rent 14%, just 3 months into my lease. Such a poor business practice in terms of being forthcoming about their rates. When I called customer service they were argumentative/defensive and could only escalate my request to keep the rent the same to a manager who might call me back. I did not receive the notice of rent increase but they did admit these notices tend to get lost in the mail.Their ability (choice) to increase rent within the first 3-6 months is (UPDATE: NOT) in the fine print of their lease and was not clearly communicated by them when I signed up. It feels like this is their way to lock you into a space at a competitive rate and then over-charge you shortly thereafter. (Update: Im waiting for them to show me where rate increases are stated anywhere in their communications..)Update/reply to whoever at SecureCare replied to this review...I called your Call Center yesterday, which led to my review. They escalated my request for rate consistency/transparency to a manager who they said would call me back within a day or so. I have yet to receive the call back.Your Call Center representative stated that the rate increases are in my lease. I have read the lease three times and cannot find anything related to rate changes or increases. If you could have your team share with me that part of our agreement Id love to read it.

My family has always used this place because weve never had a hard time with them. Always professional, always been nice and clean and well taken care of. They answer your calls and their website is informative. I like that I received support from corporate and the local office right away!

Management was very helpful and friendly. Unit was clean and reasonably priced. Very happy with my experience.

Will was super friendly and helpful wehen showing me the unit and helping me with the paperwork. Was out front and honest about all the pricing and policies. Had all his sidewalks and driveway shoveled and from what I can see when he showed me the unit he already had his facility salted. Im only going to be using the unit for a few weeks while I do some cleaning out of my garage but if I ever need storage again I will definitely come to this facility

My family has been renting a storage unit(s) here for more than 15 years. The service has always been 5-star in every way. Recently, I rented an additional unit. Will was so professional and friendly! He made the process go quickly and smoothly! I have had a number of questions about storage and logistics of moving...Will has been so helpful to us. The property is kept immaculate. This is important to feeling that the facility is in good hands. We appreciate the service Will consistently gives us. We appreciate that it definitely has been and continues to be a very secure and well maintained property! :)

The manager of this unit will not clear the ice surrounding the entrance code keypad, nor along the access corridors between the storage units. So, it is very dangerous to stand near the keypad. And trying to get anything in or out of your storage unit is also dangerous. I spoke with another renter about it, and he said that in the year he had been renting, the manager never cleared snow or ice from the facility. I would recommend choosing another storage facility.

Will is the man to talk to, hes got the best attitude, he is always around keeping your things safe and answering your questions, and he even helped me come up with some travel ideas when I mentioned I wanted to go to New Orleans. Will at the boardwalk facility is the man!

This storage facility is what one wants when in need to store anything. Its a top notch place, very clean, in a great location, not to mention a safe and secure facility. The manager is very polite and professional. He has been great to work with making it a place we will return to when in need of a storage unit. With very competitive prices, I highly recommend you give this place a try you wont regret it.

I have rented a storage unit here for the last year. The facility is always clean and secure. The new manger Will is very friendly and helpful.

6am-10pm gate access, great customer service, locks available for purchase right in the office, not the cheapest, but it is the cheapest/cleanest/best from what I have seen. Appears the facility is very secure. Storage has high roof space so lots of vertical room. They do require insurance which they offer. Coverage is $2000 worth for $9/month. Dont store explosives/fire arms. This is the move out season so spaces are filling up.Final summation: I recommend it.

I had a short term storage need for 3 months. Management was super helpful in getting the lease setup quickly, walked me thru everything and got me into the unit. Circumstances quickly changed and I moved out at one month and again - management was above and beyond helpful and gracious. Customer service is forgotten these days - EXCEPT at SecurCare on Boardwalk Drive!!! I highly recommend.

Dion is a great guy. Remembered my name two months after starting my rental. Price is reasonable. Security seems important. Facility is in great shape. I definitely recommend.

I have used this storage facility multiple times during my time in Fort Collins. They are in a safe area of town and the facility is always clean. More importantly, the customer service is outstanding. They have always been incredibly communicative and helpful, particularly Deon, who is the manager of this location. It is the reason I continually come back when Im in need of storage between moves. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for long or short term storage in the Northern Colorado area.

I just closed our my SecurCare storage space after 4 years. They were always friendly and available to assist in access, billing and payment items. I couldnt ask for anything more in a security facility.

Ive been a satisfied customer for around a year and a half. I can say that SecureCare Self Storage on Boardwalk is one of the best places to rent a storage unit from. The property manager, Deon, does a great job operating the facility to ensure it stays secure and well maintained. He is very responsive, helpful and values customer service. Within means, he has gone out of his way several times to help me when I needed it most.

While my experience with the central phone location, and the web site reservation center, was very unprofessional since they cancelled my reservation without notice, I then went to the Boardwalk location where wonderful Dion Ramirez stepped in and turned a disappointing experience into a very satisfying and painless experience. Great customer service and great units. The only thing I would prefer is more of the paper work to be online or paperless but thats just an environmental request. The services are top notch.

Been with this storage facility for over a year now so I can definitely tell you that I trust my belongings are safe here. I did have to call after hours once about a problem near my unit. They were quick to reply and take care of the problem. The facility is clean and well lit. I forgot to properly lock the door on my unit one time and they even called to alert me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its nice to know businesses in this day and age really care about their customers!

Deon, the storage manager here was extremely helpful and informative. Everything was consistent, the location does not have a lot of traffic, and they had the unit I wanted in stock. 5 stars, and I highly recommend this storage facility.

Just moved to Ft. Collins from Washington State. The manager Deon was very professional and made moving in very easy. Evwrything looks very nice and clean. Thank you so much for making it easy. They also let me rent and pay for the unit over the phone so when I got here I could move in without any fuss. That was a huge plus where other storage places would not do that. The website lists availability and a 1st month free promotion. I filled out the online reservation. They call back, and they have availability, but not enough units to offer the promotion. The representative on the phone suggests subject to availability on the website means that even though the website is listing both availability and the promotion right with button I am using, they do not need to honor it. Not the type of company I would trust to do business with.
