My roadside assistance contracted with them to get my vehicle. HORRIBLE! The guy called me to verify address and he was around the corner, he said he would be there in 5 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later...crickets. I called him several times and left voice messages. At some point he turned off his phone and wouldnt answer. My insurance company is no longer contracting with Scotts. Come to find out he showed up, took pictures, and split. If you are looking for someone to take your money and not provide the service these are the people! NO COMMUNICATION from the company or the tow tuck driver. At least tell me you are going to ghost us so our vehicle doesnt get towed and I can find a place that will provide real service.

Very helpful service. Christi wanted ensure with me the car had to be towed beforehand. She cleaned my batteries and gave it a jump. Unfortunately, there was clearly something else going on with the vehicle, so it did have to be towed. However, she has a professional knowledge for cars and I was grateful she tried to get me out of this situation when she didn’t have to.

Their driver Darr arrived in Eaton about 25 minutes after I called, very quick. When I explained that my truck wasnt starting because it was registering as still being in reverse, Darr went under the truck. Within seconds he adjusted the shift cable so it went back to park. He didnt charge me a drive charge, saved me a mechanic fee. Outstanding customer service.

My Partner and I got our van stuck in the snow this afternoon and had been attempting to dog it out with some helpful neighbors but were having no luck for hours. Had an AMAZING experience with Scotts towing today! I went through my insurance and they contacted Scotts towing for me. A tow truck was there less than 15 minutes after I got off the phone with my insurance company. The drivers name was Darr, and he immediately turned a bad situation into an awesome one. He was so nice and truly went above and beyond! He checked out my car and he suggested we tow my car to Advanced Auto to get more fluid. He took me there with my car, had such a positive attitude the entire time, and then proceeded to help me from there until he was assured my car was running 100%. I can not tell you how grateful I was for his help today, and I would highly suggest Scotts towing!

Recently had my car break down on me at my apartment complex, Christi from Scotts Auto came over and helped immediately to pick my car up. She quickly assessed my situation and took care of my vehicle. Awesome customer service.

I went here to get my brothers vehicle out as he is incarcerated. They told me i needed a letter signed by him stating i was allowed to take his vehicle. After getting the letter by mail from my brother (3 days later) I went to go pick up his vehicle. They ask for the insurance and registration which was in the car. While searching for the insurance and registration one of the tow guys tells us that we need somethings with his signature on ot to match up to the letter. I go back to the jail where my brother releases the contents of his wallet. The only thing in his wallet with his signature is a debit card. No ID or anything else signed by my brother. I call Scotts and let them know I have a debit card signed by my brother but that there is nothing else in the contents of his wallet that is signed, no ID, no social security card or anything. They then state no it has to be a government issued ID. Well my brother doesnt have one. So now Scotts towing has another vehicle that they can sell at auction and deprive the true owner of. I do not recommend this tow company to anyone unless youve totaled your car.

I got stuck in the snow 3 different times today and kind samaritans tried to help me out but in the last attempt, they all gave up, so I had to call a towing service, and that always makes me nervous, but CHRISTI #400 showed up and was so kind and understanding and made me feel comfortable and not afraid and she reassured me that she would help me get it out and she DID GET IT OUT, very quickly and then made sure I was alright afterwards and gave me her card to call her back again if I needed help later. I am so beyond appreciative because I haven’t had as good of experiences with getting a tow in the past and CHRISTI #400 honestly saved my life today. I will definitely always be calling her and using Scott’s Towing because of her incredible service today.

My VW Golf TDI gave out on us yesterday but it survived long enough to get us back to our house. Today we called our insurance company and they sent out Scott’s Towing. Christy showed up and loaded it up onto a flatbed in the most professional manner and ver carefully. She knew what she was doing and I felt she did a great job. I’ve previously used Scott’s towing when our other car died in a parking lot and they came out, tested the battery and said it was bad and jumped it and got us in our way. I replaced the battery the next day. That gentleman, who I didn’t get his name, took good care of us and was very kind and respectful. I thinks Scott’s is a great business and will use them in the future.

My parents Toyota failed to start and left they stranded in the parking lot. The guy at Toyota tried to jump it, but had no luck, and said we would need to tow it to the dealership. Chrish from Scotts Towing showed up and had it the car running in three minutes! She certainly knows her stuff and was a pleasure to work with, I would definitely recommend her.

We used Scotts as a part of State Farms roadside service when our CR-V died in our driveway and started making clicking noises.Christi #400 was super speedy, very courteous and very knowledgeable. I was having issues with my car battery not staying charged and the dealership I bought if from said it may be an electrical issue and couldnt determine it unless it was towed in the next time it happened. This morning it wouldnt start and Christi came to our home to tow the car. She looked at it and jump started the battery. It was her thought that maybe it was not electrical and just needed a new battery. I took the car and had the battery replaced shortly after. They indeed said the battery had a bad cell. Theft inside the vehicle when you get it out of tow. They dont care if you have had your vehicle stolen. And then not be told its at a tow yard yet. When you call around and find it they wont make the price any better

Just watched Christie in 400 load a 1 ton box van... he securement was only a cable and 2 chains holding the read. Mind you this is a large box van used by a tradesman with what probably has weight in tools and supplies.... I hope this isnt a standard practice, cause if the cable snaps goodbye van... seen it happen many times as a tow operator.

She asked me what was wrong with my car and then she proceeded to check everything out before Towing it. I never had my car towed and was a little bit concerned and Christi looked under the hood for me and even cleaned the battery terminals which were dirty and causing issues. She jump started it and drove it around the block and in the end she told me that it didnt even need to be towed!I was so beyond happy for her help! Christi was very helpful and prevented a costly tow... she even recommended a very close car battery business that could see me right away and offered to follow me there, just in case I might need another jump.

It wasnt there fault I got towed and they still worked with me. My things were safe and I was able to get a few things that were necessary. Plus I left $1400 in my truck and it was still there almost a week later whenever I got my things out of the truck

Had to get my Silverado towed from my old place to my new and used Scotts and it was honestly better than I expected. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and sounded friendly quoted me $65 dollers and thats exactly what it was from one side of town to the other. Rich was the most professional and curious truck driver I have ever met. The poor man had to kill a hornets nest in the driver side door jam which I cant thank you enough for since Im highly allergic. When the truck got here again Rich was very polite put it exactly where I needed it shook my hand and that was that. If you need a tow I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Scotts. Dishonest and greedy. They towed our car even though we had a tag showing our car did belong in the parking lot. Other cars have the same tag and those cars have not been towed. We were still charged full price even though they said they gave us a discount.

I had my truck break down on my family and I on our way out of town for Christmas vacation. We made it about 20 miles. We were in the mountains and the only company I could find to come out there was Scott’s towing. When the truck got there it was Christi who towed us and even with a broken foot/leg she was awesome!! She was super fast, super professional, super funny (she could tell I was a bit upset and she actually got me laughing) and just an all around great driver, she was extra careful with my truck because I had to leave my dogs in the truck while it was towed. She even stopped for a second so I could climb on the back and check on my dogs half way thru the tow (we heard them barking). I am a mechanic by trade so I deal with quite a few tow drivers and she is definitely among my top 10 drivers and the next time I need a tow she will be who I call. I think her employee number is 400, so if you need a tow call Scott’s and ask for Christi you won’t be disappointed or screwed over :)!!

Had to have our car towed on a Sunday after it broke down. Service was fast and friendly, and at a great flat rate. Was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour, and they were there in 20 minutes. Rick was awesome. We will definitely use Scotts again if needed.

Car got towed because of ex-boyfriend. When I retrieved it, the vehicle was parked in the furthest, darkest reaches where ice and slush layered the ground. When I finally got home, my car had a nice fist-sized hole in the back bumper from flooring the car out of that slick corner they parked my car, straight into an ill-placed tow truck that hogged up half the entrance/exit. They rushed me out there before I could file a car report or retrieve any insurance information from them.
