I had to make an account to write this review. Absolutely blown away by their customer service and skills! My jeep had a noise coming from the back that numerous other mechanics dismissed/couldnt find. R and L took the time to get to the bottom of it- they kept me in the loop the entire time. It ended up being a rock stuck in the control arm they had to break apart to get out. The noise is totally gone. They didnt charge me for it!! Could not recommend them enough! I will be coming back with any future car needs!

Dont get thrown off by the appearance of this shop. Great company. Saved me money by being truthful and not charging a diagnosis fee for my issue( compared to competition). Got all 4 brakes and rotors done $150 less than other companies. Any future needs for my vechile will be done here. Kudos to these mechanics!!

Ray Joey, Travis, and the others I met helped me out and did not charge me for looking at the car to see if there was something wrong with it. I took the car in to see what was wrong. They took care of the car and diagnosed it with a fuel problem where I may have had a bad tank of gas. They did not charge me for this and I am grateful for this. If my car ever needs more work that I do not fix myself, I will for sure keep this place in mind because they are honest, and are not out to steal your money like I heard some other shops may be. Best mechanic hands down he doesnt try to rob you by finding false problems with your vehicle or charge you a ridiculous amount this is someone who realizes the struggle is real his pricing is fair and he is a genius when it comes to taking care of your vehicle. I took my car to the dealership and to two different mechanics all three times I got robbed and they still couldnt tell me what was wrong with my car R &L automotive had my car one day and they were able to correctly diagnose the problem not to mention my car was taken apart so first they had to assemble before diagnosing. I am very impressed by this shop and will never go anywhere else. Thank you!!

The honest mechanics! About three years ago I thought my starter was out so I, had my vehicle towed to the shop (old location on Taft and Mulberry). The next morning I got a call to come pick up my car. And I was charged a reasonable price for the battery, no extra fees no BS! Love these guys!

I have been going to Ray at R&L automotive for 14 years now and I have used him for just about everything from transmission replacement,steering rack and pinion, motor rebuild, diagnostics, And many other smaller projects. This is the only shop in town that I will go to if I decide not to do the work myself. I know that I can always trust him and the work that he performs on my vehicles.

Got work done on my car. price was good and they fixed my car with no issue. i really trust these guys. there shop is smaller but they are honest people . they dont expect $ to look at ur car they tell you what you need nothing extra. if u need work done on your car/truck come here they are amazing.
