Hands down the worst experience ever which is a complete let down considering they had such good reviews on Google. The service that I was having completed was for air duct cleaning. It all started when I was scheduled for a 10-11am arrival. They called at 9:55 to say that they were having van issues and would need to “swap” it out for a different one. They offered me a later time of arrival from the tech of 1-3pm. Unfortunately I had to verify with other members who live in my household to see if that time slot would work for them as they work nights and sleep during the day. After we decided to proceed with this I attempted to call this company no lie 20 times and left a voicemail asking for call back to give the go ahead to proceed with the new time slot. Finally found a different number online. I can understand not answering here and there but 20 calls? Really? Once the new time was confirmed I told them that I had other things to do that day and that the tech would call before he came to the house and they said he would--- WRONG he just showed up. Moving forward. They tech was Sam and when he came in I went over all of the vents with him for location etc. He reviewed my furnace and we also discussed furnace cleaning. As he was brining in the “tools” to clean my air duct I made it very clear that I needed before and after pictures of the duct cleaning (which I was told could happen when I scheduled). Sam literally took pictures of the vents (I could have done that myself…). When I was trying to ask him the process of cleaning my type of system and what to expect he got very curt with me and literally told me “Are you done with you questions so I can get to work”. WOW excuse me. He proceeds to “clean” my duct work in which in my eyes was completely backwards because he was vacuuming the vents in all the rooms up to may 1’ into them, then using air pressure and blowing down the vents which in turn blew EVERYTHING out of all my other vents in into my house and air. You could literally see the dust flying around my house and collecting over EVERYTHING. I again asked him if this was normal and he told me “a little dust is normal”. I literally was in shock… as I looked around it was not a little amount of dust circulating. Once he “finished” cleaning the ducting and furnace he came to discuss payment. I had a look of disgust in my face and he asked me if I was unhappy with service in which I replied “absolutely” and told him to look around at the air quality and then proceeded to wipe my dining room table to show him what collected over the time he was there working (Picture attached). Sam then had the audacity to tell me that this was not from him and that my house was just dirty. I WAS FLOORED. Let me be the first to tell you I am borderline OCD with the cleanliness of my house. Sam then said he would take $24 off my service since I was unhappy. WOW, thanks that makes everything better (NOT). The look on my face gave away that I was appalled by this in turn he told me “you want the discount or not”. At this point I just wanted him gone and figured I would talk to a supervisor about his actions and cleaning service. Once I pain him he literally stormed out of my house. Left the front door wide open and took off. Extremely unprofessional experience from beginning to end in my interaction with Sam. I called and spoke to manager Dave about my experience, in which he told me he needed to contact Sam and his supervisor to get more information. Two days later I called Dave to follow up and he told me he would refund $100 and that it would cover the cleaning cost of having someone come clean my house. It took me 6 hours to clean my house to the standard that I like and that it was before this mess occurred. The correct way to handle this from a managerial standpoint and back ground would be to refund money for the entire service and educate and train Sam the correct process in which air duct cleaning needs to happen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Having an older home, I was concerned that cleaning out the dryer vent would not be an easy job. Sam arrived right on time and evaluated the situation. He was kind and courteous and positive in that he thought that cleaning out the vent and reattaching the 2 parts where the it had separated was something that could be done. He quickly went to work and within a short time had it all cleaned out, had reattached the 2 parts and had everything working as it should. Thank you Sam and Proclean

Extremely professional and thorough service. Every part of the process was explained to me over the phone before the tech arrived. When the tech arrived he explained the process and stepped me through every part of the work he was doing. In the end he showed me before and after photos. I can’t recommend this service enough. I’m really picky with service work and this was top effort work.

The service from the Proclean technician was great. He explained everything to my satisfaction and did a thorough job cleaning my air ducts and carpets. He was here 2 years ago and remembered the house, too. The ducts are definitely clean. I will continue to use Proclean for my air duct cleaning needs.

Snow didnt stop Sam from arriving and completing our air duct cleaning job. He was thorough with his cleaning and in leaving us with instructions and what to expect. Well use ProClean again in the future.

PoClean technicians did a wonderful job cleaning my HVAC vents, and were very professional, courteous, and neat. After they left, I discovered damage to my furnace room door. They sent out the same tech (Sam)the next week to observe the damage and take a picture. He helped me work out an agreement for reimbursement of damages with the main office in Thornton. Class act. I will use them again.
