We booked Docs Super Vac on the recommendation of our Air Conditioning Service company. Doc arrived at the appointment time and did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning all of the ductwork in the house. He was fast, efficient, and professional. My wife suffers from asthma, and we have already noticed an improvement in her condition. We highly recommend his services!

We had our ducts cleaned by Doc and his son about a month ago. We live in an older house (70s) and I was dusting every other week (it was as if we lived on a dirt road!). Im embarrassed to admit we hadnt cleaned our ducts since we moved in and they might have never been cleaned. Regardless, we finally made it happen with Doc. The two of them were incredibly kind and professional. They were diligent and quick. Doc was warm and genuine an easy person to trust and allow in your home. He pointed out a few tips that I could adjust on my own (not an up-sell) and Im very grateful for those tips. Now that its been a month since they cleaned I am thrilled to say our heating works better, our house smells more fresh and the amount of dust has decreased ten-fold. Im amazed. In addition to performing a high-quality job, he educates you about specifics of your house and system so you know how to keep it running at its finest. Our ducts were filthy from a near abandonment of our house prior to purchase, not to mention air flow seemed off. Doc came in and was able to make them look like new, as well as help seal up some improperly installed furnace work which improved the overall air flow in our house. I definitely recommend Docs to anyone who is looking for good, quality service and wants to get their moneys worth.

We had our duct like cleaned over the weekend and we are very pleased with how Doc worked with us. He was very professional and truly cared about our well being. He discovered a broken duct going out of our furnace, he was so nice that he called a local furnace company and had them deliver the duct we needed and installed it for free. They are booked out pretty far, I think because they are a good honest company that doesn’t overcharge. They were happy to answer all my questions and showed me how dirty my vents were. I think they did a great job.

Doc is a class act. His level of service, quality, and professionalism far exceeeded our expectations. And during this wretched pandemic, he was beyond understanding and supportive. He and his son showed up masked, maintained more than proper space, and explained everything in perefect detail so we knew what to expect throughout the process. We are dealing with an immunocompromized situation in our household, and he was genuinely empathetic. I have done two of these reviews in my entire life. One was for a contractor who was so bad, I had to submit warnings to others. Doc is on the other end of the spectrum: when someone provides this unexpected high level of quality and service, they deserve the support and recognitiion. He and his son have ours.

Wow! We recently moved into a new house and with some renovations, I thought it would be good to have our HVAC cleaned. Doc came out and checked and determined it was unnecessary and then he left without charging us. He did determine that the houses previous owners had the system cleaned recently - told me the date, and when to call him to have it done again. Amazing. I have never had that honesty and service before - would recommend to all.
