VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IM ON THE LOT BROWSING FOR 30MINS AND NOONE APPROACHED ME. IF I BUY A JEEP IT WONT BE THROUGH THEM. I HATE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I want to think ann marie the service manager at hawk this lady went far and beyond to help wih my vehicles brakes like five times and she correct the problem the firsyt time i met her the owner should very proud to have there i beem a loyal costomer for ten years and again thank ann marie and owner of hawk
Fixed my car last year. Had to bring it back for the same problem 2 times. once they charged me again and said it was something different. They tried to charge me again this last time but when I started asking questions they didnt want to answer and gave me my keys and rushed me out. So who knows if its really fixed or just rigged again.
I was looking to trade my truck in so I decided to look online at hawk credit.com an found a vehicle I liked. So let me tell you have quick it went. I applied right then and the online and 20 minutes later Tom Hall called and right away he knew everything about that specific car. Helped me with half the process while I wan at home Safe. Had the car for me at the lot, clean and ready to test drive. When I walked in the dealer I was happy to see that the place was spotless and everyone was following CDC, local and government guidelines which is very crucial during these unprecedented times. I felt safe with the whole process. When it was time to sign he introduced me to his brother Gary who has been doing this for 30 plus years and he made the transaction swift with a safe shielded office. He took care of me was, honest and knowledgeable. Shortly after driving out the lot the sales manager Dana Irvin contacted me to make sure everything went well. It was the best car buying experience ever! I highly recommend it
Worst experience ever!My radio went out in my Jeep. Took it in to see what the problem was only to be told a new radio would be ordered. Great. That was over TWO weeks ago. I heard nothing back and upon calling them was transferred two different times only to still not hear anything back.I would NOT recommend this place!
