Im so grateful for the staff at La Grande! I had my prenatal massage with Shelly scheduled. As Im getting further along and more uncomfortable, I emailed the spa to ask if modifications could be made for my appointment. Within an hour I was called by my therapist and personally assured that all will be fine and we can modify to however I needed. You are all wonderful

Long time customer, but first time reviewing. Obviously, after 20 yrs of being a customer, you could say I think theyre the best!The stylists are ALL knowledgeable, talented, and truly seek to make their clients happy, but special kudos and shoutout to Jenna for doing my hair for the past 10+ yrs.Over the years, Ive also enjoyed getting facials, massages, and shopping the boutique for fun and unique gifts for others...and occasionally myself, haha.Id be remiss if I didnt mention those who work behind the scenes and behind the desk to keep it all running smoothly! I appreciate your greetings and smiles both when I arrive and as I leave.

I booked a spa package that showed it was to be 2 hours and 45 minutes of services for $175. In actuality, it ended up being 1 hour and 50 minutes. When I questioned the timing I was told the time shown on the website included timing in between services. This was very misleading and I probably would not have booked this package if I had known the truth. Once I broke down the services, It would have been cheaper to book the individual services rather than the package ($165 vs the $175 for the package). The website could definitely use a good review and as a consumer I have learned to double check the price structure and question the services prior to my appointment.☹️

Love La Grande salon so much I drive two hours to get my haircut and foiled by Dawn. My kids refuse to see anyone else closer to home. We love coming to La Grande it’s so inviting it’s like coming home. Front desk staff is the best and the spa is wonderful and relaxing, especially love Julie, Patti and Emilie for waxing and facials!

I have been getting my haircut here for a couple years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Everybody is super friendly and the price is reasonable for the quality of service.

Dawn is absolutely incredible! We had my 10 year old sons haircut by her last night and he said when we left “I want her to be my stylist for life! I love my hair and we laughed almost the entire time, she’s the best!”. She did a fantastic job and engaged with him throughout the appointment to make sure the style and cut were lining up with his vision. Would definitely recommend!

I just love this place. They have a wonderful area to get pampered in style. I see a wonderful lady who is an esthetician named Patty. She does a phenomenal job. They also have a wonderful store there to buy all of your health & beauty needs. So if you want to pamper yourself for part of the day & or want to buy some pampering supplies go check this gem out!

LOVE La Grande! I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I see Sara for my brows every month and she is amazing. I would definitely recommend her for brows, and the salon in general!

I have essentially ignored my hair during the past year and half while I was working from home. My hair clip was my best friend. Tom was the perfect come back for me. He knew exactly how to cut my wavy hair, which is very rare. And he didnt even bother to shame me for my neglect. Thank you for my beautiful cut and balayage Tom! My hair looks and feels amazing and I have officially broken up with my hairclip. See you in a couple of months!

So bummed to hear about and see the poor customer service and the lack of professionalism at this company. My sisters hair appointment that was to be done for my wedding this coming weekend was double booked and managment was not accommodating at all. They were actually quite rude! Wouldnt recommend as now I have heard similar stories from several people. This was so unfortunate and I really hope they learn soon to value their customers! They are very defensive and not solution focused- this is very evident in their response. I would much rather give my business to someone who truly cares about the people they serve and I suggest others should as well. How disappointing- shame on them!

La Grande is the best hair salon around! They are very friendly, always have the products that I need, very accommodating and Emily, my hair stylist, is amazing! She always makes sure Im looking my best when I leave! The front desk gals, especially Joan, are so welcoming and helpful! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thank you to the entire staff at La Grande!

They double booked my appointment with someone else and gave no solutions for their error. Owner was extremely unprofessional and rude about the situation. After being a customer for 10+ years we will never be back. Ive heard similar stories from others about La Grande.

Micheal was an outstanding stylist he made me feel very comfortable and right from the start I trusted him with my hair. He explain the steps he was going to take and made sure I was ok with it. Awesome! I loved my experience.

I am a nurse and my back was injured. I saw Chuck for a 90 minute massage and it was great. He did a great job locating the problem areas and working on them. He also taught me a lot of stretches to do at home that can prevent my back from getting as injured again. I would recommend him to anyone. The salon itself was clean and had some very cool things for sale. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

Megan did my hair. I havent had it done in a while. She totally got what I was going for. Her bayalage technique is flawless! Her taste is very on trend. I normally dread spending hours at the salon, but she was fun to chat with, and I liked being able to look around in the boutique while my color was processing. Ill definitely be back!

Ive been receiving pedicures from Kersten for years. She gives amazing pedicures and they are always very relaxing. During COVID they have done an excellent job of keeping everything clean.

I had only been to LeGrande for massage and decided to schedule an appointment for a haircut. Dawn did my hair and she is wonderful. She is cheerful and listens and we all need that. I highly recommend LeGrande for massage and hair styling. I think Ill try a facial next.

Sara is wonderful! She did a phenomenal job with my balayage and cut recently. Great conversation, up beat personality, and the BEST scalp/neck massage I’ve ever received during my wash. So happy I switched salons :)

As we know, moving to a new area and finding a new hair stylist is challenging! MegAnn at LaGrande has been doing my hair now for over a year now, and I am beyond thrilled. The salon is always clean, the staff courteous, and my experience has been great every time. Oh, and they have a great little boutique in the salon that you can browse in before or after your appointment.

I scheduled a facial with Patti during a promotional event the salon was hosting. Previous to seeing Patti, I had been going to another spa for facials. Patti was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and attentive to my skin concerns. I left the spa feeling refreshed, relaxed, and my skin was glowing. I will definitely be visiting Patti again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at La Grande Beauty Spa. I had a wonderful massage with Vicki, excellent facial with Emilie and relaxing pedicure with Sarah Jane. All staff were very friendly and experienced with their craft. I will definitely be coming back for more services and will recommend to family and friends!

I have been going to LaGrande Salon since the beginning. I have received nothing but the best color, cuts and other miscellaneous services. The people are great and I love my stylist, Michelle. Their Boutique has also saved me several times on a last minute gift or card.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place! I have been to some of the top salons and spas in the country, and La Grande is just as good, if not better! The facility is beautiful, very clean, and well kept! I am amazed at how fun and energetic the salon can be, and then you simply walk through a door into this peaceful, relaxing wonderland of a spa. You feel like you are in a whole different building! I believe that they put a lot of thought and care into the quality of people they hire, an although I do not doubt that every one of them is incredibly talented, I do however have my personal favorites! If you are thinking of getting a massage, I would highly recommend Shelly. She truly is the best that massage therapist I have ever had! If you are wanting a facial, Corina is absolutely amazing! And if you are simply wanting to look beautiful, Emily is pretty much a rock star when it comes to coloring and cuts! She really listens to your needs, and yet when you want her to step out of the box and do something new, shes got some fabulous ideas! And I cannot forget the front desk staff...each one of them is always so welcoming, and makes you feel special and important, but Joanie seems to always go that extra mile for the customers! I would highly recommend this place! I promise you will love it!

I have also had mani/pedis and a facial, which were also great experiences. Just gave a massage to my son for his birthday and he loved it. From the moment you are greated as you enter until you leave, you are treated like you are a VIP.

I drive from Saint Paul to get my hair done by Luke. He is very skilled and does beautifully natural highlights in my hair. I never colored my hair before because I was scared that my hair would look fake and weird if I dyed it. After seeing highlights in my sisters hair, done by Luke, I knew that I could make the leap. I am so happy I did! Every haircut I have had from him is among the best haircuts I have ever had. They give my hair more volume and grow out well. La Grande is very reasonable for the service and talent!

Had a great spa day as a birthday gift! I would highly recommend your spas facials & massages. I was disappointed in my pedicure though. My toes have cuts all around them from the technician filling my skin and not the nail. Fingers crossed that I wont get an infection.

I called a week ago to ask if they had stylists who can help with a style and color accordingly to facial shape and coloring. I made an appointment and drove an hour to get there. The stylist escorted me to my chair and then asked me what i wanted and i told her what I was there. She said she was only a stylist 1 but they do have stylists 6 but they were busy. She offered to schedule me for a different day with a stylist 6, but i got up and walked out as I had already driven an hour I wasnt about to come back.

Amazing. I had surgery on my shoulder Jenna has been there to help even if it was just to do a ponytail as well as everyone else. They are all very kind and helpful

I have been going to LaGrande Salon since its inception and have never been disappointed. They are always up on the latest hair styles, colors, etc. The salon is beautiful and tranquil, and the stylists are top of the line! Treat yourself (and your daughters) to a new look. I was not happy with the haircut that I received. I paid almost $50 for a cut that took no longer than any other place. It also is so uneven, that I think my cutting it was better. I wish I wouldnt have wasted my money. I spent more thinking that I was going to get a good cut.

Emily H is amazing! I have unruly hair and usually just grow it out and put it in a pony tail. After a few years I cut and donate it. Emily has shown me how to control my crazy hair with a manageable hairstyle!

I visited La Grande BeautySpa in Forest Lake on Saturday, August 20th for a facial and massage. Chanel and Lauren did an amazing job! I was so pleased, I purchased a gift card for a friend of mine to receive the same services. It was definitely worth the drive!

It was priced 150% more then what I was quoted at the beginning of the session. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes because they checked me in under the wrong name. The stylist didnt listen to how I wanted my hair coloured and did what she thought was better. The front desk girls were very rude. Over all the experience was terrible and Im very disappointed at how things turned out. And I wasnt offered a discount for any of the inconvenience.
