By far hands down the worst staffing company to work for. The last day I worked was on Monday January 18th than they moved me to another location because the management at that post said that they had too many people.... so I basically been off work for the past 10 days and when I called them they had no where to place me. Don’t waste your time tbh it’s not worth it.

I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Anabel and Alex were professional and polite. Very helpful and answered all my questions.

Staffmark has a great list of jobs that interest me like assembly, production, manufacturing, industrial jobs. My biggest complaint about them is that they don’t take the time to know more about their clients and job conditions such as safety and environment they are sending their workers to and if you have any complaints about the jobs they don’t care enough to help with solving problems and investigate why the complaint was made. When I asked if they had physically gone to the job sites they have they said no they don’t know how the conditions and safety risks and hazards are for any jobs they just sit behind the computer answering phone calls and sending people to jobs with out real knowledge of them.

Wont return your call. My pay was short as well. Dont care about you just a body to them.

Some man lady that’s named “Pearl” who works there is a c*nt. I apologize for my inappropriateness but she gives me attitude every time I call for no reason. I have no idea how she has a job that requires customer service skills because she has none. If you call this office and she answers just hang up call again and hope someone else answers because she will not help you. But besides that everybody else is nice and they found me a good job. This agency isn’t as bad as their reviews make them seem it’s just some of their idiotic employees(like Pearl) that make their company look bad.

I just had to take the time to let any and all FORKLIFT OPERATORS know that this staffing agency lives up to all the negative decrepit things you here about the worst staffing agencies in San Bernadino. Not only do they lack the basic professionalism for simple transparency, but do not respect the fact they are a staffing agency and work with real people with families and financial responsibilities. Not to mention they blatantly lie and the account managers and staff will blatantly lie to your face with a smile of deceitful intent.

Take so long to attend you I did the application through the Internet and I go and they still have me wait 1hr + just to say they only have one thing available when they had posting of several jobs the day before,i accepted the job but found a better job that same day thankfully not to them and do the least to let them know so they can find someone else, and they got mad and terminate me completely. fine with me Noone needs this haters, so if you value your time dont go there!

Took for ever to call back. Make sure you dont get hurt because in order to return to work you need a doctors note to resume work. They take days to call back and keep saying theyll call you back but its been two weeks since Ive been able to return. Bad communication equals people with no job because they cant pay their bills! Im lucky that I live with my Father and Mother, I would not be able to pay rent, eat and have clothes on my back to survive... My experience was plain PISS POOR. Would give a negative 5 if I could!

Told me my job paid $12 only got paid 10.90. They kept shorting my check with hours as well..If you can stick it out they will keep finding you work just keep track of you hours closely

Not a very intelligent staff for the most part. Bad communication with notifying workers about change in assignments then refuse to pay reporting time wages based on their reasoning why you shouldnt get paid. News flash...its not up to you. The labor laws clearly stare there are only 3 exceptions to not having to pay reporting pay and your lame reason doesnt qualify. I have filed a wage claim against the Fontana Branch for not being paid reporting pay. Ill let you know how it goes.

If there was zero starts I would give them to it. the office clerks are very unprofessional mess up on checks, sent me to a job, but thought I was another person so i got fired, and gave money to another person. DO NOT APPLY HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

When I went to staffmark I heard a lot of stuff about them mostly bad .u know what they say never judge a book by its cover or what people say thank u guy alot it was a good experience and the girl where helpful so thank u girls again

Unprofessional, the women there have no idea what theyre doing.. call 5 minutes before your appointment to cancel & say youre no longer needed, with no explanation as to why. Claim they have no work on many occasions but constantly have people in their office doing applications & being interviewed.

Unprofessional people work here and dont take visitors serious when coming in for the first time. Staffmark you need new people to work in this Fontana office I have never been so disappointed by the service of Staff Mark until today.

I go to pick up my check for a weeks work and my check is only for an hour of work. Have to wait hours to see whats going on. Following week. I go pick up my check for a days work and my check is literally $0.00. Check stub says some bs about a $90 deduction. Now I have to wait till Tuesday till these idiots can find out whats going on. Very unprofessional place, save your time. Dont go here. As your can see Im not the only one that I having issues getting paid. I hope these POS agency goes out of business...

Fontana CA Staffmark is the worst& Moving Dianna to the Perris office didnt fix the Problem 😂Manager@the Fontana office has Delayed My suspension for over 8months 6 is the Max I have requested this matter be taken care of& no response by Management I have not been able to receive another assignment due to this vendictive Matter that was handled unprofessional by this group of LADYS their needs to be a QUALIFIED BLACK AFRICAN Non discriminationin- assigned on assignment to make sure the People are given opportunity to have a lead, Supervisor positions pay each Staffmark agency such as the Ontario office to have 1 Black in office compared to all the Hispanic who stay front+ center of everything the Problem no longer FALLS on the Job its the Agency,staffing etc that is Discouraging, Discriminating against the African American COMMUNITY Our youth + Myself cant get a fair chance@this rate FIX THE PROBLEM YOUR SCAM IS DISCOVERED.

This location is terrible. Very unprofessional. I have not gotten paid for my week, and when i call them they always put me on hold and sometimes even hang up on me after like 10 min. Of holding. They dont seem to care about anyone. Overall, i dont recommend this branch to anyone.

Not worth it. They only have 2 or 3 jobs that are far out of town. They dont respect you no matter how much you need help.

Zero stars. Horrible staff that never gives call backs, never follows up with anyone. Ended my assignment for no reason whatsoever and they laughed at me when i asked why my assignment ended. Unless you like getting comfortable with a job and doing everything youre supposed to do only to be axed after 2 weeks for no reason, try anything else before staffmark. Chartwell is right down the street a professional agency and they act like it unlike staffmark.

Just spoke to connie who was able to find me something for 2nd shift after almost two months of no work being available. She came off as a bit rude through text though. Already rubbing me the wrong way so im not even sure i want to work for this agency anymore. You shouldnt make me feel rushed and act like you dont want to be bothered with answering questions. With so many one star reviews saying the staff cant even properly pay out their employees why havent they been shut down??

Ive had multiple bad experiences with this branch. From horrible customer service to a lack of proper education from the employees there. My first time at this branch was decent but after going in more and more the service had just plummeted. The secretaries there lack customer service skills as well as completing a simple job. They lack in getting you paid out. Also calling the branch itself is sometimes a complete waste of time, at times theyll pick up and directly put you on hold without a simple hello. If you plan on applying with staffmark I suggest the other offices. The Fontana branch is a complete joke.

Worst agency. They never return your phone calls or emails, they take people off jobs when they have no business doing so and now people have to wait to get paid and suffer for their mistake. this is the most horrible customer service ever. Never recommending.

They only have me half my check and told me to come pick up the other half Mondau went Monday not there told me to go Tuesday I went Wednesday still not ther now I have to wait till next week this always happens in this agency seems like they dont know what there doing

No to little help from staff all you get is “I’ll be right with you” then you’re there for a couple hours and they call everyone else that was after you. Well maybe that’s just my experience.

Bad communication even when i call & text them 5x a day & they take up too a week too unassigned u a job & calls it no call no show which looks bad on ur part bc they cant do there own part & they have bad attitudes & assign u jobs that work u 14hrs with no extra lunch or break

We came up the hill looking for work and they had told us that they had work and if we can start today. We said yes, then rush to do orientation and after was told to drive to the job site. One of the lady came to job site to help us get everything set up to work that day. We waited well she was on the phone trying to figure out what to do. After a while she came back and told us and said their no work today but will give you guys four hours for your time. She said that we were start 2mw at 7am and that she call us that night to let us know who to go to for our uniforms and training, I get a phone call that night saying that there no work 2mw and that they call me to let me know when I start. They didnt call..and when I give them my time sheet they then told me that I would only get paid for two hours even tho I was told I would get paid for four hours. I will not go here again.

I reccomend staffmark, there professional very understanding and helpful i delt with (EDITH), ID ASK for if I was you and see what she can do. Shes awesome so if your in need of a job call staffmark or walk in and see what they can do for you she got me in no time .

Theyre rude, loud and dont work professionally. They are nice half the time but so far theres been nothing but problems here. The first check went to my old adress even though I had changed it and I had to drive an hour way to pick it up. My second check, they told me I hadnt worked because I had no hours. I asked my superviser and he said that was bullshit and that hed resend the information and he even gave me his personal number just in case. Im here now waiting for them to give me either my check or to at the very least tell me when I will be reveiving it.ive been waiting an hour now and still no help.

Ive been sitting in the same seat for more than 20 mins while Cecilia is on the phone with other customers talking about emails. I need help and shes just blabbering. No wonder this place has a low score

I worked with them for. Abot 3 months took them almost 2 months to pay me for driving a forklift and when they did pay it was 9 not 10 cuz they sed I was not certified by them..... I sed then certify me they sed no cuz I was Alredy driving .. and know they ow me back pay .... They say we will call u back . They dont it took me around 2 months to get my money cuz I had to keep calling and bug them and know for my back pay is the same

Sent me to a Warehouse where favoritism meant you could do anything if you were of the same Race in Question as the managers, the lady faked treating me nice; put me in groups where I was the only English speaker; then the day she fired me, we came in at 5AM..
