The staff in this office are very nice and professional. Loved that they are very straight forward and helpful with the kind of job you are looking for. Betty went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this agency.

Covid has been hard on everybody, so when I lost my job I went to this agency and found the staff to be very helpful and very willing to help it’s prospective employees. The staff member that I spoke to end up with was Mayra, she was very professional and very attentive. Mayra went above and beyond to praise the agency and help me find my current job. If I had questions she was always ready to answer them at any time. I highly recommend this agency and I highly recommend Mayra for her wonderful human resource skills.

So far Baronhr has treated me well. They keep me busy working and good customer service. I recommend them.

Lets see, I originally applied for work in December and I was pushed along and nothing ever came of it. I called back twice and no work was given.I have found myself looking for temp work and came in on 8/29/18 and was told I had missed the cut off to apply for work, even though I was already in the system with all the same personal info. I imagine I would just need to sign a new release for this fiscal year and attend their mandatory orientation. I was still turned away and told to come back the next day. I arrived on 8/30/18 at 3:30pm explained that I currently share a car with a family member and if they could make an exception. I was turned away with a few short words from the employee. There was also a gentlemen who works the front desk who wouldnt even look up at you.My honest opinion of this establishment is that logistically it doesnt work and they arent very motivated to help you find work. They do however have attitude for days. I took my business elsewhere and will be starting work tomorrow. I would recommend you shop around for another staffing agency nearby, its very clear that Baron HR cant be bothered. There is much room for improvement!

Walk ins are welcome and you do all necessary paperwork to get you a job, they called me a couple of weeks and have been busy with a temp to hire job that I really like and close to home. We have a Baron HR rep on site ( Danny) who is great he handles all our needs and delivers our paychecks on time.

You must bring your own pen if you dont want to get yelled at by this lady Lupe! Shes very rude and gives attitude the second you walk in! The little time I was there an employee walked in and made a complaint to her specifically. I dont recommend.

I remember when i came to this office the lady that was helping me told me i didnt qulify because i was am immgrant and i started laughing at her face and i told her that i was born here that my mothwe had me in the state of California and it didnt in which of the 50 state I was born in I still was in the us citizen

This is a great agency ! Process was about an hour but well worth it ! They found me a job the next day & now I am working through the actually company making more money ! I would definitely recommend applying cuz they are very helpful! Great staff ! Everyone was so nice !

Dont waist you time here they do not care about you at all, I got a job and 2 day later they let me go said they didnt need Mr anymore and I did nothing wrong!!! The guy who gave me the job was fired from he agency and he worked at the agency how does that make sense? If I could give it a negative rate I wouldnt hesitate!!!

This agency is trash!! They promise you to get what u need done, the days, weeks pass and nothing gets done. They dont keep their word. Im so disappointed in waisting so much of my time with this agency. Sadly I cant give them a 0 star.

The staff was very rude. This woman named Michele or something equally as plain, answered the phone and immediately sounded as if she hated doing so. I was calling to see if my brothers application had gone through. She needs to quit her job. If you dont like what you do, quit. This is why I dont deal with temp agencies.

Would definitely not recommend. Went on Indeed looking for jobs and applied left and right. Saw ad for a grinder operator and applied. Call me crazy because I never go thru agencies, but the name does not suggest a temp. Agency. They also didnt disclose that it was an agency in the ad. I got a call a few hours later asking me to come in for an interview and my background in fabrication made me a perfect fit for a new company that just opened. I pulled up to realize it was am agency. That was a bummer, but I sucked up my pride and went in. I was told they would call me back the next day.I had to call them 2 days later and I was just told that I was on stand by for another job. Funny how Im a great fit in my resume and application but when you see me in person, that all changes. Maybe they only cater to Hispanics. Landed a Union job so screw this place. But I would say it is VITAL that you disclose that your an agency on your job postings. Dont say Position type: Full time if its a temp job. There are people looking for jobs who dont want to go thru an agency and this type of advertising gets ones hopes up.

Worst agency ever!! They owe me money and are taking forever to give me my w2 tax forms. The workers dont do sht. I will never recommend this place to no one.

Be persistent and theyll get you a job! You have to want to work and show it and if theres a waiting list thats how you move up. Not by just sitting around waiting to be called.

Went in there to ask for more information about the companies they represent and the entire time was treated rudely by the receptionist at the front desk. Would not recommend trying this agency there are others with better representives

Do not sign up with this agency. They do not pay you on time. They are rude when you ask for your paycheck. They are not helpful or clear with their information. My husband is going on three weeks without pay.

They have work but they don’t give it out all they do is sit and be on their phones they should fire them for being unprofessional

Went in one day, was told to come back in one week for the applications - came back and got hired for work same day.

I waited almost 2 hours, just to be told that I did not qualify for an “ENTRY LEVEL” warehouse position. This place is a joke. The staff was snobbish (wanna be) and very rude.
