I hadnt worked for an agency prior to working for citistaff, and I have to say it was one of the best employment experiences Ive ever had. Lourdes and the whole staff is so kind and professional. They were always prompt and caring when handling my concerns. I would gladly work for citistaff again, and definitely recommend. Youll be in great hands!

I have to say, that out of all the staffing agencies I have been to, and theres quite a few.. This was the best! Right when I walked in, there was immediate help to sign up and get rolling!!. Id like to point out, which all of them did a great job. But AURORA!!!, THANK YOU!!! you have gone above and beyond for me, not only did I just walk in after an assignment ended but you had another one ready!! You did everything with a smile and open heart. Thank you and keep up the hard work because we appreciate it!!!!

If it had no star that would be my rating.between 9am to 11am and at the beginning of the hour for applications.if youre 3 to 5 min after the beginning of those hours, they will tell you come back either tomorrow or the next hour ..too many bosses and poor attention to applicants

As hard as it is for the girls in the office to keep every applicant working, they do their best to fill in their orders by giving as many as they can an opportunity. If an employees is committed, they will do their best to keep them working as long as the industry allows them to. If you continue calling daily and stopping by the office, you have a better opportunity stay employed when orders need to be filled. When I need people in my account, I know I can always count on them.

This is my third edit for this place.Pros- Lourdes, if she is still on-site Supervisor. Assignment at LG paid well.Cons- Missing hours. Unpaid bonuses. Miscommunication between staff and Company management. “Politics”. No life, due to massive amount of “mandatory” OT.Tips- if you are young, latina, speak Spanish, and are good looking, you will thrive here (if they send you to Fontana, or San Bernardino LG/Pantos).

My husband has been missing hours off each paycheck for the past month or so and when he finally asked when he would be paid for those hours they told him he broke a machine.. and had to pay for it from his checks. They are crooked (Im pretty sure its illegal) if they put you worked less hours than you actually did and didnt tell you they were taking money out to begin with. Wouldnt even give one star if I could.

Really bad experience from the moment I walked in. I refused to leave my application with a company like this.. So I asked for my paperwork back. Girls have no idea what they are doing. They ask me to go in for a job interview. After 1 hour pass they tell me they wont send me for the interview because they didnt review my resume carefully to notice I didnt have the experience the company was looking for.. Waste of my time and gas..

The representatives at this agency are very irresponsible, they dont pay you for all your hours, are constantly late to open the office and coming back from lunch leaving alot of their accociates waiting outside for hours . Very horrible experience working for this agency. Also they will leave you waiting to attend you while they conversate about their personal lifes and when they finally decide to attend you they will attend you with an additude. Very unprofessional.... do not waste your time here.

Dont waste your time applying here poor service they will tell you that you have to be there at 8 OClock in te morning and you end up two hours waiting outside just to fill up 300 pages full of nothing applied here four months ago and never had a call from them i just came back to see what was going on and they wanted me to reapply truly waste of time and gas.
