Getting auto insurance is never easy specially when you have several tickets on your record. I’m so happy I found the best agency in town. I went into the Freeway Insurance in Fontana off of Foothill and was helped by the manager Esmeralda. Not only did she explain how the coverages worked which helped me get a better understanding of what I was buying and how I can protect myself, she also found me a good company with an affordable monthly payment. When other companies where trying to charge me over $300 a month I was able to get my car fully covered for $139 a month. Esmeralda is the best!!I had been having issues with my insurance policy being canceled had to call many locations because I had done it online. I had been given the run around until I came to this location and got everything taken care of the same day. Do not and I repeat, do not get this insurance Stone wood insurance along with freeway insurance, they will just rob you, they will tell you one price and then it turns out to be 100 plus dollars more, they Will charge $50 cancellation fee for their mediocre service, got in a car accident, it wasnt my fault, But there was no police report, they allowed the other insurance found me at fault. I wish I would of have read all the reviews that are basically all the same complaints . Freeway insurance as a broker will give you a price, any changes you make you pay to freeway insurance and to your surprise the insurance will also charge you for any changes or to just update something, my new monthly payment for adding a new car since the old one was a total loss was supposed to be 143.26 and then when I called Stone wood insurance turned out to be 267.00, do not get insurance here, read reviews.

The people here are only out to get as much out of you as possible. They dont explain the terms properly, they rush through paperwork and dont ever mention any extra fees even after payment. They are a shadey business with questionable ethics and morals.

Be careful they dont tell u all u need to know about ur insurance... Do ur research as a customer there are other places that dont charge u broker fees... The manager Fernando tries to keep u there no mater what, he even uses scare tactics... He tried to charge me 300.00 dollars for a renewal fee when I didnt have to pay it.. Im glad Im out ...
