I was looking for specific commercial auto insurance for my moving truck. Being a brand new venture and a first year U.S. DOT No. holder in California, most places didn’t want to insure me. I must’ve called over 30 insurance companies and brokers/agents, nobody wanted to insure me. Finally someone got back to me with 30k per year, and I was literally about to take it but decided to try a number my friend had given me. The number was to AIMS Insurance. I called, and they put me through to Federico. And I’m SO GLAD that I made that call!!!!!! Federico took my info down, and began doing what he does best. While he was looking for a company to give me decent rates, I got a call back from another agent talking about 17k per year. I almost jumped on that one, being almost half of what I got quoted before, but still decided to wait until Federico got back to me. Finally I heard back from him, and he quoted me about 13-14k, which was also better, but here’s where he really gained my full trust and my business: he said he wasn’t happy with it, and he thought that he could get me a better rate. My time to comply with FMCSA was running out, but he assured me that he’ll make it happen one way or the other. AND HE DID! He looked and looked, and finally got back to me with the final number: UNDER 10K for the year!!!! Yes, it does still seem high, but if you take the fact that it’s for a commercial moving truck AND if you take my driving record into consideration, that makes him a magician!!!!!!! He literally make the impossible possible for me, and I’m so blessed to have come into contact with him. If you need commercial insurance, CALL AIMS INSURANCE AND ASK FOR FEDERICO, I guarantee you’ll be happy you did! 😁
