I came in for a special occasion. The store was clean, and everyone wore masks. Not knowing what exactly I wanted, Holly helped me figure out what looked good for my nails. She did a great job. I was delighted with the result. I’ll come back for sure.

Terrible service! I got my nails done by Kelly on a Friday and they all started lifting by Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Nancy and she said she could repair them on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to confirm and Nancy told me she would need to charge me for everything or she couldn’t do them because she doesn’t know I had them done recently. Total BS. I was the only customer in the shop! I always speak with her when I make my appt. AND spoke to her the day I was there. Nancy informed me she would need to speak with the owner, Lynn and call me back or I needed to speak with Lynn. Never got a call back from Nancy or Lynn. This has now been a week since I called to complain. More than half of my nails have lifted and all within 3 days. Do yourself a favor ~ find another place. You would think in times like this, a place like Royal Nails would really value their few customers they have. Apparently not. Lots of other nails places around. Spare yourself the aggravation!

I’m new to the area, gave this salon a couple tries, but none of the technicians listened to what I asked them to do. I even offered to pay more for the services but to follow my instructions. And of course my wishes fell on deaf ears, and they were rude.

My daughter has an apt at 1pm today. The lady filed her cuticle so far back that her finger bled. She filed so hard that it caused her pain. She was quoted $30 then charged $35. I will not go back or give this place a good review. A lesson learned for my 17 year old. You can get up at anytime you feel the service given is not right!

I went in to get a new set. The man was very short and rude when I requested to have my toes painted too, but agreed to do it. When he did my nails he made them so short they were shorter than my nails before, even after I asked him to make them longer. Oh well, I was kind of on a time crunch so I figured I’d just live with it. Then my nails weren’t even. Fine, it’s not that big of a deal. My final straw with my nails was when he left a massive clump of acrylic between my nail and my finger and when I said it was solidifying and hurting me he yelled at me. It was very humiliating. (Also note I’m writing this review and after getting my new set I have an infection in the side of my finger.) So, when it comes time to paint my toes he tries pushing a pedicure. Usually I don’t mind but, again, I was on a schedule and didn’t have time. I asked him to leave my toenails the length they were because when they’re too short they hurt. Well the second I went to check my phone he immediately started clipping my toenails. (Again, this is a week later update, and I now have an ingrown toenail and I can’t wear tennis shoes without it hurting!) I didn’t feel like customer service was anywhere near acceptable and I will NEVER return. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I was referred by a co worker, she said I should try them out. Of course I look on there website to see there reviews. So I called and scheduled an appt with Nancy, when I got there they seated me right away. Nancy was very pleasant to talk to I was very pleased with there service. I love the way my nails and feet came out. I will definitely come back to them.

Pedicures where good. I got my nails buffed, but they did not shine as much as when I’ve had them done elsewhere, but I will try them again. Staff is very courteous.
