I have used Pretty Pools for over 4 years and they have all been dependable, very transparent and looks after the best interest of their customers. They do a great job.

Pretty Pools has been servicing my pool for several years now. They are by far the best providers we’ve had. They show up consistently and my pool is maintained as promised. I don’t have to worry about anything. When something occurs with equipment after hours I email and it’s responded to. My technician Zach is always on top of things!

Pretty Pools Flower Mound have helped us get our pool back up and running after the winter storm disaster. Colin has lead the group in installing all the new equipment and walking us through the changes. They work hard to make sure we understand everything and has offered to contact him anytime we have additional questions- even on the weekends. Marc and Melissa always answer emails quickly and are always transparent. Great company!

I always call them when my pool turns green and it’s always done in a timely manor. Their communication is perfect. I never have a doubt my pool is in good hands. Ask for zack he knows his stuff and will not disappoint. Best in Dfw is their slogan for a reason. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

One of the worst pool companies to deal with. First they broke the valve handle, and then they tried to charge me 100.00 claiming that it was old and bridle. I had to plea my case to the manager to get them to remove the charge from my bill. I told them it wasn’t broken before they arrived. Then they replaced a fully functional FNS plus manifold and charged me 95 dollars. Mind you, nothing was wrong with the manifold. They said i had the wrong one. But it was working perfectly fine. The technician Colin had the nerve to try to take that same manifold he replaced with him, after i told him 3 times not too and to leave it alone and that i would throw it out. He threw it right in the back of his truck, like I wasn’t going to see he did that???!!! I told him to take that out of truck. I was not going to let him leave with it I will never work with this company again.

Awful company and owners who do not care of their clients. They completely messed up the very first visit. Their tech didnt go over equipment with me, failed to suggest obvious things (I had to call my previous pool service company that does not operate in this location for an advice), and customer service is just awful. Instead of taking care of their clients they will shift the blame on you. Because of post-Covid recovery they have many requests (everybody does) BUT THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS.And their reply below have just confirmed my point. They couldnt address the substance of my feedback that clearly describes why their service quality is poor. And it seems like they cant manage their employees and have to lie shifting blame to their clients for calling them and asking for a proper quality of service for the money. Quite disappointing...

This location is great. Forget the Coppell location that guy is rude and he up charges his customers.

I will have to echo some of the concerns recently being expressed now. Every time I turn around it is some new, even when it is clear the issue came from the work that was previously done by Pretty Pools.

They are a great help. Reasonable and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them!

Pretty Pools is a great company and we will continue using their services. Stacy and Melissa have been incredibly responsive and helpful via email and phone. The techs have explained to me how the system works, answered my questions when I have concerns, and are just super nice and respectful of my property. The pool always looks great after they service it and continues looking great until the next service date. Their service prices are very reasonable, and I researched a bunch of companies before hiring them. And having someone with expertise come out regularly gives me peace of mind that any problem that may arise will be quickly identified. They are also flexible and accommodating to how often weve wanted service. I highly recommend.

Service Oriented, Proactive, Professional. We had Pretty Pools install some new pool equipment and automation recently and could not be happier with the outcome from Marc and his team. From the assistance and education with the purchase, to the install day, to the post install support the service was excellent. Nick did a very thorough install which looked very clean and you can tell he takes pride in his final work product. Additionally, I was impressed with the proactive approach they took to diagnosing and fixing our pool cleaner. They spun through 5-6 possible issues and found 2 key issues that they fixed quickly. This is the kind of company you appreciate working with.

The people at Pretty Pools in Flower Mound TX are great people to work with. From the owners to the staff, I have had zero problems with anyone. The owners go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the work of the entire team. They are very responsive to all questions and concerns. When I first started my pool, Marc and team took care of the chemical imbalance that I could never get right. They were so good, I eventually had them servicing the pool weekly. When I get my next pool, they will be the team for me to call. 8 Months and counting.

Kudos to Nick at Pretty Pools - Flower Mound. Nick is very knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. He showed up promptly, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and took care of business. He took the time to listen and then took the time to explain what was needed. He repaired our pool pump and did it all under warranty. If you are looking for quality pool repair and care, from an honest and friendly young man, look no further than Nick. :)

Pretty pools has been taking care of our pool for about two years. Really a pleasure to deal with them. The guys who clean the pool are dependable, friendly and courteous. They proactively identify problems and will ask if we want to have it repaired. The monthly cost includes chemicals and is very reasonable and the pool always looks good. Excellent service. They were always early or on time for service appointments and worked tirelessly to solve a challenging issue with a piece of new pool equipment that I had purchased directly from the manufacturer. I give them five out of five stars! Both Marc and Melissa are extremely professional and were very responsive and hung with my issue until it was solved to my satisfaction.

SOOO much better than Robertsons and Leslie pools. They are honest and do not push unneeded chemicals on you. I spend half of what I used to spend with the others. My pool has never looked better! Both the owners and service staff are very professional and you are always greeted with a smile. They are truly a pleasure to work with, always willing to help with questions and they show up when they say they will! Best place in Flower Mound/Lewisville.
