Family run business and great people. They take care of our pool as if it was their very own. They send a useful treatment report after each weekly service and spend the necessary time to maintain the pool. We had needed work to do after our last pool guy spent more time billing and talking than doing any work. There are a lot of individuals/companies pretending to clean pools; Poolwerx Flower Mound actually performs. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking to make a change.

The Poolwerx staff (owners) are the friendliest people. They are also very patient and helpful to new pool owners with seemingly endless knowledge about all things pool.

Went in today just for a simple part for my vacuum. I had no idea what i needed but I had pictures! They took there time and helped me find the right part. This is a great place and I will come back. Seemed like they really cared.

Was a great store. When I called today to check on the status of my backordered chemicals, I was told the business had been sold and was under a new owner/name. Unfortunately, they knew nothing about my outstanding order so I may be out quite a bit of money now.New store is called PoolWerx and is a family business. They were very nice and offered to help make the situation right which is a big plus for me.

I’d give Rick Condra the owner of PoolWerx 10 stars if I could, he is otherworldly amazing. I had been a regular at Leslie’s in all the years I’ve lived here not ever searching around for another pool place until a few months ago when my pool motor went unresponsive and they didn’t have the part. I found PoolWerx after a google search and was pleased that not only did they have the part but they were also closer to my neighborhood. I took in the busted capacitor that had swelled up inside its casing and not only did Rick take the time to wedge it out, he talked with me afterward to arm me with enough pool knowledge for a successful fix. Another example is more recently I was in a pinch where he went above and beyond with a massive assist on another pool related situation, incredibly grateful for his help.Bottom line with Rick and PoolWerx is1) they know what they’re talking about,2) they genuinely care3) they’re trustworthyNever once did I get a CYA or generalized non-answer answer on anything I asked, even the most basic questions. He was especially great at understanding what I was talking about when I didn’t know the exact vocab/lingo to describe what I was trying to figure out, just awesome all around. I recommend PoolWerx here in Flower Mound 100%, no question.
