I’ve been a patient here for a while, and this has by far exceeded my expectation. The variety of treatment is what brought me in! I came in for cosmetics and learned about their hormone program which has made the biggest different in my day to day life. The professionalism/customer service has exceeded that of any other spa. And Carrie the manager always makes sure my expierwnce was everything I expected. I feel confident coming here knkw I will get great service and that the providers always have the answers to my question. I am happy I found a spa that has great morals and ethics. They truly care about all their clients.

I visited the Flower Mound Location for a HydraFacial... I cannot say enough about this place, it is clean & beautiful...the staff are amazing, knowledgeable, & treated me like I was the only there, answered all my questions with kindness and patience. I will be going back for sure!

I called and asked for a follow up appointment in order for me come back in for a follow up for them to fix the dysport they added too much or something to one side causing one of my eyebrows to be way lower than the other. Even at first when I called to let them know how my eyebrow was way off I did never received a call back until days later I called like a third time asking to speak to someone about the issue. Then I had my follow up appt canceled due to the RN not being in office that day so I still have not been seen I will never again go here for any other type of service.

Super rude! First encounter was on the phone when I tried to change my appointment. I realize it’s in the fine print, but they wouldn’t even consider a change without the $50 fee. So when I did show up and I mentioned the Groupon, I was told that it couldn’t be used because I had been there before. Again, the fine print. I didn’t really have a problem and probably would’ve paid. But, they didn’t even greet me when I walked in and acted like they were doing me a favor. I guess since the get all of their procedures discounted or free they don’t care about customers. I won’t go back to them or recommend them.

My experience was very good. The girl who took care of me was well informed and talked to me about my concerns and addressed them well. She also discussed future treatments for other issues. I just got the procedure done today so Im not sure how happy ill be with the results but experience was great and she did not ask me to buy any products from there.

There was a mistake on my part as far as time of appt. The ladies and Kelly (the injector) adjusted twice and worked me in. I drove from pretty far so I was pretty upset, but they were able to adjust things for me which was super great and so kind of them. The injections look good...my first time with Xeomin....lets see how long it lasts!I would def come here again, the ladies at the front and injector Kelly were super nice and understanding and I appreciated so much that they were still able to accomodate me. Not all places would obviously do that for a patient but these guys did and I appreciate that!

Very horrible experience. This place tired to scam me and proceeded to hold a consult with me at the front desk without talking to me about my concerns and needs. They looked at my consult form and the technician already knew what she wanted to do without even meeting me. I sat on the couch and was called up to be told I was not a candidate without pre treating my skin. She didn’t even ask go see what I was using on my skin. I am a Fitz 3 and have been a laser technician for 7 years. They had an ulterior motive and tried to get over on me as soon as I walked through the door. It wasn’t any kind of protocol. It was a scam.

I bought a Groupon for xeomin (129.00) and redeemed it 1/28/20. I waited over a week with no results. I called to let them know and they said no worries come back in and we will. So I came back in today, 2/5/20, for the appointment and after the touchup was done I was told that my balance today was $256. I said I was here for a touchup...like I said on phone and they said... 20 units of the xeomin Isn’t the recommended dosage. No one at any time during the first appointment told me this, and they sell a Groupon for 20 units. Obviously, 385.00 later, I will never go back to this place and will tell everyone I know the same. I paid the bill because that’s who I am. IT IS A SCAM.

I’ve been going to this location for the past 4 years and cannot recommend Lauren enough! She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about everything from laser treatments to cool sculpting! She handled all of my pre-wedding treatments this year including excels, chemical peels, IPL, cool sculpting, laser hair removal, and I have never looked or felt better! Aside from all of her expertise she is extremely friendly and ensures you are fully informed and comfortable throughout every step of your treatment. Entrust Lauren with all your beauty needs and you will not be disappointed!

It’s a 58 minute drive to this location which I told them on the phone and no one mentioned I needed to bring a Driver’s License or Passport... which I’ve never needed for any beauty treatment before.So I wasted my money and time and had to drive another hour home for nothing. On top of that, the staff is awkward and there’s an uncomfortable vibe.I’ll be taking my money somewhere else :)

The nurse injected everything in less than a minute. No attention to detail at all. I’ve been to some really professional experienced nurses and they definitely take the time with you and make everything perfect. This nurse just shot the product in with no care! Had extremely uneven lips after. Had to go get them corrected a month after by a professional! Don’t waste your money.

It saddens me to leave this review after being a loyal customer for 5 years. I have been receiving Dysport injections from Kelly since 2014 and have never had an issue. Kelly is very good at what she does, and I trust her. However, I was injected 6 weeks ago (spending $500+ with gratuity), and the injections did not take this time. This is the first time this has ever happened. I went back to see Kelly a few days ago to discuss the situation, and she was as surprised as I was to see they had not been effective. She was prepared to reinfect, but said unfortunately I would have to pay for them again. I asked her to please talk to her Manager, as that was not acceptable to me, and her manager, Ashley, was not willing to do anything for me either. They said that sometimes your body can build up a tolerance to Dysport, and that was not their fault. I was honestly shocked that they were not willing to atleast to come to some sort of compromise, as there was no way to know what caused this to happen and I had been a long-time customer. I left before I got angry. I later called to talk to Ashley (the Manager) about the situation. She was dismissive and reiterated that they had not had any other issues with that particular lot of Dysport, and it must be my body. Could it not have been just the one bottle she used for me? I don’t know how this works, but I do not feel likely body has grown immune to it. I asked for the Director’s name and number, as I wanted to be sure he/she knew how this had been handled, and Ashley refused to give me her phone number. She said she was not allowed to release it. Even her work number... That is absurd. At any rate, I am extremely disappointed that BHRC did not make more of an effort to make this right and provide better customer service. They just lost a loyal customer and I will trip miss Kelly doing my injections.

BUYER BEWARE! A friend of mine told me about a Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center-FLOWER MOUND living social deal, so I purchased it. She then told me of her visit, where upon arrival, Ashley (the “manager”) rudely stated (in front of everyone) that since this was a Groupon deal, she couldn’t use it if she had been there before. My friend had not, so was allowed to continue with her appointment... which took almost TWO hours because they were running so behind. Anyway, I had already purchased the Groupon, so I called and made my appointment, noting that I had never visited the FLOWER MOUND location. Later, I received a call and was told I couldn’t use the Groupon because I had been to the BHRC in Southlake. Ok, my bad for misinterpreting the fine print, but they allowed my friend to use it, even though she had visited another location, as well. When I inquired about this inconsistency in policy, I was transferred over to Ashley, who, like my friend described, was, in fact, extremely rude. Insofar as to ask for my friends name and then proceed to tell me she was never there. First, not sure how kosher it is to ASK for a patients name and secondly, I don’t think it’s kosher to actually tell someone whether or not they are a patient! What’s worse, is that she LIED. She then refused to give me her last name or contact information of whom I could speak to in order to discuss my refund. Thank goodness, living social provides good customer service and immediately issued my refund. I was shocked at the complete lack of customer service skills from a “manager” and would NOT recommend the BHRC FLOWER MOUND location.

Every service she has ever received from the team has been delivered professionally and exactly in line with what was expected. The follow-up after procedures has been responsive and super helpful. Weve had zero issues and have been delighted with the value and quality of work delivered. She wont go anywhere else and I support her decision!

I had a very good experience when I first came to this center. I keep coming back even though that first injector was moved away. The current injector Kelly is the best one I have never had. But unfortunately lately I believe they delute their products too much. Even though everything looks great right after the treatments, but they last less than half of the time it used to be. This is very sad.

If you are going here for hormone replacement just make sure they have told you everything concerning the cost. The initial blood work process was not thoroughly explained resulting in an additional $189 cost. There is also an additional annual cost on top of the program cost.

My first & last experience with the Flower Mound location was on Fri, 6/1/18. The receptionist was rude, no eye contact. Did NOT make me feel welcome at all.I recd fillers & botox. Ive had these same services before at a totally different place (injected by a plastic surgeon). This was MY mistake in trying a new place because he was all booked up. Never again!I left there and immediately had very bad bruising in every single area she injected me. Never has this happened to me before. Now 3 days later still badly bruised. My results were horrible, cant tell a difference in the fillers or botox. Looks the same as before, just bruised.

My fiancé went called prior to a treatment to see about getting a credit for services paid but not yet performed. The front desk checked into the situation and confirmed they could grant a credit at a specified amount and her cost for a different service would be x amount. When we arrived and after the service was performed the price agreed upon was not honored and blame for why was shifted elsewhere. Poorly run, poorly managed. Our technician for services was very kind and appeared to be knowledgeable about the product and services (thank goodness). However, the overall experience over the last few months of service has been subpar. Be sure you get stuff in writing and youre certain who you talk with because dealing with this group makes you come away feeling as though you’ve been taken advantage of.

1/16/2019BEWARE!!!I urge you to read all the reviews for this place.I only went for B12 shots and was upsaled to their Hormome program. Had no problems with that. Except after reading some reviews, I had a Groupon for that. Now wondering if it was watered down..... I could write a book on how this place is dangerousFirst . I never even saw a doctor .I would think taking these drugs you should be under a real doctors care.Second . They force you to use a Compounding drug store in florida so they have to call it in and you pay for your medicine through them so... ...they can charge you more and can make money off your meds.Third... I was giving a list of my meds and a protocol to follow, then was given a total of over 1400.00 that included a program fee of 800.00 for the future blood test for the year. I was allowed to split the 800 and pay the rest at my 2 month blood test. Also paided 25.00 for 2 day shipping on my meds.I recieved the meds after it took 6 days from shipping date to recieve then. Once I got them there was one missing that was on my protocol sheet and one that I was told would be there.I called and was told it was not on my invoice. So I would be charged another 119.00. So now my meds are costing me more than I was told.Also the dosage was different on the sheet than what the pharmacy put on the label. Crazy red flag. This is sfuff I need to be injecting into my body . How do you trust these people?I went to them and said I wanted to use a local pharmacy, they said absolutly not..They only care about upcharging you so they can scam more money. I had already paid for my blood test and first visit and said I did not want to start their program and wanted the 400.00 back . I decided to go be treated by a real doctor who knows what they are doing when prescribing a controlled substance.They refused and kept talking in circles and also just flat out lying. The Manager Ashley is very condescending. I tried to work it out with them but they have left me no choice !II disputed the charge today and will continue to look for any avenue I can find to infrom the public how they do business.

What a nightmare this place is. Heather doesnt return calls, shows up at least an hour late for appointments, including follow ups. Ensured me different results from my procedure that I didnt get it actually made my condition much worse and I am scarred...Such a waste of $2000, pain and time off work.Healther tells you that results are not ensured unless you buy their $$$ products. At my follow up I wasnt fully healed but they do not want me to come back. I called numerous times to schedule another follow up due to concerns with my healing process and no one returned my calls nor would they schedule an appointment for me. I should have checked their reviews from the other locations in Frisco and Highland Park first. The other reviews also repeatedly state that they water down their fillers.and botox. Wow!

Horrible, horrible experiences with this company. My suggestion would be to go anywhere other than this place. They didn’t credit me for Botox units I earned at events, products were added to my account as if I purchased them, though I didn’t, they lied to me about products and results, the list of problems is extensive. Management is a joke and turnover is horrendous. There’s not enough time in the day to talk about how horrible this place is. I have correspondence all on record, too which makes it even worse when they lie. I cannot believe this establishment is still open, it’s amazing to me. Its saving grace is the NP Kelley they manage to keep on staff. (Update 7/27. BHRC did credit my account for the missing Botox units I earned from prior events, after a year of attempting to get it done and this review.) Update 1/1/19: because I did not take this review down, BHRC has refused service to me and is not refunding the money I pre-paid for services. Close to $2,800. Buyer beware.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I am with the other posters here.. Heather, the spa director, NEVER returns calls. I had been here 3+ years ago for Xeomin/Dysport. I didnt get great effects but I was new to injections and figured that was just how it went. Over the past three years I have been going to two other med spas and have been getting Botox and Xeomin which worked great and lasted way longer than BHRC. I decided to give BHRC another chance since it was such a hike out to Rockwall (last med spa where I was getting botox and my tattoo removal which is now done) so they honored the Groupon price for Xeomin and I bought 60 units. I specifically told the injector, Lindsey, that I usually get 25 units in my glabella, 8-10 units in my crows feet and 20-25 units in my forehead. You would think this was fail proof. False! Two weeks later and I had ZERO effects so I went back. Lindsey said they only did 20 units in my glabella and 10 in my forehead.. um what? Apparently I had 14 banked units so she applied the other 14 in my forehead and gave me 20 units complimentary to re-do the glabella. Shocking but 2 weeks later guess what... still no results. You cannot tell me that someone can get 40 units in the glabella and have zero results yet have 25 with botox and be frozen. I called back to schedule another appointment and asked to speak with Heather before I came so I could discuss what the resolution would be - IE I am not going to pay full price to re-do this when its obvious that they are either 1) diluting their injectables majorly or 2) inexperienced in how it is being administered. They refused to let me talk to Heather and just said that they wouldnt redo it because of the timing and they wouldnt provide any sort of refund or discount. They also said that previously I got 40 units of Xeomin (3 years ago) in my glabella so I should have done something different this time since that doesnt seem to work well. I said well thats interesting because I SPECIFICALLY ASKED Lindsey that day what I had done previously and what she recommended and she said 20 units - I even offered to pay the difference to get botox but I wasnt going to pay full price to re-do everything from the Xeomin and they refused that option. I asked to speak to the overseeing physician and they also refused that. What type of reputable place doesnt let you speak with the physician who is supposed to be overseeing the medical procedures? They said Heather would call me back and Ive been waiting for that call for 2 weeks. I called again this week on Monday and still she hasnt returned my call. My next post after this.. the better business bureau, dispute with my credit card company and then researching how I can report this medspa so they can get investigated for their deceptive business practices.

I purchased a Groupon for this place for a laser skin resurfacing treatment only to find out that they were completely misleading what the service was. I did not have the service done so I cannot comment on the quality of their service but I can tell you that the attitude of the clinic director Heather was aweful. As soon as I showed dissatisfaction with the misleading advertisement she became extremely rude. What ever happened to customer service?

Wait time was terrible. Walked out after a 45 minute wait. Seriously? When time is a commodity and there are dozens of med spas to choose from, I made a huge mistake trying this one. So sad because I needed this.

I have been on hormone replacement therapy for the past 18 months and recently switched to BHRC. I began treatment with a very well known clinic in Southlake, but later decided to evaluate all of the local programs to make sure I was receiving the best care possible. After a thorough evaluation of all of the programs in the DFW area I chose BHRC, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. The program at BHRC is a comprehensive wellness approach that focuses on more than just hormone levels. They are able to look at the big picture without sacrificing attention to detail. I give the staff at BHRC the highest marks for professionalism, clinical knowledge, and attentiveness. They truly care about your well being and it shows. The director, Heather, patiently answered all of my questions with an impressive level of expertise. She understands the importance of making an informed decision and went out of her way to ensure that I had all of the information I needed. Kelly, the nurse practitioner responsible for the treatment, is extremely knowledgeable and does an outstanding job of explaining complex medical topics in a way that is easily understood. While under her care, I have seen increases in my stamina, lean muscle mass, and libido, while also seeing a reduction of body fat. My mental focus and clarity have increased dramatically and I feel just as sharp as I did when I was in my early 20s. These improvements were seen over and above my previous treatments from Southlake, which make the results even more impressive. If you are considering hormone replacement therapy you simply cannot go wrong by going with BHRC.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered! The director of this spa is a theif!I received Botox treatment from this spa and after the appointed amount of time returned for a follow-up. The Botox had taken no effects by the time of my follow up appointment. Heather Tindell, spa director, agreed that there was little to no effects and concluded that the product must have been defective. I was declined a refund at that time, Ms Tindell stated it was not the fault of the spa and that she was not autherized to issue refunds. I placed a call to the local Botox representative to inquire if there had been any recent complaints about their products- there were none. I was informed that the spa would be reimbursed for the product used if a report was made by them. Therefore, the spa would not be at a loss by issuing my refund. I had several telephone conversations with Ms Tindell during the following weeks. She was rude, deceitful and uncompromising in her position. First, she blamed the product, but quickly turned on me, stating it was my fault for not using a larger amount of Botox. Her explanations and excuses were wavering and when I asked to speak with her superior, she informed me that there was no one else. Ultimately, Ms Tindell did refund me for the Botox. However, she charged me a service fee!$12.00 per unit of Botoxx 30units= $360.00I paid $360 in full at the time of my Botox injections. I tipped my injector with a separate transaction. So, where in this simple equation is there a service fee? Ms Tindell lied to me, placed blame on me, was rude and unprofessional and cheated me out of my money. Beware spending your hard earned money at this place of business.

Worst Botox experience! I would never go back. 24 units of Botox was put between my eyes and it maybe lasted a month. I told them I didnt want my eyebrows lifted and somehow they did. The technician was very harsh and the staff was very cold.
