If you need AC repairs or a new system, Triple A is the only call you need to make. Techs are knowledgeable, friendly and prompt (both Daniel and Ryan came out). After a couple of repairs, our 21 year old system was finally on its last leg. Triple A sent out Chris from sales on a Saturday to give us replacement options. Our new system was installed the following Wednesday. Install is very well done, clean and neat, no mess left behind. They were done and gone in about 4 hours. Great financing options too.

Steve was our A/C repairman. He was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. He recommended the maintenance program. The price is great so we took that out for them to come out twice a year. And the repair was very affordable. We are so glad we called Triple A air conditioning service. We totally recommend them. Bryan did a great job with my spring inspection. He was here almost a full hour and cleaned the outside unit, checked refrigerant level, and checked the unit in my attic. He also flushed water to verify condensation line was clear. Replaced my filter in the attic. Very thorough and extremely professional. This was the first time I have used Triple A and I’m very pleased with my service. I will be calling them for any future needs.

Reading the highly rated reviews and being referred to Triple A, they were seemingly a company I could trust in resolving our issue with our HVAC system. Unfortunately, we had no resolution and no AC for a couple of weeks with two different technicians from Triple A. After lead tech replaced parts recommended and still failed to resolve issue, we were advised to purchase new system. To feel comfortable and reassured in this investment, we hired a second company to diagnose and give a second opinion on the issue. We were quickly informed that the part was improperly installed by the triple A technician. Alarmed, we hired a third company to support this claim and were given a report similar to second company. Even going as far to state that the part improperly installed was compounding our issue that ultimately required us to install a new system.I urge you to do your research about companies beyond just checking reviews. I’ve certainly learned from this negative experience and hope to help the community in avoiding similar experiences

Kyle did a great job with knowing how to correct our simple thermostat dilemma. He also found a few age related issues with our outside air conditioning unit and brought it to our attention, which we appreciate.Once we okayed it, he went straight to work on repairing the few air conditioning items. I called Triple A Air Conditioning a little before noon on a Friday about a noise I could hear coming from the AC closet. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Bryan arrived early in the 2 hour window and was able to diagnose my problem almost immediately. I was also due for my spring checkup so he performed the checkup and fixed the problem as well. Everyone at Triple A has been great!

I work in hospitality and almost never expereince the level of service I give in other industries. Triple A and Daniel Penn have made this by far the best experince I have ever had with a company including commerical services.I called them on a Friday afternoon when our AC had stopped working the previous day and they were able to get out to assess the issue within a few hours as they had a cancellation. Price to diagnose was fair, and our tech Daniel was superb. He delivered the bad news that the compressor was bad and jsut ut of warranty and gave options without at all trying to oversell. Since they were not able to get it up right away and would have to speak to the parts warehouse (on saturday) Daniel showed genuine concern and interest offering to help install the old window units we happened to have in the garage. We were told it might be until Wednesday before they could install - but sure enough monday morning they called stating they could get out the same day! It took less than 4 days, including weekends, from our unit going out to a full replacement. They have the best customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend Triple A and they will always be on my call list anytime we have an issue.

AAA has serviced my HVAC for over 10 years now. They are very dependable, and always responsive when I call. All their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.

As someone who lives in Texas, you know you have to put up with heat in the summer, but you don’t want to have to put up with it in your home. When I arrived home from work at 3:45 and it was 81 degrees inside, I promptly called Triple A. I was given a time frame of 6-8, but my technician Bryan and his assistant, Matthew were here before 5 o’clock. They diagnosed the issue, had it fixed and my house cooling back down by 5:30! WOW! I am super impressed with how quickly Brian and Matthew arrived and completed the repairs. Thankful for their knowledge, professionalism and my cooler home.

This was my second time to use Triple A’s services (first time was for an annual cleaning) and my experience with Bryan (technician) was just as pleasant as my previous experience with Anna (technician). As they were working they also tried fixing my fire alarm detector for me without me asking. They had to come back out because of a random noise coming from the unit but it was a easy fix for them. The installation crew was unable to finish the installation the first day. As it turned out, the control board in the evaporator wasnt programmed. Bryan was our Tech and he was great. He explain to us what the problem was and gave us options. (Broken System Board) He spoke to us in terms we could understand. No big sale pitch etc. We had a 16 year old system and it was time to retire it! We had no heat as the unit was broken. BO was our salesmen he sat down with us explain all the options that we could have in the replacement, Cost, Warranties etc. He was able to get installers to install the unit the next day. They clean up after . You never know we had a new unit installed
