This company was called in through our apartment complex and they were professional as well as friendly. Helped us to understand the issue and how it would be fixed and did so in a timely manor. Definitely would recommend anyone to this company in the future!

Jamie and Justin did a wonderful job installing A new air conditioning system for my home. They also installed a mini split in my garage as well as a fan for ventilation. The garage is a wonderful space and usable even in 100° weather now. Great job!

Justin Dodson and his entire crew did an exceptional job from the beginning evaluation and proposal to the end with them sweeping up inside my house where needed. They also brought 2 window AC units to keep us comfortable while we waited a couple days for the work to take place! Everyone was very respectful and careful about their work at our home. We will definitely use Honest Home Services again in the future!

They came out and did everything possible to get my old unit running but turned out the 20 year old condenser was beyond repair and even offered to loan my a window unit unit repairs were completed. They did a thorough inspection and determined just what the minimum parts would have to be replaced and gave me the best price possible. My only complaint is its to cold in here now.

Our AC went out last night (Friday) and Reliant said they couldnt come until Monday!! Saturday morning someone recommended I reach out to Justin with Honest Home Services. My AC system went down last Wednesday night around 8pm. I called and spoke to both Colton and Justin who offered to come out immediately to see what was going on. Justin was incredibly kind to come out in icy road conditions to evaluate our heating unit as we were freezing in our house at 43° in the middle of a rare North Texas snow storm. After concluding our unit needed to be replaced, he stayed diligent in search for a warehouse that would open, as most were closed due to the in-climate weather, for him to get our unit and get it installed ASAP. When Justin was able to get the unit, he and his his crew showed up on time, were very professional, efficient, and personable. While evaluating the ducts for the new unit, they noted a duct in the master bedroom was small and wouldn’t provide maximum efficiency so they added a duct and vent to improve air circulation. Justin and his crew were incredible!

We had honest come out yesterday when our AC went out and it was 86 in our home that we just bought. They didn’t have anyone available so the owner came out and took a look at everything. Our unit had gone out and he personally replaced it for us! We had other issues from the previous home owners that he addressed for us as well. I am required to get 2 separate bids from my company. The first company that came out stated that we needed to replace both units in our building because they were beyond repairs at a cost of $15,000+ Mind you both units were still blowing out air, just not cold air. Called to get a quote we felt was high for a new AC unit. Another company told us ours was leaking and because it is an older unit, it was needing replaced. Thank you Honest Home Services LLC!! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. We have been without heat and they worked hard to make sure we had heat before this big storm. Came late on a Saturday and stayed late to get the job done. Installed a whole new system inside and out. Great guys who are very friendly and took the time to explain everything and cleaned everything up. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend!

Honest Home Services was wonderful to deal with! During the first cold front of the year, we discovered both heaters to not be working. Honest Home Services came out after hours (around 8pm) and didnt charge an after hours fee. Ultimately we decided to replace both units and Honest Home Services were reasonably priced and quick to install.

Colton came to our office to diagnose our old thermostat on the fritz, quickly identified the fault in the device, swapped out the wiring and thermostat altogether, and setup our new auto program and control app in under 30 minutes! Kind, professional, and great/quick work. He could do this stuff blindfolded; true expert.

I was recently having trouble with our AC not cooling down our home after months of winter. I was able to quickly make an appointment with these guys and even have them come out during my lunch break. What I like is that that they kept me informed as to when they were heading my way and once they arrived they worked very quickly to figure out the problem.Turns out there the fault was in our thermostat and they were even able to help me call in warranty and order a replacement for me.Colton even followed up after and made sure if everything was working afterwards. I called Honest Home services because my 72 year old mothers air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should have.. I spoke with a gentleman named Justin that was very respectful and professional.. he was at my moms house 35 minutes later and fixed the problem.. which was a inexpensive fix.. he was honest.. cause he could have told me it was something big and I would have paid it.. I recommend this company to anyone that wants some honest, quality work..

We had both our furnaces go offline during this recent winter storm. Colton came out same day (at night) in terrible weather, and got us up and running. My wife, two small kids and I are so appreciative of his work, and his cost was VERY fair considering the circumstances. We’ll definitely use them again.

They installed a mini ductless system in a room addition at my house. And also repaired some of the duct work in the crawl space as well as insulating the refridge line. Justin did a wonderful job with getting our A/C fixed. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and HONEST. The name of the company could not be more fitting for the service that is getting done!

They were amazing. Super efficient in finding out our problem and wanted to help us as much as they could. After realizing that it was a plumbing issue they gave us a referral and were even willing to talk to our landlord to explain the problem so they would do what needed to be done for us. We will for sure be calling them for any of our future needs.

They live up to their name! My problem was a simple one, but I didn’t realize it. They could have charged me for an expensive service and I would not have been the wiser. Instead, they gave me an honest assessment for a simple, quick fix that got my upstairs back to cooling correctly.
