The young lady was extremely helpful with getting my sister setup with a new phone and switching her service.

There was one service person and it was a lady she was very professional she was very helpful she gave excellent service, I went back just because of the service I received but when I went back she wasnt there so I didnt get another phone nothing else just the phone but I just like the fact that you know she was an excellent salesperson

I waited like the sign said be back in 30 minutes and 45 minutes and the door is still locked

Do not shop at Boost mobile stores, different prices than on-line specials and get pressured to buy over priced products to support physical locations. Amazon is cheaper!!!

Frank is very disrespectful to customers. He has an “I don’t care” attitude. Instead of helping me with my issue, he had a lot of subliminal retorts that very well offended me. I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular location. His demeanor and attitude makes me wish that I never switched to this carrier service.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I just watched them take advantage of an older gentlemen who barley knew how to operate the storage in his phone. They sold him a SD card, the man has a galaxy S6!!!!! THEY DONT NEED SD CARDS. And for this to be a cell phone place they should have known that. This is just ridiculous. So he was trying to get his money back for the SD card after realizing he didnt need it, and of course they wouldnt give it to him because they said he should have know that his phone didnt need it. HOW YOU GO SELL SOMEBODY SOMETHING THEY DONT NEED, THEN GET MAD WHEN THEY WANT THEY MONEY BACK! PEOPLE IRK SO BAD.

Phone works great for over 1 year still. No battery issues. Just make sure to clear uyour cache and the Internet stays fast

Horrible customer experience with the manager of the store John(the red head guy) as a disabled person I went in to get a phone and was treated horrible and very unprofessionally. Im very disgusted with the non service I received and as a result I am no longer a boost customer!!!!!

Store hours are posted but they are never open when they say they are going to be no one answers the phone very very poor customer service! I’ve come daily called daily seeing it’s the closets store to where I live very inconvenient!
