Awesome place! Robert was so helpful. I ordered all of the material and I was able to pick it up at the store of my choice. Plus the few pieces that I couldnt pick up, he had shipped right to my door. Cant ask for better customer service! The price was unbeatable by any other store. Thank you! Do I even have to give them a star at all? Ugghhk😒🙄!!! Worst possible experience ever. Went to purchase flooring, paid in full, gave Robert a date. He confirmed it. Everything was smooth sailing until the day of the project. Installers never showed up because Robert forgot to confirm. Conveniently he was on vacation that day and had no idea what I was talking about. I voiced my grievances to the district manager who offered me $50 for my trouble. That wouldnt even cover the cost of my plumber who was supposed to be replacing my toliet once the job was completed. The soonest they could rework me in was 2 weeks later thanks to Roberts acute amnesia. Needless to say I immediately returned the flooring and asked for a full refund. Id much rather spend my $2200 someplace where the sales person actually remembers to submit the work request to the contractors. You should do the same.

Great people and prices

We had carpet all over the house. Something I do not care for. So we pulled up all the carpet and re-did our floors with laminate.The floors are gorgeous!!! I could not be happier with the laminate I picked out at Lumber liquidators!!!They made my purchase so easy and uncomplicated. I did not have a clue as to what I was doing and they were so helpful!!!I bought a little more than I needed and the return was so simple with no problems whatsoever!!! The guys there were courteous friendly and always smiling! Turned out to be the easiest thing my husband and I have ever done! Thank you lumber liquidators !!!!!

Good customer service.

Product was a week late. This had nothing to do with the great folks in Florence. They kept me up to date on my floors the whole time. Only reason now a five star was the inconvenience of being a week late.

I love my new floors, the measuring was a little off so I had to go buy another box for 3 planks. Other than it was the first time we installed floors and I must say it was pretty easy. Especially if you have all the right tools. The floors look great!

Second time Ive used lumber liquidators and I have had an outstanding experience I would recommend them to all my friends
