Great customer service and scheduling was painless. Store personnel were helpful and polite. Carpet rippers, movers, and installers were all super professional and courteous when I needed to get past them or anything during their work. We did LVT and it looks great!

Had a floor installed from All about Floors years ago and had some wear and tear take place. I ran into installer Joe at a Gas station and told him about the little damage and he came to my house free of Charge and fixed my problem . I love the work they did on our carpet, however I had requested quotes for other work which the husband came out and measured for. But when I contacted Sue repeatedly she ignored all of my attempts. Which is why I had to give 3 stars. The work was great but if you don’t give people quotes and get back with them, then it’s pointless. We ended up going elsewhere for the rest of the flooring. I would have liked to work with this company. But I can’t force them to get back with me.

Because of their experience, All About Floors saved me from replacing the tile in the entire kitchen and hall (no one else could find a way of fixing the problem). When they were finished, the tile looked good as new. The result saved me time as well as money. Their workmen were polite, working hard to do the best job possible. The price was very reasonable. All About Floors is on my Go to First list whenever Im dealing with flooring in my home. I highly recommend them.

No doubt is one of the best flooring business in the area. Everything they said would occur did from the times they said they would arrive to measure & install. When they said they would call they did so. Installers were great to work with & did an excellent job! Hometown business doing it right!

Danny and Sue were great to work with! Our floor turned out great and Danny even patched a hole that our puppy chewed in our carpet for free. Will be calling them again for our next project.

Dan and Susan are great people to work with! I thought it was great that one of the owners Dan was actually involved in the installation process and had his eye on everything from start to finish. Amazing work and amazing people!

ZERO stars! Unprofessional and unprepared for carpet installation. Installers did not have necessary materials to complete the job. They left for over an hour. Still did not have necessary materials to complete. During the bid I was told that my ceramic tile was completed correctly. Installation looked terrible at bedroom entry and stair edging, carpet on my stairs is loose, and my doors were not put back on. When the owner came out the following week, he said everything was fixable. Monday of the following week I was told that they could not fix it and to contact my ceramic installer. Seriously??? If there was a problem with my ceramic installation then that should have been mentioned during the bid. So now Im hiring a PROFESSIONAL company to fix what they cant. I plan on contacting a lawyer regarding this situation especially since I have a recorded conversation proving their lack of professionalism and need for anger management classes. Wish I would have read the review about them hitting somebody with their van prior to hiring them. I truly believe that review since I heard just how violent they sound over the phone. Hopefully this review keeps others from the making the same mistake hiring them.

STAY AWAY< CRAZY OWNER HIT MY MOTHER WITH VAN, Bought a sheet of vinyl from All About Floors at the first part of Feb 2012, size about 13 by 18 feet. I was going to do install myself, but decided it needed professionals, I called All About Floors for a price, since I had bought it there and had a good experience. They quoted a great price. Then the problems started. They said they would be out on a Thursday morning to make a template of room and return that afternoon to install. We got a call from the that morning asking about a space to layout floor, we had none available and told them they had told us they were taking to their shop, they said ok. Continued to call all day due to no one coming down to do template got the run around. Finally I called approx 4:30pm and they said they would be their shortly. The arrived and said they were going to template then install next day, not what the agreement was but I was unable to get the boss to get them to do it so oh well. They arrived the next morning to install everything went fine, when they were done I was gone and they came to speak with my mother, the install was done at our family business. She knows nothing about flooring and asked about the gaps around the edges if they were to big, they were laying floor only I was doing the trim. She got no answer and when she turned aroung they had walked out the door and got in their truck, not paid yet. Also with my extra vinyl pieces that I needed for another job, it was already paid for. She tried to stop them to ask them what the problem was, the driver also part owner of the company became irate for no reason and began cursing. He then said to move or he would run them over, he moved the van hitting my mother and sister with the van, not hard and there were no injuries but he hit them none the less. A call to the other owner was answered with more cursing and racial comments. We stopped payment on the vinyl and the sheriff told us to press charges for wanton endangerment which we are in the process of doing. Sad part is they had to just answer her questions and get paid, they did a good job with the floor but for some reason he went crazy.
