Love that you can buy bulk in almost anything you can think of. Do not like checkout!! More employees could be there at checkout to help. But if you need anything at all I guarantee Sams Club has it. And plenty of it😊. Its really a great place to shop.

Pricing really isnt all that spectacular. Things are kind of scattered around for example was looking at printers & ink which incidentally they dont carry ink for the printer I was considering and next to the printer is sewing machines? Thats odd. Couldnt find several of the things I came for such as powdered milk & of the 2 people I asked 1 had no clue what that was and the other thought it was to make chocolate milk with.

Clean store, good variety, good prices, friendly employees.

Check out went smooth. Usually I have a little confusion due to changes in their way of checking out while attempting to keep business stuff and personal stuff separate. Today check out was a pleasant experience thanks to the young man who made it possible.

My visit was very nice and what I loved most was I didnt have to wait in line for a long time to check out.

Very busy, used self checkout, 3 lanes out of service, other lanes 4-5 carts deep. Got everything scanned ready to to pay, then starts asking questions about applying for credit card over and over, lines are getting longer and nobody around to help! Not good

The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are very good deals to be found. But the true secret is the inexpensive lunch that csn be picked up.

This is for the Tire Department. They dont stock tires. You can not purchase tires from them without having to wait always more than 3 days, more like 7.. I did it once. But today, after talking to someone who clearly didnt care, I ordered tires online... They will be here tomorrow. TOMORROW They should reevaluate their plan and processes, so heres your one star.. long time business member.

Had to exchange something & the service desk Lady was so friendly and took care of everthing. The store itself was well stocked and clean.

Pretty nice place, they have alot of stuff to buy in bulk and even have a little concession stand with these huge 89 cent soft drinks. They also have these huge slices of pizza that are really cheap too. Used to go in there just to get a cheap meal lol.

I hate shopping but since I have to shop I would choose Sams over all other merchants. The merchandise is of the highest quality and the meat is the best you can buy.

Placed a pickup order and all of my produce was old, wilted and disgusting and was given bread that expired the next day. Its ridiculous that your employees you hire for pickup do not pay attention to this.

Trucks: receiving 0600 even though sign says 0400. Roads to here are terrible in winter. The lot is filled with ice that no one at Sams thinks they should do anything about. Be careful. Fast d/h for Prime.

I ordered a TV online that was one of their Black Friday deals. I scheduled a pickup on Saturday. Saturday morning I received an email and text that my order had been canceled. I called the store and they said this happens all the time and the are sorry there is nothing they can do. I have been a Sams member for years and it is clear that customers no longer matter. This was a Christmas present. Now I have to go to a competitor to purchase this item do to lack of care and follow through. The item was instock when I ordered it. I am sure this review means nothing to Sams? But it is a way to vent my frustrations.

Classic sams club organization. Employees not particularly helpful, but we found things on our own, eventually. They dont carry normal tea bags, only those specifically for iced tea. Gggrrr...

Use the Scan & go for the first time on my on my app on my phone. It was quick easy I scanned everything my card was already in there boom I was out the door no problem didnt have to stand in line. Thank you so much Sams for thinking of this idea ☺️

COVID IRRESPONSIBLE. We shop at this location often. My biggest concern is that in order to get out quickly, you need to use self service but it’s a COVID nightmare. You state on your page that “Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits”. This NEVER happens in self service. There are no disinfecting products even there never mind staff to do it. Forced to grab the gun and use touch screen one person after the other. AND the last 3 times I shopped, they were out of disinfecting products at the front door — Each time I asked and each time staff could not seem to find any!

I love our sams club here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I work in retail so I know how customers can be. Give never had a bad experience here.

Sams Club in Florence is generally a great place to shop. My only issue was that there were so many people allowed to walk around without masks. There just were not enough precautions being enforced.

Always buy more than what I went in for but they usually have new products that are not available elsewhere! Their fruit is always super fresh!

I saw employees not wearing mask properly, people doing the same. I always abide by these mask rules and if im not tell me. This virus dont care if you dont wear it right or not. When i wear it properly........ it can stop the spread of this virus. If your nose is uncovered you might as well not be wearing one. I hate wearing a mask as much as you, but.... weve got to help each other.

Conveniently located in Florence this Sams Club is a little gem. They have most of what larger Sams Clubs have and they are staffed with very friendly helpful people. Their only drawback is because they are not as big as most Sams Clubs their frozen food selection seemed smaller. But it is nice to have one closer to me than I had previously thought.

No frozen raw chicken wings or frozen mangos.

I prefer shopping at this location as opposed to the one in Huntsville. It is the same distance but I dont have to fight traffic all the way down Hwy 72. As a bonus they dont give you a hassle for not wearing a useless mask.

Everyone is very nice and alway very helpful. We visit two different locations every couple weeks. We have always been treated with the utmost respect, and a smile.(you cannot see it thru the mask, but you can see it in their eyes)..

What can you say...its a Sams. They have a few items that are always there, but they also rotate brands, types, etc so something that was there one week may never be there again. Tire center is finally back open.

I enjoyed shopping for all you could need and what you can get for the holiday meal and not cook, gifts for all ages love this place

Good store with good selection. Lots of tasting booths, but they usually close down the tasting at about 5. Seasonal items are good, bakery has great product selection and quality. Good coffee prices as well.

I love shopping at Sams but har the high pressure sales pitch from AT&T/Directv. The sales rep has moved to within 20 feet of the front door. Membership dues should be enough without this pitch EVERY TIME.
