After the first visit I had an issue getting another tech to come out. Turns out the tech had to have surgery and I was just lost in transition. Once it got all situated I have had zero issues and Matt has been a pleasure to have at my house to do the work.

I have been using Dodson for almost 7 years. My husband and I moved from Connecticut, and were concerned about the “famous” Palmetto Bugs, which are essentially huge roaches!!!Our house backs up to the woods and we also have several trees in our yard, including palms. So very conducive for those roaches..I have Dodson spray every 3 months and have no problems at all with those disgusting little creatures!!!Reed is my technician. He is very professional and also has a very nice attitude and personality.I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive, and would be happy to recommend Dodson to anyone.

I have termite coverage with Dodson Pest Control, but recently I got German roaches. I called Dodson and their rep, John Proctor came out and treated my home. He then came back later and retreated and told me if I had any problems just to give him a call. Today you dont get this kind of customer service from hardly anyone, so I know Ill call Dodson, or John for any problems they cover that I may have. Cant say enough about their service, because as I said you dont get this kind of service today.
