Still have roaches with 3 retreats

Exterminator service needs improvement. Not loyal to Commitment. Had to reschedule twice because of Exterminator issues. How can their problem be My problem?

Recently had trouble with some termite damage. In the midst of a stressful situation, Darren and his team did an amazing job. They definitely took care of things and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! So thankful!

Terminix has not only provided me with great quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality, but a peace of mind. Initially, I signed up for this service April 2019 because of a spider infestation at our home. We always had somewhat of issues with spiders, but never ever in this abundance and definately not with spiders of this size. The huge spiders were beginning to crawl in under the door space as we started to notice them more in this area. So we started placing glue traps by the door entry way on the outside to trap the spiders before they had a chance to enter into our home. It came to the point we started seeing 10 plus spiders (Huge spiders) per day. Also to the point that we were changing traps twice per day of spiders. Not only did they show themselves in the traps, but I could see them crawling across the yard (I wear glasses) without my glasses on. I began to fear for our safety as I would be sitting at our bar and see one running across the floor. I called terminix as I realized that this problem was for the professionals. Zach arrived as he was professional and very courteous. He had a very calming demeanor and I instantly felt that everything was going to be ok. He listened to my fears and concerns attentively. He took great care in assuring the webs were down and every inch of the home was treated. After receiving the treatment, I was a little skeptical and continued to place down my glue traps on the outside, just in case. I was in shock to find that my infestation problem had went away that quick. My contract ended this April, however I am going to continue with service. Thank You Zach and thank you Terminix for helping me to get back my peace of mind.Signed,Very Satisfied.
